My wife and I have been looking for the right BMW mechanic for quite some time now. I truly believe the look is over. I don't do many reviews and prefer to wait until I've experienced more with a company in question. My wife's' BMW 550i was in need of service. Unfortunately it was the much dreaded engine warning indicator, stating to drive under 50mph. We anticipated a major repair. Clement Identified the problem immediately, but made the extra effort to see if this part was still under warranty. My wife's car is well over 5 year old and this service did not cost us anything. My 2010 Z4 had many issues. Too many to list for this review. Let's just say, it now drives like a new car. This is not an exaggeration nor do I say such things lightly. I believe this service would of cost me much more, at least double at a BMW dealer. These are just a few examples of the great service they have been providing. What I appreciate most about SGV is Clements and his crew. They have the integrity and honesty that is so lacking today. And they give this high level of service every time. SGV is a rare find, worth the trip from the inland empire or however far you may live. You will not be disappointed. read more

I heard from a friend that they can do oil changes on Porsches so I contacted them for a quote. They got back to me in a few minutes and I was able to set up an appointment the following day. Once I got there, they worked on the car and even gave it a car wash. I was in and out in an hour or less. The staff were all super friendly and customer service was top notch. Come here for all your car repair needs! read more

From the moment I showed up I knew right away I was going to have a pleasant experience here. I came here to get a couple things done on my car and had to leave it there for a few hours. Work was amazing and price was good too. I will be taking my car here for future services for sure. They even offered to pay for my Uber ride when I came to pick up my car. Thanks for the great work SGV BIMMERS Here's an updated review for SGV BIMMERS. If you have a Bmw or mini don't hesitate to take your car here. Treat yourself and treat your ride by having it serviced here. Your wallet will thank you too. I try to stay on top of my bmw m3 maintenance and this is the only place I will take it to. The relationship clement builds with his customers is awesome. Their work is top notch and you will notice it after you drive off their lot. read more

Where do I start! If I could give them a 10 star, I would! First of all, I have a 2013 BMW 328i I was on my way to work when I got a red "engine oil pressure: please stop now". I didn't know what was going on since I just got a oil change and I got no warning signs prior? Made it to work and decided that I was gonna drop of my car at the dealership just so they could do a vehicle check. Turns out that I needed a new timing chain, oil pump, oil valve and recommended motor mount and front bushings. All this costing me 9k at the dealership. Mind you, I just paid my car off a month ago and NEVER had problems til now. I sure as heck was not about to pay 9k!?! Thankfully jumped on the BMW forums and it brought me here...SGV BIMMER! I called right away, spoke with Clement! Great customer service from the beginning! I told Clement the light that popped up and he instantly knew it was the timing chain before I even told him! I knew I was in great hands. Dropped off my car Thursday morning and it was ready by Saturday morning! They literally went above and beyond, fixing other issues on my car that I wasn't even told about. Pricing is amazing! Paid a third of what the dealership was charging me! They even gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was at their shop. They even showed me all the parts they changed, Clement popped the hood and showed me everything that was fixed! Honestly, so glad I found these guys! I'm definitely only going to them from now on even if it's just for an oil change!! Thank you!!!! read more

Took over my late best friends car and man did it need some work done found this place with amazing reviews right where I live so stopped by and man clement showed me all that needed to be done and took so much car of it all he went above and beyond will forever be coming to him and might get a bmw I'm the near future just to have him as my mechanic again the greatest person ever thank you! read more

I was recommended by a friend (Ken) for repairs and service for my Bmw. I called over the phone and they answered immediately and scheduled an appointment. Clement (owner) is great at what he does. He pin pointed what I needed and gave me an estimate on cost and repair time. He had my car fixed in no time. Love the fast service and professional work. I highly recommend to anyone who needs bmw service or repair done. Will be back for routine service. Clement did a great job on my car and my car is no longer leaking any oil and is running great. Only used W genuine parts. read more

SGV Bimmer did an excellent job taking care of a broken oil drain plug. They had the end of the bolt out in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier. Had they not gotten it out, it would have required removing the oil pan (a very large job), and although it wasn't necessary, I would have been very confident having them tackle the job! I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Oh man, this place! I recently moved to CA and I was looking for a place to take my car in. I read all the reviews on many places and this place's reviews were off the chart. So I decided to take my car in and check it out. Not only the service was fast and nice- reasonable price and they informed me exactly what I need- AMAZING. I also got $25 off for checking in, and free car wash after the service. I like it here:) read more

Owning a BMW can be difficult when you cant find a good mechanic or one who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I found Tony and his shop after being left hanging by another mechanic on Yelp. I had a problem with my gas tank which was leaking and the previous mechanic said it was a problem with one of the sensors and didn't tell me anything for 5 days. I ended up calling Tony who was nice enough to send a tow truck to get my car from the bad mechanic and over to his shop. Tony diagnosed the problem in 1 day and called meet up right away with an estimate of the repairs. They not only fixed the problem, they went above and beyond by addressing other issues on my car and not charging me for some of the extra work or parts. After visiting many BMW shops in the area and being overcharged or let down, it was a godsend to find Tony's shop. SGV Bimmer are the most trustworthy and professional Bimmer mechanics you're going to find in LA. I'm not taking my Bimmer anywhere else read more

Brought my mom a vehicle over after being ripped off by Monrovia BMW(worst ever). Have my car fixed in 2 days while other shops needed a week minimum! Clement is the most professional mechanic I'd ever met and made my moms car fresher than before! Price is very reasonable too. In addition, Clement also helped us to wax some scratches for free. Five stars!! read more

I came back to SGV for a starting problem and coolant leak. Once again problem diagnosed, quoted and fixed within a day!!! I picked up my car and had a slight issue. Clement came to my house, picked up my car, took it back to his shop, dropped off my car washed and fixed. Even my wife was blown away!! If you are on the fence about coming here or looking for a shop stop looking. Bring your car here! Knowing these guys do amazing work and won't rip you off is the best feeling!! Read the reviews, these guys should have 5 + stars. I just found out they do everything from paint/body, car mods, exterior etc etc etc so I'll be back for some minor body work and paint. read more

Two things this shop will not do, over-charge or lie to you. If you are lucky enough to live close and allow these gentlemen to work on your vehicle, just do it! I typically do not post reviews but I had such great work done at SGV Bimmer that I am highly recommending this place. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I am glad I was able to find this great place. Thank you SGV Bimmer!!! read more

This shop and Clement truly deserve a five star review! My car was due for service but the warranty has expired, so I looked up on yelp and decided to give it a try based on other good reviews. Upon entry, I was greeted by Clement with a big smile, he quickly took my car in and let me know which services it needs. He was also kind enough to give me a free estimate on a scratch repair and explained the options to me very patiently. The price is reasonable and it put my mind at ease knowing that they only use official manufactory parts. You get the best price, best service, and fun chats here. This shop is now my go-to place as long as I keep my Bimmer! read more

Don't hesitate to come! I read nothing but good reviews and now experiencing the shop today the reviews aren't wrong! They were able to help me and were honest. They are very knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks guys! read more

I've been going to the technician here for a few years (back when he was fixing my car at his house) and he's always given me the best deal and done an amazing job helping me maintain my finicky bmw. He finally opened his shop 8 months ago and I came here for the first time. I had many things wrong with my car (starter was old, lots of other things I didn't understand lol ) but my dad said it was a great deal compared to the actual dealership and I had saved hundreds of dollars! They only use certified bmw parts as well. I was able to get my car back in 2 days AND he washed the car for me and vacuumed (since I am a messy girl lol). BMWs require a lot of maintenance and they're super $$$ But this place makes it worth it! I HIGHLY recommend this place. It's a serious gem!! Very professional, amazing pricing, and very prompt. They really value their customers and are very passionate about providing quality care. read more

Short and sweet: I'm coming back here for future service. Brought my E46 M3 in for ignition issues. Clement diagnosed two bad ignition coils, replaced them, and had my car ready to go in less than 30 mins. Price was reasonable with what I could deduce through the internet so no complaints there. I also want to make clear I don't know Clement and so I came in blind and not knowing what to expect. I came out highly satisfied. I'll be returning for future maintenance so will be continuing to update this review, but seems like and I genuinely hope that I've found my go-to M mechanic. read more

Have be bringing my BMW's to Clement for years...Best BMW service in SGV at a reasonable price

Clement and Li totally deserve this five star review. My 7 years 130K miles F30 had been having many issues, electric system reboot, tire pressure sensors malfunction..., but among which the most critical one is intermittent engine rattle noise that often happened when the engine got hot. I brought in my car to the shop knowing they took care of my regular maintenance very well last time with a very reasonable price and good service. Upon a detail examination done by Clement, turns out the timing chain guide was broken and part of it broke inside of the engine block and the part stayed outside had been scrapping the engine off! Clement was very honest about the situation, doing facetime and going through all the possible solutions with me. It came down to only two options: scraping the car completely, or doing an engine swap. Having confidence in Clement and his team, I decided to go with engine swap option at a very reasonable price. Clement and Li stayed on top of the fix and had been keeping my updated all throughout the process. The fix was less than a week and when I went to pick up the car, everything is fixed and cleaned up like nothing happened. Engine swapped, tire pressure sensor reset, battery changed, light bulb changed, coolant and freon added. She's ready for another 100K miles now. Now that Clement and his team knows my bimmer in and out, it won't make sense for me to go to any where else for any future work. I just hope I could've keep my old engine and make it into an awesome furniture. read more

I needed an oil change and brake fluid change for my car and looked around on Yelp to see if there were any reputable shops. I came across this shop and saw the great ratings and decided to check it out. I called in on a Tuesday and asked for pricing from Tony. I made an appt for the next day. 1st impressions: Tony's shop is clean! Seriously clean. It's by far the cleanest auto body shop I've ever step foot into. Tony greeted me right away and brought my car out back to service it. He quoted me that it would take about an hour. An hour was what it took to get the work done. Tony serviced my car, reset the electronics and filled my tires up to optimal levels. The great reviews for Tony's shop are warranted. His pricing was actually even better than my local mechanic who charges me "BMW pricing." Tony's pricing is extremely reasonable. His service was great and overall I'm very happy with the service. If you're unsure about where to take your Bimmer to get it serviced. Get it serviced here. Trust me. Highly recommended. Thanks again Tony for the great work! I will definitely be back. read more

2000+ miles away from home on a road trip to LA, my engine started misfiring amongst other issues. So grateful to have found Clement! One look under the hood and he had already diagnosed the problem before I had even finished my cigarette!! You can see his passion for Bimmers and his attention to detail - pointing out and correcting issues that my old mechanic missed. Work was done promptly and even threw in a couple of freebies as well. Never had I met a mechanic as knowledgeable and honest as Clement. Clement has been nothing short of amazing! Excellent prices and top notch work! I needed servicing on my BMW and was ready to pay an arm and a leg.. Until i called Clement and he was able to offer the service significantly cheaper than anywhere else. There is an old saying "you get what you pay for" but not here. He offers competitive prices and treats your vehicle with care and respect. Honest work. No BS. No up-sell. The price he quotes you is the price you pay.. As Clement said to me "not a penny more not a penny less". What really stood out to me wasn't the loaner that he offered me while my vehicle was in for service, wasn't the competitive price (i felt like i robbed this guy), wasn't the quick turnaround time... but was the phone call that came after i picked up my vehicle. I know... what is the significance of this phone call??? The fact that he called me a few hours later and asked me: "how is the car doing? Is it driving okay? Do you feel a difference?" That, Ladies and gentleman, is F***king next level SERVICE! To most people.. it may not mean much. But little do they know, that call sets the bar on how confident he was that the vehicle was 100% fixed. Not cocky... confident! That one phone call spoke volume on the type of service that Clement offers! If I would honestly rate this independent shop... i would give it a 10/5... Yes, double the stars! I would recommend this shop to any BMW owners! HE KNOWS HIS S**T! read more

Serious Engine Service -- The Mini Cooper needed a few things done...ignition, leaks, etc. Tony gave me several choices in terms of 'right now' vs. 'it can wait until next time'. Also options for OEM or aftermarket parts. Quick diagnosis, fixed it right the first time, and running great six months later. Regular oil change -- in and out in half a day. Brake service -- in and out in half day, even though the parts weren't in the shop's regular stock. Be sure to give them a call a day or so ahead of time, and find out when they can see you. Big plus: - Tony was in communication before, during, and after each visit. - Prices were reasonable, without the 'German car sticker shock'. - Work was done right each time. - And they washed the car! German cars are high-strung, fussy little creatures. Tony and his team are definitely good partners to have. read more

It is very refreshing to meet a truly honest mechanic. We brought my son's 2008 328i in to have some noises in the power steering and a clicking noise when going from park to drive diagnosed. Turns out the noises my son was hearing are normal for a 3 series with 100,000 miles on it. He listened to all our comments, the car noises and test drove the car with my son. Really was great honest service. In the end, he told us everything is in normal working order and to bring the car back if the noises get louder. read more

My car needed an oil change and a service for a while now and I've been meaning to bring it to a mechanic. However, I've had bad experiences with previous mechanics so I was delaying it until I couldn't anymore. I called at 8:30 am and was able to bring my car at 10:30 am. Within minutes of arriving, Clement and Peter showed me that my car had a massive leak in the oil gasket and diagnosed my vehicle. Clement was very reassuring and comforting since I didn't expect to have my vehicle repaired that day. He provided me with a couple of options with the budget that I had since I am a student. I'm happy I proceeded with the repair since I was able to get my car the next day. I'm very happy with the result and my car drives so smoothly and quietly now. Plus, it relieved all my car anxieties. I was on the fence about keeping my vehicle since owning a BMW comes with its own set of challenges (including the price), but knowing there is somebody like Clement who I can trust made me change my mind. read more
