The food is fine. The delivery operation is a hot mess - don't do it. Below is just the latest of fails. This place is very obviously built for takeout and delivery (there is essentially no dine-in experience) so it's genuinely impressive how poorly they manage it. When delivery fails (and it does), they don't fix the problem. They deflect it and then the service gets worse. So Uber Eats delivered the wrong order. When the driver couldn't retrieve our actual order, I drove to the restaurant myself to pick it up. Our food was sitting there. They refused to release it unless we returned the incorrect order--food that, once delivered, cannot legally be re-served (ew and also I'm not doing that). They claimed the driver picked up the wrong order, which points to a basic failure in order labeling and pickup control. Instead of correcting their breakdown, they doubled down and made it my problem. I would have even paid for our food (again) but they were so ridiculous at the counter about getting the old food (red flag) that I left empty handed. It's not me, it's you. Embarrassingly bad execution and hostile customer service. If delivery is your entire model, this level of incompetence is indefensible. read more

Honestly, decent food. Flavor was there, but their organization needs work. We ordered for pick up, and they seemed busy which wasn't shocking, but we waited a while past pick up time and they gave us a wrong meal. We ordered a crispy chicken Caesar sub, a steak and cheese sub and an Italian sandwich, but they gave us two chicken subs no steak and cheese. The chicken wings were a good size and good flavors especially for the price. The mozzarella sticks however weren't great honestly. The location was really convenient, but not the best for parking. Ordered from here for pickup. They got 2/3 subs correct, third sub was not at all what was ordered. Of the two that were correct, the italiano was good, the chicken Cesar sub was okay. Wings are decent. Good portion size of 10 wings in the small, average flavor. Mozzarella sticks were just meh. Wouldn't order again especially for $12 and only getting 6 of them. Nice undercarriage and good sauce flavor and cheese to sauce ratio. A little on the floppy side. Took the T to Orient Heights from Revere, Ordered two sandwiches A Crispy Chicken Caesar and a Chicken Parm sandwich, order takes 20 minutes guy behind the counter tries to bring it to me after confirming it was to go at the counter twice. Another 5 minutes go by as they're scrambling to figure out how to properly pack our Togo sandwiches. Get all the way back home and one of the sandwiches is completely wrong looks like they gave us a beef cheese sandwich. When you order in person you expect the order to be accurate especially when it only takes 20 minutes. Didn't even get to try this new "trending" spot due to lack of service, no refund offered because when you call the restaurant nobody picks up. Crush Pizza recently opened another location in East Boston, and I was quite impressed. I was excited to the pesto, roni, and vodka sicilian pizza and it was delicious. The slices they offer were too tempting not to pass up and being a lover of buffalo chicken pizza these were also solid. We also tried the mozz sticks, which unfortunately were not my favorite. However, I loved the art they had in the main dining area and the servers were very friendly! Definitely try the pizza! read more

I am so upset with Crush Pizza tonight. I went to the East Boston location and I order a half pepperoni and cheese, Sicilian pizza and 4 boneless chicken fingers. This is what the pizza looked like. The Chicken Fingers were brunt to a crisp and I threw them in the trash. When I called to complain I was basically told to shove it. I will NEVER go there again. Too many better pizza/sub restaurants in East Boston than going to this DUMP. read more

The time is never right and the order is usually screwed in some way. WOW. This Pesto Roni & Vodka Sauce Sicilian was absolutely amazing. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the pesto was refreshing, the pepperoni was crisped, and the hot honey added the perfect amount of depth. The buffalo chicken was pretty good as well. Unfortunately the mozzarella sticks were not good at all, they were dense and not gooey... almost like biting into a cheese stick, and did not come with marinara sauce. Worst steak and cheese sub I ever had in my life. Seriously . I couldn't even eat it. The meat had big hard chunks of fat and the bread was greasy, soggy and burnt all at the same time. It tasted like old griddle grease. And, they don't use American cheese. The cheese had no flavor. Even if it was edible, it had hardly any meat in it all once you pluck out all of the fat chunks. The pizza is mediocre too. I will never order from here again. I actually cant wait for this place to close, so they can put something good in its location. Came there around 6:30, the place wasn't busy. We got a small margarita and a small spinachia. The pricing is fair and the place is brand new and clean. The pizzas were good. I liked the margarita better than the spinachia but the crust on the margarita could have been a little crispier. We didn't wait too long for our pizzas. The staff is in full training mode, you can both see it and feel it. They are all trying to get the hang of it and the owner was there to support and help them out which was awesome to watch! Went into Crush tonight for first time after hearing great things about it. Working in the neighborhood myself and four other guys from work were looking forward to trying it. Started off with pesto vodka pepperoni slice which was Absolutely delicious! Then tried the crispy chicken Caesar sub that was toasted and out of this world!! I was SO happy to hear they were opening in Eastie! I was a frequent flyer at the now closed downtown location. They have really great pizza made with fresh ingredients. Thin crispy crust style. I will say it is better if you eat it right out of the oven when the cheese is still melty hot. There are a fair amount of tables to eat onsite and a super cool Eastie themed wall mural. This will be our go to pizza in the neighborhood for sure. Haven't yet tried anything else on the menu but looking forward to it. read more
