My car needed an oil change for a super long time and since my car was out of warranty, I needed to take it somewhere. After dragging my feet for a little bit, I finally found SGV Bimmer on Yelp. I called in the morning and made an appointment to bring it in for the same day, afternoon, which was great. I drove over on Saturday afternoon and met with Peter and Clement (the owner). They quoted the price for an oil change, which was super reasonable and told me they would be done in about 30 minutes, which was great! There is a lobby that has cold water and some snacks that you can have while you are waiting (I believe they also have free WiFi). After talking to the owner, we also decided on changing out the brake pad and doing an diagnostic, which would take a little longer. All of the service together were super reasonably priced. But, obviously, it would take a little longer, so I decided to wander out. There is a small shopping center with Ross, Starbucks, and a couple of other stores about 10 minute walk away. I spent some time at Starbucks and then came back where the car was done. SGV Bimmer was quick and easy. I enjoyed talking to everyone there, who treated us very well. When my vehicle arrived by tow truck, there was a small incident that resulted in a single tire being punctured. Clement immediately assured me that he would provide a free tire replacement. He and the team worked to install the new tire, 6 spark plugs, 6 fuel injectors, 2 engine air filters, an oil change, and coding - all done in about 4 hours. Never did i see or read anywhere that I had to make an appointment. I arrived and called both times with a horrible attitude and said to come back at 3. Took one look at my car and judged it. After taking my 2012 BMW 328i to the dealer for a recall they notified me that I had a collapsed motor mount. My good friend referred me to Clement @ SGV BIMMER. He spoke very highly of him, told me that Clement is honest, trustworthy and has many years of experience with BMW's. As a female, taking my car in for service it's hard to know who to trust. Clement not only repaired my motor mount for 1/2 the price of the dealer but it actually came out less than his quote! He also pointed out that my radiator was leaking, this is something the dealer missed! My car could have overheated! He informed me that it is covered under a California warranty and can be fixed for free! He took care of it! I found this business on Yelp and it was about an hour drive from my home, I was tired of my current tech giving me the run around so I took the drive. I called first and I was told to call back a few days later since they were so busy, I did call back a week later and they took my car in the next day. My car trunk was out, my car used a lot of oil, the sunroof would get stuck, reverse light out - I knew I'd be deep $$$ in and may be without a car for days. He told me what may be wrong as soon as he checked it out, and assured I'd get an estimate the same day. He saw I was struggling to find a ride back to work and he found a way to help me! That alone was the 5 star service for me! They sent an estimate with pictures within the next hour. Called me to check what I wanted to be done and what I didn't, they didn't push me to do. Clement gave his recommendations and explained thoroughly what caused the issues. They had my car the same evening! He showed me what was fixed step by step, answered all my questions and even helped me fix my Bluetooth connection as courtesy. He pointed out little extra things they did with no charge.
