Poorly run! There are 5 employees here with a drive up line out onto Revere Beach Parkway and at least 6 people waiting in the dining room. Two people actually working. No sense of urgency they are stopping to chat. Three people standing in the back talking. 1 guy wandering around the dining room not doing anything but telling everyone they are out of luck and saying over and over to get the police officers number next time she comes through the drive up. If you do deliveries for companies like Uber, Door-Dash, Grubhub, etc. This place is the worst. I mean most of the time you go for a pick up, the staff barely listens to you. I've seen them straight up ignore people and I'm one of those they've ignored. They turn the lights off so that the delivery people leave and once they do, they turn the lights back on. And then there's the amount of time you have to wait for the orders. I've had to wait 15 minutes plus, (not counting the time that it takes to arrive there) for orders; if they don't get cancelled do to the wait that is. And while you do deal with that, costumers start asking where their food is because they think it's you who's taking forever. Overall I hate this place and it's unfortunate that it's the only fast food place open towards the night. 1/10 would not recommend. read more

My experience here is always great. When we get deliveries from this location the order is always correct. Today we decided to come and sit in the dining area and all of the tables were clean, condiment stations were full, and there was no trash on the floor. The cashier taking our order was friendly and when we presented a coupon she wasnt familiar with she grabbed the manager to verify. They let us use multiple coupons even though there was a limit for one. We only waited a few minutes for our food and it came out hot and fresh. As we sat and enjoyed our meal we watched countless delivery orders be fulfilled. This team is great. read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff completely ignored me when I tried ordering. They forced me to use the kiosk even though I told them I only had cash. They were insanely rude to anyone that walked in. I attempted to go again the next day in the evening because it said they were open but the drive-thru had a sign that said: "only open to Grubhub and Uber eats." So awful! read more

The line always wrapped around the building. My friend was visiting from out of town. Not like I didn't warned her about the overprocessed meat that Taste weird ( maybe from grinding it too fined) to me I call it dog food. Her food were old tasting and stale. That is why I refused to eat here or anywhere that is open late whether I'm sober or high Af! They will serve you days old meat late nights and especially on weekends. The workers can keep the food, I wondered if the workers were taking shit loads oof the food that was suppose to be sold to customers instead my friend received some nasty soggy flat bread crunchy shit, her soft tortilla was around the crust, the grand taco probably had like 1 tbsp of ground beef from end to end. This place is like no other!! I am pretty sure that Taco Bell requires their employees to be to read. However, it seems as though they choose not to. We had an order for 5 people for dinner. The first thing that upset me was the man taking the orders. I thought I was being nice and helping by explaining that it was long order. He said "then come inside". I explained that I was disabled and that's why I was in tye drive thru to begin with. His response "yeah ok!" Said in a tone of yeah I don't believe you. After I ordered and paid it got worse. To start off, they forgot 3 cinnatwist. I was able to point that out before pulling away from the drive-thru window. That saved me time and gas and pain and aggregation of going back up there, or so I though. (Ended up going back anyway)Then when I got home, I passed out the food. Part of the order was 2 steak soft tacos with NO sauce. (They come with this advacado ranch sauce that I hate!) They both had that nasty sauce everywhere. I took them along with the bean burrito I ordered for myself back up there. It took me about 3 mins til I was able to explain what happened. It took 16.48 minutes to the food replaced. Its a good thing I asked for a fresh burrito too. It would have been ice cold. There were no orders in the front at this time after I ordered. There were a lot of orders in the drive thru. They cleared that board before fixing my food. I did watch so that they couldn't do anything bad to it. (Spit in it or worse, never had it happen but have heard friends stories) While I was waiting, 2 managers walked passed me. One went in the office and was chatting with another employee. The two of them had just come in from smoking together in the parking lot. Guess they weren't quite done with that conversation. No one asked if I had been helped. No one asked if I needed anything. No one gave a shit why I was standing there. This was the WORST customer service at a Taco Bell that I have EVER had in my life. I have worked customer service my entire life! I started out in tge drive thru at McDonald's when I was 16 yrs old. I'm now 50! There were many other days that we had issues too, this just pushed me over the edge! This location is insanely slow. Everytime my fiancé and I come here we always talk about how something must be wrong. Idk if it's bad management, lazy staff, slow equipment or what but the line literally wraps around the building EVERY time I pass here. It's FAST FOOD! Why is Taco Bell taking this long? We usually just get a simple taco and even when we're at the window we're waiting for atleast 10 min. Every time I try to go to this Taco Bell, it's closed. Even though the hours say open till 1am. On top of that their phone is always shut off. The employees are very rude. During the winter (20 below) they decided to shut theirs doors early again, I was picking up a doordash order on foot, and they would not let me inside, the order took 40 minutes, and I thought I had frost bite by the time I left. read more

This is one of those times where I wish I could rate different aspects of the establishment with different grades, but since I can't, here's why this place only got two stars from me: Food: 5-Stars Service by employees: 5-Stars Manager: 0-Stars YES, THE MANAGER IS THE SOLE REASON WHY I GRADED THIS PLACE SO HARSHLY! Make no mistake, this is a place staffed with decent, hard-working people, doing their best to make delicious food for many demanding customers, but the manager (...bespectacled white woman with short hair named Terry) needs to go. Seriously. She is a horrible, HORRIBLE person.... and she needs to be FIRED. Long story short: An irate, irrational woman barged into the place while I was dining in. She very loudly and dramatically accused an employee of walking away from her when she beeped for service. She even stopped to berate her in Spanish. Terry the "manager" came over to hear out the customer, which is her job, so that's fine. What is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE is what this manager did next. Terry, without even ATTEMPTING to hear the employee's side of the story, proceeded to berate and humiliate the employee right there on-the-spot; an employee who I'd be willing to wager barely makes a salary south of $9/hour. Full disclosure, I didn't see what happened on the employee's end, but I've BEEN a manager to employees before and the rules of engagement are fairly simple: 1 - Listen to the customer and diffuse the situation as best as possible. 2 - Once the customer is gone, pull the employee aside privately and get his/her side of the story. 3 - If there was a legitimate mistake made by the employee, proceed accordingly. What you DON'T do is publicly shame an employee. No, NEVER! Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do you EVER humiliate an employee, yelling things like "what the hell?" for all customers to witness. It is degrading and, quite frankly, it's employee HARASSMENT. Terry needs to find a new line of work. She's clearly not cut out for this line of work and she has NO BUSINESS managing other employees. What a horrible excuse for a human being she is. These people work HARD for borderline slave wages. The LEAST you could do is hear THEIR side of the story and treat them with a modicum of respect. read more

The staff at the Everett Taco Bell is extremely friendly every time I go there. The girl who was at the drive thru today (2/28 around 230/3pm) saw that I had been crying and genuinely asked if I was okay. It meant a lot for a stranger to show that she cared enough to ask. I would have been gone 5 seconds later so she could have just ignored me but she didn't. Thank you! The food is great. However, this is the third time I have gotten the Fiesta potatoes with no fork. Had to throw them out again :( Also it would be much appreciated if they would make sure to fill up the cup of nacho cheese as well as not just stuff the napkins in the bag but put in a folded stack. read more

This Taco Bell location operating hours is weird and confusing . I pulled up in the Drive Thru at 10:20pm on a Sunday to get screamed at by the women in the window "WE'RE ClOSED ONLY DoING UBEREATS AND APP PiCK UP!" Okay but I just tried to order online . She goes "let me check" oh you can order now. I just turn it on so you can make the order. My sis tried to order 15 minutes later. The ordering service is turned off for online orders. Moments later it was back on and finally she went to check out it says the restaurant is closed . We were still in the lot so we pulled up again asking the rude women why the app is not on . She replied we only can take 5 orders at a time than turn off the system because we are short on staff so that is why we close at different times every night and turned off the lights in the dinning zone and Drive thru signage.
