But the alcohol flavor could be stronger. The rabbit soup was the star. Yes, rabbit soup! I don't remember the last time I had rabbit meat. The soup was prepared with red yeast rice (紅糟米), which is new to me. To my surprise, the soup was very savory with a strong taste of wine (from the yeast fermentation). We loved it!
