My tire pressure was low so I spotted this tire shop on my way home. Pulled in asked if they can help put air in my tire. I'm assuming a new tech helped me, as he trying to put air, another worker came by and told him what are you doing give it to me give it to me. Then he approached me and asked me what my dash is saying rudely. An older gentleman asked the same new worker to give him the hose and he started putting air for me. When he was done, I told the man I'd be back. (In my mind thinking let me get some cash out to tip). As I was pulling away that same moody worker had the audacity to yell out "you drive a Mercedes and you can't even give a tip, no tip". Like wtf dude I don't have cash and if you heard me, I told him I'd be back. Anyways I literally drove a min away to the liquor store to pull out cash. Came back and all the men had condescending smirks on their faces. The rude guy gave me the ugliest look, like dude who hurt you. No one wanted to approach my vehicle to get the tip. Then finally a customer approached me and said I'll take the tip money and give it to the dude, j/k. Ummmm okay so now you making jokes too. Sexist sexist shop! Genuinely Down-to-earth people and great service. I thought I had an air leak from my rim but when they investigated, they found out it was the valve stem making my tire lose air and they were able to fix it with no problem instantly and all in a matter of minutes. I've came to this place ever since they replaced the previous auto repair shop. And I've came here about 5 times for both my mom and I for brake changes and other services and I have nothing to complain about. They're very nice people and they have reasonable prices and they're honest with you with their work. I came by once to ask them what's wrong with my ac because it wasn't blowing hot air and see if they can fix it and they were honest with me and told me to go to an autozone or oreilly and buy freon and showed me where to put it in my car so that I don't have to pay an arm and a leg. This is the spot that Ben had and unfortunately and the new guys are total crooks. This is the type of place that gets exposed on some local news channel for charging a male client one thing, and a female something else. I was charged $220 for the exact thing a female friend was given an estimate of $1100. Same make and model. And in my case, it started at $220, but he magically kept finding something and was ready to charge me $800. I took my car elsewhere, and thats what I recommend for everyone else. read more

The people here are very dishonest and will take advantage of you if you do not know anything about your car. Brought my car here for an oil leak, and at first he was charging $2k for the repair- no problem. Then when I agreed to the repair, without me know the guy Chuy takes my car to his brothers place "5 points auto" where he tells me I have to get an engine replacement for $5k. Complete crooks and frauds. Ended up taking my car to a different place for the oil leak and was charged only $1k. Stay away from this place, they just want to swindle you read more
