Kevin shaped my nails, and Kim did the gel and they turned out great. Kim's sister painted my daughters nails and added a cute little flower. I've been meaning to write a review on this place! I came from out of town and wanted to get a gel manicure before the New Year. I came across this place based off of the reviews, so I decided to try it out. All I have to say is WOW!! I walked in without an appointment and waited about 45 minutes, which I didn't mind. They thanked me for waiting and I greatly appreciated that. I didn't catch the lady's name but she did such an amazing job on my nails. She was very patient and took extra time to take out every single cuticle possible, and paid attention to every detail to make sure I was satisfied. She's one of the only manicurists I've experienced who's spent so much time on doing just that before applying the gel polish. She spent close to 1 hour on my nails, whereas it takes about 30 minutes on average when I get my nails done in CA. I loved that throughout my time there she had a smile on her face and acknowledged my presence. If I lived in AZ, I definitely would've been a regular here. So sad I'm far away lol. Super friendly. Taking precautions with CoVID. Everyone's washing hands and wearing masks. I got a manicure and a premium pedicure .. totally worth the extra for hot stone and salt scrub. I discovered this place on Yelp. It's a little bit more west than I usually travel, but with so many great reviews I figured I'd give it a shot. The exterior part of the building is a little shady and the interior is nothing to write home about, BUT the gal who gave me a gel pedi did an exceptional job. I have been getting pedicures every two weeks for 20 years so it's safe to say I know when I get a good one or not. I asked for short, square nails. She gave me that. You'd be surprised at how many people don't /won't do that. Awesome massage, not just being "petted with lotion", but an actual massage! Their color selection is huge, too. Almost overwhelmingly large! Anybody should be able to find a color they like. Or 10. I'm most likely not going to try anywhere else now. They've got me as a regular after just one visit. read more

Have to agree with the other customer! Had an appointment at 5:15 at 5:45 still no kind bother saying anything. There were 4 other people waiting and 3 of the employees were doing other clients which looked like they just started them. No one bothered saying we're running a little behind, nothing so after a half an hour I just walked out. As a client here for over 6 years i will tell you how much I LOVE this place. Kim and Kevin are one of the nicest people you will meet and they are extremely talented at what they do. With that being said, they do get busy. They are only a two person ran shop. And they take their time because they dont half ass their work!!! I can't stress this enough "MAKE AN APPOINTMENT" that's the only way you're guaranteed to get your nails done. I've seen people complain about waiting but honestly they get really busy and that's amazing for them cause that means people like their work but if you really wanna get your nails done call in a day before or call that same day if you have your day all freed up. Kevin is my nail tech and he has never disappointed me with my nails. I've gone to another salon before for a fill because I didn't have time to make an appointment at seduction nails and the nail tech was so surprised at how nice my nails were even two weeks after. She wouldn't stop complimenting my nails lol but honestly this is one of the best places in Phoenix with the best prices !!! I've been to a LOT of nail salons in the area and something ALWAYS goes wrong. The acrylic cracks within the first week, the top is lumpy, something! But I've never had that problem here. Kim and Kevin have got their skills down packed and do some solid work. And at great prices! Also, I'm a total brow snob and have actually had to yell at a woman for wrecking them! But never with Kim. She follows the shape you already have or want and cleans it up so damn nicely, I can't help but feel fabulous when I walk out. I waited with my sister for almost an hour to not be serviced. She was getting a mani and pedi & I was just getting acrylics. They took 3 people ahead of me. When we got there, it was full, but we were the only two waiting to be serviced. Another lady arrived and was serviced right away. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and assumed she had an appointment. But then two other people came in and waited next to me and they were serviced before me. The last two people were showed "new colors" they had of gel & I was not acknowledge. The store was too small for the amount of people they were servicing, the people were very close in proximity.
