Amazing view during the day, great vibe at night be prepared to be seen - dress to impress on a Friday / Saturday night! Check the weather as sitting outside is fabulous on a great day. We had a few cocktails and champagne - the inside has great music and very lively.

a wonderful experience! we sat right by the windows and had the best view. Highly recommend the tuna taco for an appetizer! so so tasty! the best views in the city!

Seen Taco, Lamb Croquettes, Truffle Linguini, Wagyu Burger Really cool restaurant on the 9th floor of this posh hotel with a great lobby. The restaurant interior is really cool, with all the Christmas decorations up and great sofa bench seating. The Seen taco was great, really fresh ceviche, loved the touch of the roe and the Pomegranate seeds. The Lamb croquettes were nice and savory, super tender Lamb inside. Loved the linguini--nicely al dente, and the Truffle flavor was readily apparent. Wagyu burger was just alright, nothing lifechanging. Overall a great meal, with great service, but pretty overpriced imo!

Trendy spot with an amazing view and delicious food. SEEN and its associated sky bar are perched on the roof of the Tivoli hotel. The vibe is sceney as the name probably alludes to. It is a few cursive neon signs short of tacky but overall doesn't cross that line. The patio is awesome - the tables there have a minimum spend per person of $100. Luckily the food is good enough you should have no problem hitting the minimum. The menu is international so do not expect anything specifically Portuguese. The highlights included the cod fritter and the wagyu steak. I am super picky about restaurant steak so take this as a ringing endorsement - the fat was rendered so well, the meat was exceedingly tender, and the seasoning was on point. Everything else was delicious as well including the pisco sour I had. Of all the new trendy restaurants popping up in rapidly developing Lisbon I would make sure to visit SEEN for the view and some delicious food.

You can't beat the view! This photo doesn't do it justice.

Seen is a true delight for all of the senses, deserves seven out of five stars. The interior is amazing and has something to take in at every corner - beautiful plants, the perfect lighting, thoughtfully curated textures and colors. The view outside of the Lisbon hills is mesmerizing. The entire menu is tempting - our group ordered several dishes to share because all of it sounded so good. The taste did not disappoint! The staff were incredible. They had excellent recommendations and we wanted for absolutely nothing during our experience at Seen.

The service was excellent here and the views from the rooftop bar (especially at dusk) are some of the best in the city. Definitely come early and have some cocktails at the rooftop bar before dinner. Don't pass on the seafood taco - it's the most elevated taco I've ever had (and I don't eat seafood). The steak, burger, rice and fries that we had were great, though I think we would have been even more impressed with the food if we had listened to the waiter and taken some of his recommendations (pair the waygu with the truffle linguini, try some sushi, lobster salad etc). Dress code was definitely elevated, dress up especially the later into the night you go.

Marcos was very attentive to our needs. He saw two of us standing with only one chair available and he quickly found a second chair for us. Then he gave us his honest opinion of drinks and suggested one that I would enjoy. He was spot on. The veggie roll appetizer (4 pieces) was so hearty and delicious it had us wishing for a dozen more. Overall great time and super views, especially if you get seating at the bar overlooking the hillside and get Marcos as your server!!

Breathtaking Views from this Hidden Speak Easy RoofTop Bar and restaurant. The food was great and returned twice during our vacation

Gorgeous views and fantastic cocktails and food. Best sushi I've ever had. Loved the service - they were always quick to accommodate us and answer questions or offer suggestions. Our server also snagged us an awesome spot at the Sky Bar after dinner! The ambiance is just breathtaking! Also, very affordable for the quality of the meal!

Nice decor of the scallops plate! However, as for the food I preferred the sushi here, so much so that I went back for the very next day for lunch and was not disappointing at all. They can use more options on the menu. I also went back to see the Sky bar adjacent to it and the daytime. The staff at SEEN was very very nice and accommodating and service full of smiles like they all had a good day or a least a good manager.

The views, the service, and the food were amazing! If you are ever in Lisbon SEEN is MUST. Sunday nights are not as busy to make a reservation. Please arrive on time. If you're late your table may be given to the next guest. Our waiter was very honest and welcoming. I went to SEEN for my cousins birthday. The restaurant is perfect for amazing views especially if you're celebrating something special.

I recommend making a reservation a few days to a week early if you want to eat at Seen. We tried to come as soon as they opened and the next available seating wasn't until 10 pm. We went to the Sky Bar as an alternative and mentioned to our waiter that we had wanted to try the restaurant but couldn't get seated. He took a moment to check if they had any walk-in availability for 3 people and thankfully they did! We were sat at a high table by the bar. It was extremely dark and took a while for them to bring over a light for the table. Besides that, everything was incredible. You can't go wrong with any fish dish you get here. The Nigiri New Style and Wagyu Gyoza were the highlights of the meal for me but the truffle linguine was also great. The fish absolutely melts in your mouth it's so fresh. I will definitely be back here!

Couples The food was delicious. The place and music was amazing perfect to relax and enjoy the best food. The most delicious appetizers I have ever tried. Great wine. Im not rating 5 stars because we had to wait in line to enter the restaurant In the elevator. The give privilege to the hotel guest, so we waited for a long time for a space to go up. After we arrive we waited a while to even get water at the table. After that the experience was lovely.

This was our first official meal in Lisbon, a reservation for 9:45 pm dinner on a Wednesday, and it was a great introduction to Portuguese food. The street at the entrance was empty and quiet, and there weren't many people inside, presumably because it was late. Service was excellent, they were very nice, told us to take our time despite our late reservation. Pumpkin soup was the appetizer, and it was delicious. Creamy and hearty but somehow not heavy, with some tomato and meaty flavor that went well with the sweet pumpkin. Comes with some seeds and bread that you can dip the soup with. 5/5 Octopus-comes with some green peppers, quinoa, and a tomato paste/puree that gives it a light, slightly sweet, slightly spicy taste that went very well with the octopus. This is a great summer dish. Interestingly the thin end of the octopus was not that crispy, maybe that was the intention, but the entire tentacle taste and texture was pretty homogenized. 4.5/5 Risotto- also has pumpkin, but more savory with cheese and butter, topped with leek and I belive has mushrooms. Not sure how they're getting away with using heavy ingredients coming together to become a light dish, but they're pulling it off perfectly. Price was also very reasonable. We did get asked about tip, which not all restaurants in Lisbon do, but we felt tip was deserving at this establishment.

The food across the board was excellent--every dish we tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and felt thoughtfully put together. You can tell there's real intention behind both the menu and execution. What really elevated the experience, though, was our waiter, Bernardo. He brought incredible energy to the table--full of personality, engaging, and genuinely fun to interact with. At the same time, his service was top-notch: attentive without being overbearing, helpful with recommendations, and clearly passionate about what he does. Great food is one thing, but when you pair it with service like that, it turns into a memorable experience. Highly recommend--and if you get Bernardo, you're in for a great time.

I had read in Yelp that lines could be long, but we arrived early. They have a little red rope at the door where they explain the rules. The interior is kind of eclectic. They have wines at three price points, we got a really nice bottle of red called Pops reserve. For the tapas, we ordered the assorted cheeses, octopus risotto, duck breast with chips (not normally on the menu), and ceviche. All were superb. We started with the duck and ceviche. The duck was braised perfectly and seasoned well, wonderful. Then the ceviche had swordfish and tuna. I am not normally a sword fan, but this was very tasty. Next up were the cheese and risotto. The risotto was incredible, buttery and delicious. The cheese plate had 5 cheeses of different intensity. All were great, particularly the goat ones. It came with a pumpkin jam which I had never had before, but was very good. I definitely recommend this place
