We stopped by on a Saturday around 7 p.m. for a light dinner/snack. Been a few years since I'd last visited. The place was pretty empty at first, which made me a little nervous since I have a lot of good memories here, but it did start to pick up closer to 8 p.m. The space is still very spacious with lots of seating, festive Christmas decorations, and a karaoke stage in the back playing KTV videos for ambiance. We ordered a mix of skewers, a cold dish, and a couple of Sapporos. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes. A few items were out of stock (duck wings, lamb soup). The food paired really well with beer. The 麻辣拌 had a nice numbing kick, the lamb skewers were flavorful, the pork skewers were warm and salty, the squid leg skewers were fun and tasty, and the 苕皮 was spicy but solid. Ordered: Mongolian Beef Stir Fried Shrimp & Broccoli Egg Drop Soup Chicken Wing Skewer On the menu, it says for Mongolian Beef " Served with onions and green onions." As you can see from my photo, there were no green onions, just a lot of white onions. Taste was fine, a bit spicier than most Mongolian Beefs at other places. Sir Fried Shrmip and Broccoli was ok. Small shrimp and broccoli that was overcooked and soft. Chicken Wing Skewer menu says "marinated in secret sauce and charcoal grilled until perfection." As you can see, it wasn't grilled, probably oven baked. The secret sauce was heavy with cumin. Yasye was OK, but not at all crispy. Egg Dop Soup was ok. Good flavor and lots of egg whites. Overall, I give it a C. Despite the name, I will probably not see them again. There are better options in Plano for Americanized Chinese. read more

We picked a variety of skewers (the usual suspects) lamb, beef, pork, chicken hearts, squid, as well as even abalone from their "special recommendation" list. Everything was quite flavorful and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and is also super spacious. It also does have hot pot options as well as a full bar. Not sure if we just for here super early or it was an off night, but the place was pretty empty with the exception of maybe one or two tables. Service was pretty quick and they did a great job of bringing us whatever we needed or ordered. Since we were a larger group, we ordered several things off the menu and shared everything. Some of the skewers that we ordered were the beef, lamb, chicken, beef tendon, and a few others that I didn't try. I enjoyed the beef and lamb ones a lot and they had a really tasty seasoning on it. The beef tendon was also really tender and spicy! Very good! We also ordered the large portion of the rice noodle soup dish and we had plenty of leftovers. Definitely a good soup to try and share. My absolute favorite thing was the cucumber and pork ear salad. It had just the perfect amount of spice and tang in each bite. So addicting! The fried rice and fried ramen was also really tasty as well and would be a good option if you're wanting some carbs or if you come with kids. We also tried the spicy clams and the scallop. Scallops were okay as they were a bit on the oily side. The spicy clams, however, were really tasty! We also ordered several orders of their buns/bread that came with condensed milk dipping sauce. Sooo good and a great way to cleanse your palate from all the spicy/salty foods. If you're thirsty, I HIGHLY recommend you get the mango yogurt drink. Extremely delicious and would also make a great chaser or mixer with soju. Overall, this place has so many different options and everything was on point with their flavors.
