Pearl is amazing, she knows her inventory & after years of doing this, she can look at you & know exactly what glasses would look best. You will be fitted properly & given the care one would expect but usually don't get at other Optical Boutiques. I can't say enough praises for the service I received. They have an amazing selection of frames & options. I love the pure honest interactions. If it doesn't look good, Pearl is honest & will tell you. When I started to need progressive glasses, Sal & Dr. O'Conner were super supportive in getting them just right for me. After all these years, I am still an extremely happy patient at Malibu Eye Center! I had a beloved pair of Isabel Marant sunglasses that are no longer made, and Ana fixed them within minutes. She immediately knew how to handle the tiny screws without damaging them--which is incredibly important because once those screws are damaged, the glasses can no longer be properly used. I was blown away by her knowledge, precision, and kindness. Ana is definitely a consumer educator which is so helpful when making a purchase that is often needed on a daily basis! Scam billing and rushed services go somewhere else trust me…read more Shady billing practices here and the behavior of the front desk / sales people makes it obvious Booked an eye exam for $85 and walked in Sales guy says "oh.. it's your first time we charge $124 if you're paying out of pocket" Huh. Never heard of a place charging more for cash but okay Found out after they added on some useless $39 scan without even asking me. Guy made it sound like it was just the normal cost of the exam he never mentioned he was adding on extra services Then at the end I requested a receipt. He did not provide a physical copy and told me I would get one in my email but their internet was very slow so it would take time. Three days later still no receipt had to message their online customer service just to get a breakdown of what they charged me for Eye exam was nothing special it was super rushed probably 15 mins max I recommend just going elsewhere but if you go here check all charges thoroughly

And I met this very nice young lady, named Elle, who told me she was the owner. And she spent plenty of time patiently helping me find exactly what I wanted and she was so hospitable and just a joy to deal with! And I left with exactly what I wanted and also a great sense of hospitality that I didn't feel at other stores. I would definitely recommend this location if you need any sort of eyewear!
