Cashier was decent. But I notice a common theme, they take forever regardless. I've been to the lake forest location and Torrance. Pretty much my last visit to share tea. Terrible. I know clean is important, but, if drinks are ready why not give to customer and then go back to cleaning. This business has to figure it out. You turn off customers with the long waits. I love milk tea, I drive anywhere for a good milk tea so I was excited a new tea house was opening up closer to home because the options within a 10 mile radius aren't great. Their TEA IS GOOD but why the low score? WAIT - We were like one out of two customers waiting for orders and it took longer to get the order, I read that on Yelp and figured ppl were just being impatient I was wrong. BOBA - it wasn't cooked all the way through, luckily we usually don't order boba pearls with our tea but we decided to try some since it's our first time trying the place TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! - Seriously, Yelpers were not wrong. Like I don't mind the wait if they were taking their time to make our order correctly but we ordered a mango green tea and were given a mango green milk tea, I told the girl up front that it was we ordered, she just looked at us and was like "oh, um, ok"... Really? So we started to leave but then I realized that hey my husband works so hard ND he deserves the correct order and that if they wanted to improve they need to know about their mistake so I went up to the cashier and told him that our order was wrong and it would need to be corrected. They fixed it after the SAME girl in the front again tried to give us the SAME mango green milk tea I returned. I shit u not! It wasn't until one of the girls who was making our tea in the back told her it wasn't for us but when they kept calling out for someone to pick up the mango green milk tea no one came to get it. Sharetea has always been my go to place in Cerritos. Now that there's a closer location near my home I'd go here. But every time I go here they would mess up on my order not only once but 4 out of 5 that I've been here my order has not been correct. They never get the flavor right. I would order 2 QQ happy family mildrink one with no red been and the other one would have mini boba instead. But what would they do put red bean. I told the cashier that she wrote my order wrong that it didn't make sense, but she said it's right. Okay, so I took her word for it. When we got our drink it wasn't even right, so I told them what was wrong with it and they fixed it. Again they did it wrong they keep on putting red bean. They made a total of 3 drinks until it was okay, but we still weren't satisfied because they ran out it lychee. How do you run out of lychee when it's barely 2pm. I was mad so I said "forget it, it's fine". When we got in the car and drank the boba, honestly it wasn't even good. It had no sweetness what so ever, it tasted bland. I don't even know why I keep coming here when cerritos location always gets my order right. I think from now on I'm going to stick to that location. Even if they have a long line they make the drinks pretty quick, unlike here we'd wait for a while and it doesn't satisfy us. P.S. I've told the lady that was on the cashier that the order on the monitor was wrong and she was telling me it was right. I've corrected her but she didn't listen to me. Parking can be tricky at times because its located inside a small strip mall. The drink consistancy isn't always there. I like this location. Their boba is always nice and chewy, and their milk teas are pretty good too. Their customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are very nice and some are not exactly rude but are not that friendly either. But it's fine because it's just grab and go, and with how busy they get I can understand sometimes they won't be too friendly (speaking as I used to work at a boba shop and have been burnt out during my shifts), but they were never rude to me. Called during the weekend to order ahead and they said they can't do it on the weekends because they are busy, but are able to do it on weekdays. I tried calling 4 times on a weekday and no one picked up the phone. I passed by the store 5 minutes later and there is only 1 person waiting for their drinks. I don't understand why they couldn't pick up the phone. The only reason I wanted to call ahead was because it takes them a long time to make drinks even when they are not busy. I'm assuming it is because this is a new location. The drinks themselves are great. Hopefully the wait time gets better as the staff gain more experience. The drinks here are not good at all. They have no flavor whatsoever. The workers are more on the slow side. It takes me about 10min to wait for one simple drink and it is not even busy at all.
