Ordering is a relatively simple process; once you've sent in your request, Emily will respond with an order confirmation within a few hours. Payment is via Venmo or Zelle. If paying by Venmo, make sure not to mark it as a transaction (it deducts 3% from the money transfer). The only downside for Seremi is that Emily doesn't provide custom messages on cakes (although she does offer "Happy Birthday" toppers, for a small extra fee).
