Good spot for a quick boba fix. I wouldn't say this is my go to spot as there are many options available but if you're having a craving and this is near you, it can get the job done. I got the kumquat lemon green tea at 50% sugar but it still came out way too sweet. I would try 25% or 0% sugar next time. The good thing is when I got home I diluted the drink with my own green tea so was able to get around 2 drinks for the price of one. The Jasmine green milk tea I ordered was just okay maybe a 7.1/10, I ordered 70% sweet and it came out a bit more bitter than I would have expected. The oolong tea flavor really came through, and the lychee milk tea was sweet, fruity and refreshing and paired well with the strawberry compote they put in there. The boba was cooked spot on - soft and sweet. Service: the lady at the cashier was a bit unfriendly - no smile and seemingly annoyed at our order, not really sure why.
