Everytime we go in Dawn and her staff take such good care of us. We always have a big party and we're usually celebrating a birthday and they are so attentive, food arrives quick, but hot and delicious. They come and check on us during the meal, and go above and beyond by supplying small plates for cake time. Came here last night with my family there had to be at least 30+ family members. We went with about an hour to go before closing time and when I said they accommodated us they really went out of their way all the food was so fresh and delicious. We had excellent customer service they went out of their way to make sure we all had what we needed at our tables constantly checking on us. I took my family here tonight and it was the last time. The place was disgusting. Tables were dirty the bathroom was gross and the games that did work had pizza grease all over them. There was also throw up in the arcade. On top of all that there was a kids football team in there tearing up the place while there parents were sitting around getting hammered. There kids were playing tackle foot ball in the dinning room and riding shopping carts around the parking lot hitting cars. Horrible horrible. I ordered thru grub hub. Rec'd my order about an hr later, which is okay. Called grubhub to complain that pizza was burnt / had very little cheese AND a specifically requestedan itemized receipt for business purposes. I was told that when they contacted the restaurant that the pizza was not burnt and had cheese on it when it left, no partial refund or anything was offered because nothing was wrong with order. I would say looking at the pic that its definitely burnt but not entirely and there is very lil cheese, no itemized receipt. Chicken and wedges were GREAT which is why I gave one star. My family usually likes going to Shakeys in Temecula, but last night was a different story. The place was busy and lots of staff running around but the place was an absolute disgusting mess. Many tables not cleaned, food and trash on the floor. I asked a young man if he or someone could clean a table for us. He told me, "there is nobody there to clean tables", and walked away. I went to the front and asked for the manager. I was informed she was on a brake. She was outside smoking. The young girl I spoke to only had excuses so I insisted on speaking the manager. By this time, it had been 15 minutes from when we ordered our meal. It took 3 minutes for the young girl to get the manager. The woman who said she was the manager gave more excuses with nothing to offer to correct the issue. If I was the manager with not enough staff, I would be not taking a smoke brake but helping clean the dining area., there were people in the dark in the outside covered dining area. The manager finally turned the lights on for them. Our food did arrive hot and well prepared but it was 25 minutes from our original order. We will not be going back. If the manager doesnt care how her place represents Shakeys then neither do we. If you want to be treated poorly and your money taken and have to eat in filth, then Shakeys in Temecula is your place to go. read more

From when I first sat down with Joseph to discuss hosting a little league pizza party at Shakey's, their crew nailed it. We had our event on a Friday night and they let us reserve the whole outdoor patio, which was great to host all 12 players and their families. The management and staff couldn't have been nicer and their entire restaurant was clean, right down to the game room. The pizza tasted great and the kids all had a great time. We'll be doing ALL of our end-of-season parties at Shakey's from now on! read more

Me and my family have been eating at Shakeys for the past 50 years and although the company has changed, it still has one of the best pizzas, chicken and Mojo Potatoes that I have ever tasted. Last year, things weren't going so well and their quality dropped considerably. I contacted Dawn, the new assistant manager, who told me that they were working on fixing the problem. Last month and last week, I visited Shakeys twice for take out orders and their quality is back to where it used to be. We called before we went to see if they had the shrimp pizza. We were told yes. Drove to Temecula to find that they did not have the ingredients for the pizza. No big deal we ordered another pizza and some chicken. Their chicken is so good by the way. There are like 5 other customers. An hour after we ordered still no pizza we were given only the chicken. So happy with my food... customer service was an A plus. I live 40 minutes away and surprisingly surprised how good the food was for my takeout order. It was all ready when I went in for pick up. Her goal was to place it timely so when I got there it would be fresh & WARM. I have been in a couple times in the past couple of weeks since and again I was greeted by Dawn, Joseph & Jazmine. What a great team. They work so weel together! They are friendly, helpful yet professional and make sure you are tended to, and restaurant is clean & running smooth. These 3 are a true asset to Shakey's Pizza. So impressed with the level of service and experience at the Temecula shakeys Pizza. We chose this location to have our end-of-the-year basketball party for our fifth grade team and couldn't have been more happy with the service, food, and price. Dawn, the assistant manager, checked on us frequently as did other employees and it was clear they are all working hard to make this a great restaurant and experience for customers.
