One of their fresh muffins is always perfect for keeping us happy while we wait for our meal - usually an omelette with home fries and toast, and a deliciously refreshing fresh-squeezed orange juice. The owner and chef, Neil, clearly knows all the regulars and the cafe has a really nice community feel to it. Neil is also a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) alum and does all the cooking himself to order, and it comes through in the consistency and quality of the food. I also just saw that they are now open on Sunday mornings, which is exciting for us. Perfect spot for a casual diner-like breakfast or lunch with top-notch food right in Malden Center!
