Healthy start Omelet with chicken sausage

Wow!!! Is how I would start this review for Seven Days Restaurant. Seven Days was worth the drive from the customer service to the meals. The team working on Saturday morning was very welcoming and the items on the menu were local and fresh that we could notice from the first bite. We sat on the outside patio, that gave a nice ambiance and the weather was picture perfect. In our party, we tried different omelettes, homemade potatoes -that were on point, a nice crisp, and toast and whipped butter were all excellent. Also, we were able to enjoy an ice cold Red Stripe ! This was my favorite breakfast in the Cape Cod. We would highly recommend when out visiting the Cape Cod area.

Seven Days has an eclectic mix of food (Italian, Caribbean, seafood...) in what looks to be an old house. I have been a few times because they have a separate (small) vegan menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I went again on Saturday with a group of friends after attempting to go to a nearby restaurant with a long wait. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly. Unfortunately, of the five listed vegan dinner items, they were out of the first two I selected, so I went with the tofu curry bowl, which I've tried before and was fine but frankly not my favorite. The vegetables are fresh but the curry sauce itself seemed very watery and the small chunks of tofu also seemed watery as if maybe they were not pressed first? I really appreciate that they make an effort to offer vegan options (and when I got the vegan eggplant parm on a previous occasion it was really delicious), I just wouldn't recommend the curry bowl in particular. I'm interested to come back some time to try their breakfast items.

This place is a hidden gem and as much as I'd love to keep it all to myself, Seven Days deserves to be shared with the world! Friendly and helpful staff and owners, terrific food, charming and relaxed ambience. What more could you ask for?

Cute little place in a refurbished house. The service was nice. Our waiter was very attentive. I had the baked cod. It was so hot when it came out I had to wait awhile to eat it. It's was delicious. Very tender and sitting in a pond of butter. The broccoli was tender and well seasoned. I don't care for carrots so I didn't try them. The rice was plain and kinda dry. I put some in the cod's butter and it was better but not great. It needs some type of juice so it was t so dry and sone flavor.

What a charming place! We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated in the front room at a tablecloth covered table in an inviting and sunny room with colorful art for sale on the walls. We chose to split a tuna melt with a side of sweet potato fries from the extensive menu, because we wanted to save room for the enticing deserts in the display case. We were very pleased with our sandwich and the amazingly plated deserts.

On our first morning in Dennis, we walked into Seven Days with no expectations, but were immediately greeted by the most friendly man, Trevon, who allowed us to choose our own table. He was courteous and prompt and gave us a few recommendations. My husband thoroughly enjoyed Trevon's creation, the Italian sweet cream iced latte, and I became quickly obsessed with the orange cranberry muffin French toast. The flavors are actually insane! We came back each morning of our stay greeted by Trevon and Paula. We ordered our favorites each day to share and tried new items as well. The jerk chicken is out of this world and an absolute must especially for spice seakers! As someone who lived in the Caribbean for several years, this dish tasted like it was made with the utmost attention and love. After our week in Dennis, we have a new favorite restaurant, and truly feel we met some of the kindest people in all of Massachusetts! We cannot wait to return, and will be dreaming of the muffin French toast until then.

Seven Days. Lots of parking in the back

The food here is fantastic and amazingly inexpensive. I had a lobster Beni on croissant and my husband a traditional Beni. My Beni had so many chunks of lobster and was $20!! The Hollandaise was light and flavorful but not overwhelming. Their cinnamon roll was also delicious. The service was attentive and the space is sweet and nicely appointed.

I had the best chicken Caesar wrap here! The chicken is good quality and the Caesar dressing must be homemade I'll definitely be back.

If you want food, you have to time it right. We got there on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm, knowing that they closed at 2. Meals were not available at that time, nor were cocktails. The only food available was snacks and pastries in a display on the counter, and most of these were already gone as well. Wine was still available in 3oz. and 5oz. pours, and we found a couple that we really enjoyed. We received fantastic service at the counter, and we were checked on several times while we were seated (we were lucky enough to get the plush chairs by the window). Set in a beautifully preserved farmhouse that is more than 200 years old, right along Route 6A, the restaurant feels both timeless and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The food was remarkable. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, from the seared dayboat scallops with piccalilli to the braised short rib, all paired with an impressive and well curated wine selection. Each course added to the experience and made the evening feel special without ever feeling overdone. What truly elevated the night was the hospitality. Renae, the manager, along with his entire team, was outstanding. Attentive, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do, they made sure everything ran seamlessly and that every guest felt genuinely cared for. She was able to convince them to release the special lists for us which had plenty of items to choose from. There was a good selection of things to choose from. We decided on the clam chowder bread bowl, French onion soup, grilled cheese, and onion rings. We asked that everything be delivered at once which it was. The French onion soup was as flavorful as always. A deep rich beef base with plenty of onions, cheese and croutons. Always a favorite of ours here. The chowder bread bowl was large with the top of the bread bowl toasted which was a nice touch. The bread was very fresh and filled to the top with plenty of clams and potatoes and a very creamy rich broth. Bread bowls are a favorite and this didn't disappoint. The best part is tearing the bowl apart so you get that nice flavor of the chowder coming through. The grilled cheese was your standard grill cheese. Nicely grilled with a little crust on the outside and plenty of cheese inside. A large portion of tater tots came with the sandwich and they were fried nicely except they were a little greasy. And plenty of butter was used on the bread to get it nice and toasty. The onion rings could have been fried a little longer and, like the tater tots, were a tad greasy. But the onions were nice and fresh and still had a good crunch to them. All in all the meal was good, service was great, and seating is always comfortable. We'll be going back in the near future.
