It's Starbucks so you have a pretty good idea of what you expect. This visit at this location I just went through the drive-thru, so I can't really speak to the ambience of the restaurant inside. Service was great. The drive-thru experience was better than most. The person taking my order, spoke, clearly listened intently, and had me verify the specifics of my drink, and the food items I had ordered that was showing up on the screen The drink itself was made to order and was just what I was after. The bakery item was fresh and tasty. Quick and efficient service and I was on my way in no time Great location, read more

I was back on this side of town and popped in to grab a hot tea. I was the only customer and the drive thru was very slow. I was surprised. I was greeted kindly and my mobile order was acknowledged. The store was very clean and is well designed for seating and drink ordering--everything is clearly separated. There's also adequate space for people to wait for their drinks. The baristas were working well with each other. One was handling restocking and cleaning, one was handling the drive thru orders, and one was actively handling drinks. No one had idle hands. It didn't take long for my tea to be ready and I was off. This is a strong store. read more

Easy off the highway location. Fast drive thru service with friendly service. After visiting 3 days in a row I have to say how impressed I am that our coffees were consistently made well each day with different staff serving. The guy at the drive thru today had a great personality and made my day! Can't wait for that Cheetos drop read more

This Starbucks is convenient and the coffee is usually good, but the experience can be inconsistent. Sometimes the service is fast and friendly, while other times there are longer waits and orders aren't always prepared correctly. The store is generally clean, but there is room for improvement in speed and consistency. Overall, it's an okay location that gets the job done, but there's definitely potential to make the customer experience better. read more

1st, it's Starbucks. I'm not going to speak on the quality of the product, because again it's Starbucks. If you don't know what Starbucks is and/or this is your 1st time, welcome to American monetization. What's important! Staff are so nice and engaging. Cutest damn notes on all their drink and food wrappers. Feel like a regular and it's my first time here. It's not the brand that make companies succeed, it's the people. And these people here are the best. read more

You expect chain restaurants and coffee shops to deliver food and service at a consistent standard. However that can vary depending upon geography and local quality control practices. The Starbucks on Louis Henna was often a go-to place when I was living temporarily in Round Rock. This place ran like a top: I'd place my drink and food order as I jumped in the car and it was almost always waiting for me when I arrived. The items were always made correctly and staff went out of their way to welcome me. Recently visited here after a long break and while the staff does a pretty good job, the service was a bit slower than usual. Maybe the weekend crews are not at the same level as weekdays. In any case, this is still a pleasant location to grab a cup of Joe. Recommended. read more

Great team early morning. Walked in around 730am on a Monday and the team all said good morning. And Amber was a ray of sunshine. Keep it up guys. Plac has plenty of space for working, or just hanging out. Even if all the seats are taken, it does not feel overwhelming. Parking is limited but if you don't mind walking a bit, plenty of spots. Looking to game or chill or just get a cup of joe, this is a nice place to do that ... read more

Over the past 4 years of me going to this location it has consistently gone down hill in just about every way. Drinks are VERY hit or miss (mostly miss), I have to take my drinks back easily more than half the time, and the times I don't are because I don't have the time to do so. I also just get Carmel macchiatos, so probably the most basic drink they're making haha. The employees used to be insanely nice, today's completely ignored me when I asked them a question. I really only use them for their points nowadays, and the fact that I know I can get my drink fixed if it's messed up, or I'd be going local to Dazzle or something. It's gotten to the point where I have my own mini coffee setup so I can fix my drinks lol read more

Worst location I've ever been too. I work nearby which is the only reason why I've gave this location chance after chance. 9/10 times my order is wrong. It's exhausting never being satisfied with a drink. One day it tastes like water and the next it's basically black. I order the same thing every time so it's not like I'm not aware of what the taaste should be. Not to mention the constant mixup of them making a cold drink when mine is hot!!!! read more

I have been to this location mainly to hit the drive thru line and the service has been amazing! Today? Hhhmmmmm I came in the evening and sat in the lobby to discuss Pokémon Go JK! I had a business related meeting this evening so I wanted to try an item from their evening menu. I went with the chicken skewers and passion tango tea. I waited for about ten minutes and I didn't hear my name nor did I see my food. The inside area was not packed at all so I am assuming maybe they were busy with drive thru. The skewers came out first then after ten more minutes I went up to the counter to look for my tea. Not sure if they forgot my order or it got lost. No explanation or apology. I had to give them my order all over again. At that point, it only took a minute or so to get it made. This location is pretty great so I am not sure about the mishap this evening. read more

Dyna (hope I spelled that right) and the ladies working today were great! They had a lot of menu items not available due to a recent power outage. Slow slow slow! What is the point of a Starbucks drive thru when you're sitting for countless minutes to get your dang coffee. Also when I got my pink drink, there were yellowed disintegrating strawberries in it. The kind staff member offered to make me a new one, which I accepted, but the strawberries are the best part! He said something about them looking funny, and I'm thinking to myself "then why did you put them in there?" Oh well. The pink drink is like my crack so still worth the wait. If you haven't tried one, do! And as with all Starbucks iced drinks, order it "light ice" so you don't drink your $5+ purchase in just a few gulps! read more

I'll first start out with there are no issues with employees or the quality of the drinks. I would say actually the staff puts a smile on my face and makes me feel very welcome. It's the MANAGER. The manager that works Tuesdays at around 11:00/11:30 am speaks very poorly to her staff in front of customers. The place wasn't busy at all and this lady storms out of her "office" yells at her employees with out even taking her face from her phone then getting in her car and leaving. It was obvious that she was not paying attention to her surroundings and the fact every customer looked up and spoke about her attitude to her employees says a lot. I believe one man use the term "B**ch energy". PLEASE TEACH YOUR MANAGERS TO TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT. It's not what you say it's how you say it and how you treat those around you. The fact that every customer (7 of us) in that coffee shop noticed is not good. I went there and had a sweet drink but left with a bad taste in my mouth. read more

So far, so good! This is the newly moved Greenlawn Starbucks. It sat in the jankiest of parking lots before. Sometimes the barista makes awesome drinks, sometimes they don't, today's were excellent. My wife had the pumpkin spice frappichino light, this is one Starbucks that still has some of this seasonal concoction. I had a hot cinnamon dolce coffee with heavy whipping cream and two splendas and both drinks were done very well, we like this location 'cause it's close to one of our favorite places to eat....Pho Viet. Sometimes they're really crowded for lunch, no problem, come to starbucks for a cool or hot one to kill a little time and before you know it the lunchers have left. read more

I totally get why this place only has 2 1/2 stars. Seriously?! I am not feeling that great and have had a long day at work. I asked my husband to pick me up a Double Chocolaty Chip Blended Creme (which is what I always get). I'm the one who usually gets it for myself so he didn't know that they made it incorrectly. It's supposed to be a dark, chocolate color and taste yummy. How on earth does someone who works all day with different drinks mess this up? Instead of chocolate I get this chocolate chip vanilla flavored mess. It's really gross and such a let down. read more

The coffee at this location is hit or miss, the staff really isn't all that great either. They all look mopey and don't hardly say anything after "welcome to starbucks, how can I take your order" seriously though. & the last time I went I didn't get my card back but pulled forward to check my car quickly before pulling off, went inside and they gave me a $5 gift card & explained they charged my card for my drink and paid for the next order because THEY NEVER TOOK MY CARD OUT. The $5 was nothing compared to the $30 they charged me for both orders. read more

I pre-ordered on our way to do errands today. We got there a little earlier than it said my order would be ready. They were incredibly busy with long lines in and outside, yet my order was still ready early! They keep them behind the bar so that no one can steal them. I told the worker my name. He was super friendly and conversational as he grabbed my coffee for me. My coffee was made perfect to what I ordered. All around a solid, convenient experience at this location! read more

I'm here in around Rock visiting family, stopped by on our way to Corpus Christi to see my nephew. Ordered the Smoked Caramel Latte...Iced! I always have iced coffees, I don't alway get flavored though, I my usual is iced Americano with half n half and two splendas. But this got my attention, I'm in Texas and it said smoked... Lol! Yeah like it was BBQed. Anyway it was good, to my surprise it wasn't as sweet as I thought, generally the caramel drinks are very sweet but this was just right. I love the fact that you can go to any SB's and you know what you're going to get when you order it. Never a bad cup of coffee, consistent and reliable. Thank you SB's Round Rock Tx! Great location, easy access, very friendly staff, the young man at the door (SB's staffer) opened and held the door for my wife, mother in-law, brother in-law and myself. Love Texas hospitality that alone is worth five stars! I'll be back for sure. read more

The Service and ambiance was great to work and spend few hours of my morning in the place

Usually pretty good but the last few days I've been here, service has been extremely slow.

Soooo... it's Starbucks. I don't expect anything to be phenomenal & I'm okay with a long line. However, today was the third time in one week that my order has been completely incorrect! I'll pay 5 bucks per coffee since it's on my way to church and work- but I sincerely dislike paying that price only to find out once I'm already out of the drive thru line, that my order is completely wrong! Instance 1: venti iced green tea, no classic, 2 Splenda. They put both in it and I had to throw it out. Instance 2: grande gingerbread latte, nonfat milk, no whipped cream. Barista tells me it doesn't come with whip, ok cool! Girl at the window tells me she was wrong and then remakes it. I got a caramel something latte with whipped cream, and someone else's name on it. Didn't notice til I got to work. Threw it out. Today: grande gingerbread latte, nonfat milk, no whipped cream. I should've known that i should've checked before pulling out of the drive thru line! Ended up at work with a sad, decaf latte that I threw in the garbage! Greenlawn Starbucks: you SUCK! Worst of the worst. Nowhere to file complaints, either, or recoup the $15 or so wasted here. So I'll just warn everyone else! read more

Reviews are true, this is terribly slow.. and good luck getting your order right.. I really want to ask if the "barista rejects " work at this location? I LOVE the hibiscus tea, I order it often, this location asks if i want it sweet or unsweet? I tell them none of the other locations have ever asked but i would like it sweet. Leave, its unsweet and 3 berries inside :( This location you can only get pike coffee after certain hour.. wait what?? you are a coffee shop.. This new location has a drive thru, which I absolutely love. Every time I go, no matter if its 7am or 2pm, they drive thru is not jammed packed. Usually there are only 2 cars ahead of me at the most. When I come during lunch I like to get the grilled cheese sandwich to go with my coffee. This is my almost daily Starbucks by Dell. The people are what make this one of my favorites in town. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and the morning crew is wonderful!
