Had a hard time with communication. So I gave up on trying to g a special order. Had the chicken nuggets. They were fresh and had a good taste. The BBQ sauce was good too. I hardly get any sauce with my nuggets cause I never know what to expect. I had the spicy fries and they were not what I expected. They were dusted after cooking and it was not a pleasant heat. Shake Shack has become one of my favorite burger places to go. Recently had the Shake Shack double (PRO TIP - add raw onions and pickles) it's so good!!! Always add cheese to your crinkle fries. It's a must. I love Mayo with my burgers and it's such a good combo with shake shack's burgers. read more

My kid was looking for his usual Shake Shack meal here - hot dogs and fries - but we ended up just getting some fries since apparently they didn't have hot dogs. This location is on the casino floor at the Encore with no other way to access it, meaning that if you're there with kids, someone needs to go in (no backpacks allowed either) to pick up the order. At least on nice days, there is plenty of seating outside the Encore to eat, but there seems to be no other way to get your order. The fries were fine as always, but there was nothing on the Shake Shack website that indicated limited access at this location, so this was far from the "usual" Shake Shack experience we were expecting. read more

So I will update my review of Shake Shack at Encore Boston Harbor. The food remains exactly the same as my previous review. I actually found or should I say finally decided to taste the Shroom burger it's absolutely fabulous. It's two Portabella mushrooms with cheese in the middle, deep fried in a Panko crust the cheese comes ozzing out as you bite into it, the best thing is, you can get , a burger and a shroom or you could order a double get two burgers, and a Shroom for like 16 dollars an excellent value. The location remains the same with plenty of seating next to Wynn Betting which makes it very convenient to gamble/on anything in the country and enjoy a nice meal. The shakes are fabulous all around a great place to eat and enjoy a shake. The staff however could improve greatly, take for instance, today I ordered a double with the Shroom. I ended up with just a double no Shroom. It's a busy day snd there is a long line, a bunch of games on and the girl at the register somehow forgot my shroom, and also put my order in as a to go order, which made it difficult for me to get condiments. The kicker is the reason I lowered the point today is because when the girl giving out the food at the counter, when I asked for a fork. She turned around because they keep the forks behind the counter, grabbed a fork and just threw it right into my bag with no acknowledgment nothing extremely rude. I happen to be a general manager of a store who deals with the public, and if my sales people, my clerks, my register people anyone disregarded a customer like that I would definitely give them a written warning. It just irked me the wrong way, and that's the reason for my updated review with one lower star. The food, I definitely suggest coming and enjoying the food. I assume that the food is the same at all the locations. I really enjoy the food. The pricing is not too bad even at the casino. I do, however hope that management reads this review and instills in their front of house staff how to react and act properly with the customers that would be a much appreciated value eating at this establishment. As of this time parking is still free in the inside garage and across the street at the outside parking lots for the entire complex there is no outside access to shake shack. You must enter the casino to eat at this location so make sure you're of age. If you're coming here just to eat, bring an extra hundred dollars to have a good time at casino it's awesome‼ read more

Shake Shack slaps -- especially after a long night at Memoire. When you're craving something solid after hitting the casino hard, this is the spot. The food is always on point, no matter what time of night you roll in. It's a bit pricier than their other locations, but let's be real, when the craving hits, who's counting? The location is super convenient, right off the casino floor with plenty of seating. Just be warned, it gets really busy on event nights, so plan accordingly if you don't want to spend too much time hunting for a seat. The service here is... well, it's a bit of a toss-up. Sometimes the staff is upbeat and friendly, and other times, you can tell they're just trying to survive the rush. I get it; it's a busy place, but it's hit or miss depending on when you visit. You've got the option to stand in line to order or use the kiosks -- both are fine, though the kiosks are definitely quicker. Bonus: This location accepts comp dollars (just make sure you order at the register), so if you're having a night full of losses, at least you can salvage it with a comped meal. Definitely a nice touch to make you feel like you're winning at something! Overall, it's a great choice when you need to refuel after a night of... well, whatever you were doing on the casino floor. I love shake shack! I also love that this one is open so late! The food took a while because of its location so that's understandable. We got 2 burgers but they messed up one of the burgers. One of the orders was a regular shack cheeseburger with extra tomatoes (that was done well) and the other one was supposed to be a smoke burger double patty but it came single patty and had a bunch of toppings that weren't part of the actual order. They tasted great regardless. They were generous with the fries too. Delicious and definitely going to be a go to late meal! read more

I am a huge burger fan, so I was down for trying out the Shake Shack. Sadly, it was not one one of my favorite places. We split a shack stack. I found the burger to be lacking flavor, and the mushroom to be kind of chewy. We also split an order of cheese fries. Again, not overly impressed. Frozen fries with cheese sauce. Just didn't do it for me. I will say, that the chocolate malt that I had was absolutely amazing! So some Star redemption for the malt, but nothing for the rest of the meal. read more

Saved my night! Shake shack never lets me down. I caught them before closing...the line was long but the crew working there just cranked them burgers out! I don't frequent fast food establishments but I heard about the Korean Burger at Shake Shack so my husband and I decided to try it out at this location. The cashier was efficient, quick, and friendly with our order. Given the long line, we had to wait a little for our order. But it was worth it! The Korean burger was juicy and the crunchy onions and green onions made the burger experience even better. Honestly, I don't know what makes it a Korean burger but that burger was great! The spicy Korean bbq crinkle cut fries was not spicy and again, not sure what makes it Korean but the fries were good. Wow, is this place great. Great food, clean store, fast service. Typically, I would also mention the customer service, as that is a big deal to me. More so than the food, but everything is automated, so there is very little interaction with customer service. While not necessarily a bad thing, there isn't much to say on that front. The store was very clean. The crew was always on top of making sure things where cleaned once people left. Constantly I would see employees cleaning tables as soon as someone left. They were very much on top of things here. To order your food, you either use the app on your phone or use the kiosk they have. It's very easy and straight forward, even my 90 year old grandmother could see it and understand it. We ordered a few burgers, some cheesy fries and iced tea and lemonade. Not only was it quite fast, it was delicious. Some of the best "fast food" burgers I've ever had. Being smashed correctly is it is still juicy, but having a nice, crispy exterior. The iced tea quenched your thirst, and the lemonade tasted fresh. The fries were okay, the cheese and bacon didn't do much for them. The only "complaint" I'd have is it was a bit on the pricier side, but nothing too ridiculous. If you're looking for a good, quality burger for a decent price, I'd highly recommend getting yourself a shake shack burger. read more

We also had a burger with cheese and it was supper taste. They open at 11:30, but no shakes until 12 noon since they make their own ice cream and it's ready at 12 noon. Fries are fresh and hot. We had eaten at this Shake Shack before and really loved it. Today not so much. The Shake Shack people need to have a plan b for when the technology fails. After placing our order we waited for 15 minutes the I went to the window thinking our food would be ready. After another 15 minutes the young lady told me their technology was down so they were behind. The we're about 8 burgers in the window which continued to sit there. People who ordered after me got their food. Again I asked if my was coming only to be told they'd get to me. Almost an hour after ordering they seemed to have the technology working and things were moving along. Again I asked for my order, showed my receipt then the woman said they were making fresh burgers for my order. (I guess the ones sitting at the pass for an hour weren't good enough to serve). Finally got the order and the burgers had none of the toppings we had ordered and the fries were room temperature but after an hour who's going to send it back. All this annoyance for $28!! Yum and open really late thank god! Loved our shakes and cheeseburgers and fries quite good too. It's inside the casino, so parking was free and easy, and bathrooms were clean. Nice big tv's to watch, too, while eating a cushioned booth! read more
