Ordered an iced fresh milk mango matcha. What I love is you get to swap out milk of choice (I asked for oat) at no additional charge. You get to choose ice levels & sweetness levels. I mentioned it was my first time here and polite fb friendly workers recommended against "normal" sweetness because the manage sauce may make it a little too sweet. I was happy that they did recommend against normal, sweetness, however, my preference would be to have lowered the sweetness even more. Upon my first sip, I was greeted with creaminess of the oat milk blended in Matcha, but then I was hit with the very sweet flavor of the mango, which overwhelmed my drink. My recommendation is to go less than the 80% sweetness level if you are choosing a drink that contains fruit (i.e mango or strawberry). I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

I then checked Yelp and read a lot of good reviews about it so I decided to check it out. AMBIANCE/LOCATION: We came on Saturday 30 minutes past noon and there was only one customer waiting for a drink ahead of us which seems unlikely at a boba tea place on the weekend. (I thought it would be a lot busier). Well, can't complain there so I got to check out the store and took lots of photos DRINKS: we ordered their drinks through their website while we were in the parking lot since you can customize your drinks so we thought it would be a lot easier for them this way. I got classic black milk tea with pearls, egg pudding, and red bean with 30% sweetness and my husband got the same drink with pearls and 50% sweetness. SERVICE: staff were friendly and we got our fast but because there was nobody there so I'm not sure about their service or how quickly you'll get your drinks when they are busy. PROS: 1) I love milk tea places which allow me to adjust the sweetness of my drink! 2) selection of toppings. 3) located around my neighborhood. 4) Cute spot to hangout. CONS: 1) The strength of their milk tea is on the weak side, I can barely taste the tea or milk. 2) their pearls are a bit too hard, not soft or warm (I prefer warm pearls when you add cold drinks to it, you have time to enjoy your drink with perfectly soft & chewy pearls before the pearls get harder. (I always keep pearls warm if I make them at home). VERDICT: if you are like me and like to be able to control the sugar levels in your drinks and don't mind a milk tea that is on the light side of the tea/milk spectrum, then check it out. I was really looking forward to this place upon reading all the positive reviews! However, when we got there it seemed super packed, and there was only 2 ladies working there. The one that took our order was super friendly, we knew it would take a while but we were willing to wait. I finally got my drink, I had ordered the Taro Milk Boba Tea. After trying it, I was immediately dissatisfied. I have had great taro before and I know it's not supposed to be bitter or sour and it was super bitter. Not sure if it was due to working under pressure and getting my drink wrong, but it was definitely not a good taro. :( read more

My choice was a QQ family happy milk tea. It has 5 kinds of toppings. Made sure it had a milk substitute in it, as my dairy intolerance can act up pretty bad. Such a cute boba shop! Went to the grand opening and it was BUSYYY!! One of the owners went around with samples every so often and informed customers on the estimated wait times.
