We stopped into check out the selection. There were a lot of tasty looking donuts, pastries, cute shaped cookies (loved the basketballs for March Madness!), breads, and more in the cases. There is also a refrigerated case full of dips, salads, beverages, and more. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were hoping for some soft pretzels, but the staff recommended we opt for pretzel sticks instead because they were freshly baked and ready. It was a great suggestion - the pretzel sticks had a great texture and flavor! There is plentiful parking available in the shopping center lot.

I have been a frequent buyer for years. Over the past month it seems quality and service has gone downhill....and I have gone to 3 different locations....I don't think the employees like their jobs and it show. On top of that, we ordered a giant pretzel sandwich for a large group. It was all dry pretzel and very little meat. Very disappointing. I wonder if there has been a change in management somewhere up the chain????

    Cinderella Doll cake

We ordered a "doll" birthday cake for our 3 year old's birthday. I asked that they make it up to resemble Cinderella as much as possible as that was the theme of the party. The result was amazing!! The girls loved it and the adults were quite impressed. The only negative is that now the 5 year old wants an "Ariel" cake for her birthday :)

Ever since I was little, this pastry shop was always the place we would get our birthday cakes from. I grew up loving it as a childhood favorite; however, as an adult, I now appreciate it even more! If you are in the mood for some really good homemade baked goods, this place is good. After trying about every doughnut in the city. Servattis ranks top of the list! Still in doubt? Check out their cinnamon rolls! They are as big as my face! Pop them in the microwave for a few seconds, and they are delicious. They are known for their bread, cookies, baked goods, and pretzels of course--but make sure to check out their cakes. You can pre-order them, and they are extra special for an event. Lots of creative designs!! Curious to see if their lunch was as good as their dessert, I checked out their sandwiches this past weekend. I was just craving something simple on a croissant, and it was extremely tasty! Each sandwich was served with a pickle spear and some cookies. You could also get two sides for a couple dollars more. Totally worth it! Just walk into their shop and smell how wonderful it smells! I truly cannot wait to go back. The staff was super friendly and helpful as I seem to never be able to make any decisions standing in front of a dessert counter! It's one of my Cincinnati favs, for sure!!

Always fresh and yummy. Apple fritter, cinnamon roll, cookies and cream long John, and chocolate truffle slice...and pretzel bread to go.

Amazing cake for my mom's 90th birthday!!!

Delicious cake for my mother's 90th birthday - Also had sandwich trays, fruit, veggie and relish trays. Everything was delicious!!! Easy ordering and pick up!!!

We wanted a special cake for my daughters golden 13th birthday. I called them And explained what I was looking for. They did not disappoint! The cake was amazing and the design was exactly what I wanted. Our new teenager lived it and it was the hit of the party. The counter associates are extremely nice as well.

    Yummy!

They make a chocolate dome thing - phenomenal! Sometimes the pretzels are hard so they're best fresh and soft.

Best bakery in the area. The Italian bread is awesome and so are the pastries. Visit this place if you want truly great bakery items.

This place is heaven!…read more I am not the biggest donut person so I love a place that has donuts and baked goods alike! This place doesn't disappoint - there is so much to choose from and the options rotate daily ! I personally love the blueberry fritters - They are huge and layers of blueberry yet they are only 3 bucks (that's so cheap). The strawberry cheese pastry was also delicious and flaky. The only thing I ordered that I wasn't a huge fan of was the pretzel - it was big and the price was right but it didn't taste better than a wawa pretzel twist. The donuts also come warm since the case seems to be a warming case which is a nice touch. The workers are so nice and they will explain every flavor to you if needed since there are no labels. The place is small and so is the parking lot.

I went late on a Sunday morning and the small parking lot next door was full. There was a short line in the small shop ahead of me and some of the best sellers were sold out. The person who helped me answered all my questions and I enjoyed everything I tried, including a small cinnamon roll-like pastry and palmier. Best of all, I bought 3 items and the total was less than $6! I look forward to coming again to try more.

I'm so glad we did! It was amazing. The shop is quite small and bustling on a Sunday morning. The baked goods are displayed mouthwateringly behind glass, nicely labeled. I do not think it would be possible to leave with just one item -- so many delicious-looking sweet and savory options, and so well crafted. We choose a pecan sticky bun (the last one in the case - ha! Sorry, people behind us, you didn't get to experience that caramelly flavor with the salt flake zings!), a s'mores morning bun (the delicate chocolate filling didn't over power and the whipped creamy topping were perfect) an apricot shortbread cookie (literally melts in your mouth!), and a kimchi danish (not me - my daughter picked that one and loved it). They were all superb, worth having a conversation about! We also had drinks - iced vanilla latte and a seasonal apple cider with cold foam -- also very tasty. There were a couple of tables inside, a couple outside. It's a popular place so consider yourself lucky if you snag a spot. We took ours to go, walking past a line of folks waiting their turn to drool at the glass. We ordered inside, got our pastries boxed up, then went outside to wait for our drinks to be delivered by the barista through a handy sidewalk-facing window. Street parking available and a lot nearby but I'm not sure if it's a public lot. We parked on the street right out front.
