Tips do not fit on nail will probably get water fungus

They made a mess taking off the dip. I told him they were new tips but he soaked them off. Nails are too thick and he ignored me about the shape. Will never go back to this place again. I paid $60 which is ridiculous. instead of wrapping my nails, he had me put my fingers in the acetone with my skin, which is awful for your skin and the pieces kept flying around, gotten my hair and all over my clothes

I'll keep it short and sweet. Solid spot- if you'd like a great full set as for KEVIN! I called in advance and booked two pedicure and a full set. Can up to about $130 with tip! Can't beat that price. Be patient, they will most likely be busy. So I recommend going in early morning. I was a big fan and so was my hubby. Definitely coming back. P.S. There is an additional charge if you're using a credit card/ debit card. See pictures!

Went into seduction nails after previous nail salon did the worst set possible. They were very understanding and willing to do the best they could. Kim especially took it upon herself to try and fix my nails with what she had to work with. They were amazing and super kind. Even their clients had great energy! Will definitely be coming back. First picture was the set they fixed, second was the bad set.

Came in as soon as they opened got a pedicure by V she did a great job! Love the atmosphere offered me a water or a coke. They definitely love what they do. Kevin and Kim the owners I think are great! Kevin is hilarious and will keep you entertained with you get your nails done. Thank you!

I really love going to Seduction nails. Luckily I found this place. They are efficient and the environment is fun and friendly. They are pretty busy on the weekends and closed on Sundays. I usually call to make an appt and sometimes still wait 15 min on a weekend. I don't really mind and just expect it now. They're less busy on weekdays before late afternoon. Love their gel mani/pedis! Kim is really sweet too! $35 for gel mani & that included removal of my previous gel.

I came here because it was near my work and I had 2 hours to kill. I was pleasantly surprised! Their prices are very reasonable, they got me in quickly despite being busy and me being a walk-in , and the guy who did my nails really took his time and gave me the best coffin shape I've ever had. I'm hoping to make this my new nail place after too many disappointments at my current place

Best place I've been to in a while! I've been here a couple times now and would definitely recommend Kim or Kevin. Both do a great job. Make sure to call ahead and make a appointment. If you don't there will most likely be a wait, however the service is never rushed and they take their time with each client. Definitely will be a returning customer. Love love this place!!! My friend & I made an appointment at 9 AM (right when they open) and they were already busy! I would book an appointment before coming in if you're in a rush because the other groups had to wait :-) the staff are super friendly and their service is great! This place is so awesome! They have great prices and the nail techs are super kind and take TIME shaping and painting so that you walk out with a flawless manicure. This is a problem I've experienced with other busy salons; they always rush so they can do more people. That being said, it's always a good idea to call ahead and see when they can fit you in because they are busy. I can usually get away with calling same day. They have great prices and amazing service. It's not in the best area but the salon is clean and I've never felt unsafe. Definitely will be coming back time and time again. read more

Kevin will overbook and try to take care of 3 people at once. I set an appointment for a regular SNS fill at 5:30 and didn't leave until close to 7pm. There was a girl who showed up 30mins after I got there who wanted a mani & pedi that left before me. They need to STOP overbooking clients when there is only 2 nails techs who can do SNS or hire more nail techs. Kevin left me to sit there for 15mins in the middle of my manicure to tend to the the girl who walked in after me. Everyone else was busy at the time so he had his sister do my nails. She kept asking the other guy what she needed to do next because she had no clue what she was doing which made me feel uncomfortable especially with sharp tools as she was very rough and aggressive. Then finally she gave up and the other nail tech guy did my nails. I had 3 people work on my nails that night when I made an appointment for Kevin who left me to do a manicure on someone else and then also a pedicure for two last minute walk-ins. I dont give ratings or opinions anywhere BUT this place i can say deserves a 2 outta 10., the service was fast they worked without care the men are not careful., they rushed my nails and charged me for taking off prior gel WTH is that! This was my first time at Seduction Nails & Spa. I have to say that all the nail techs are very friendly, kind, and have amazing hospitality. They offered me soda or water during my relax gel pedicure. The nail tech who completed my gel pedicure did not rush the process and thoroughly painted my toes. I also liked how she corrected any gel that got onto my skin. She took the time to make sure that my gel pedicure looked very neat & clean. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely come back again for another pedicure. I would 100% recommend! read more

Got my nails done on June 10th so two weeks tomorrow. 3 days ago, so at that point 10 days after getting this set, my nails started hurting and hair started getting stuck under the nails where they are lifting away from the nail bed. I can't even get a fill at this point because with a white tip set it'll be more noticeable. The price on their menu stated basic white tip acrylic set is $35 but I was charged $45. I don't know where the extra cost came from because I got square shape and they weren't long. I wouldn't mind paying that for quality work but this is not quality work. $45 for nails that last 10 days? no thank you. I also got a pedicure and it was ok. Not the worst I've had but not the best. The tech cut me a little bit when clipping my cuticles and it did hurt my toe. That usually doesn't happen during pedicures but it wasn't a super big deal for me. The nails not lasting on my hands tho, that is a deal breaker. read more

So I recently moved over here to AZ . And I was going to another nail spot that was expensive but got the job done. I was told about this spot I went this morning and the guy who did my nails did the best job I have ever had done to my nails !!! My nails are perfect not thick , Smooooth asf !!! I will continue coming here !!!! I'm so grateful for this place they charged me 42$ which is not even close to what I was paying at the other spot !! I scheduled a nail appointment for my best friend and myself as a birthday treat. I scheduled it for 4:00 pm since I get off work at 3:30. We arrived at 3:45 and were told our appointment was at 3:00 and they couldn't help us. We tried explaining there was no way we would have made the appointment for 3:00 because of work. They didn't care, just kept repeating that our appointment was at 3. This is the second time they have gotten my appointment wrong. read more

I am new to Phoenix and was searching nail salons and found this place which is close to my home. It has really good reviews and prices are reasonable. So i decided to check it out. I got a full set and deluxe pedi... which was much needed after two months of stay home order! I can see why customers love this place!! I am beyond happy with how my nails turned out - one of the best nail jobs i have ever had. The attention to detail really blew me away. The pedicure was amazing, i love parrafin treatment and it was much needed. I was hoping for a little more of a massage on the legs but its ok because the attention to detail for the callus removal and cuticle care was amazing. I highly recommend this salon and am looking forward to going back. read more

I've been here a few times but yesterday was nothing like anything because I've experienced. I've had Kevin do my nails once in the past but this time he had an attitude he was not doing it correctly and left the back of my nails a complete mess. When I asked him nicely to fix it he fixed two of them responded and said "good" as he threw my hand back for me to look at it. It was completely unacceptable and the sides of my nails had so much polish it was still wet after curing TWICE!!! I let him know this and asked him if he could file the sides properly and fix the rest of the nails and he actually told me no and got upset and walked away. I was charged $98 my nails were not done how I asked and I was not even offered an apology or anything. Typically when I come in they tend to get an attitude I assume it's a race thing I'm not sure why but it has never been this bad and I decided yesterday I will not be returning. I would save your money they are very disrespectful overcharged and do not do what you ask!! Since I started going there prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and the respect has disintegrated. read more

I actually really enjoyed this salon. They did a great job on my nails and had a ton of color selections. They had quite a few walk-ins that they had to turn away because everyone was pretty busy, which I thought was good because we all know how annoying it is when salons overbook and the wait becomes insane. My only complaint is that I had to change my color about three times because they gave me the choices but didn't have the color I picked in gel for my manicure in regular polish for my pedicure. If they had a list of the colors that had both, it would be easier to get your first choice. I was still happy w. my third choice, though. I will definitely be going back. read more

This place is HANDS DOWN my favorite and only nail salons I go to! It's a hidden gem in Phoenix but it's definitely worth it. Not only do they have exceptional service but they produce quality work. 10++++++++++ I am a very picky person when it comes to manicures,full sets and pedicures! I went to Yelp for help finding a new spot for nails! Well I'm happy to say this place is hands down the best place I've been.... and I'm not just saying this! I call 40 min or so before closing and they said to come on in! I initially thought I wanted gel shellack nails instead I ended up wanting a full set! No dirty looks, complaints or anything like that... pure genuine service! The owners Kevin and Kim, two of the most sweetest people I've ever met! Patient,kind and like to get to know their clients! My kind of place and didn't feel uncomfortable as I have with most places! This was my first time coming here as I'm not from Arizona but I needed my nails done and after reading the reviews on this place I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I was nervous due to the area it's in but once I got there it wasn't bad. The inside was small and cute. You could tell their work was authentic. I also thought it was nice they had so many regulars and were just as welcoming with walk ins. The prices were fantastic. I normally never get gel polish when i get full acrylics sets because normally it's $50 or more but today with a beautiful full set and gel polish it was only $45, without tip. I got my nails done here on august 20th and had made an appointment at 1:30 p.m. I got there 15 minutes early and wasn't even sat down until 2:00 pm i had 3 people work on my nails and it was 30 minutes in and they had set the nail and acrylic down and i had to wait another 30 minutes to get them filed and buffed. I had called and said that i wanted a full gel set white with marble effect. I don't know if they are understaffed or overbooked that day but it took ridiculously long to get through my appointment. by 3:15 they had finished with the white and told me to sit to the next chair and wait for someone to do the marble, i decided i did not want to wait again lol and they looked fine. i left around 3:30 pm which was a total of a little over three hours. i have never spent 3 hrs for a basic gel set i didn't even get a pedicure! it was pretty exhausting to spend that much time being left alone throughout the appointment with your nails half did. 3 days later my pinkie nail broke off which hurt quite a lot and i was doing dishes so they must have been pretty thin. All my nail beds hurt so much and the gel white had turned yellow as well as revealed a botchy paint job. I was so disappointed because i had gotten my nails done here many times and never had this issue before. i love the attention to detail here and i'm always satisfied. I tried to go in today and explain the situation. I went in asking for a refund because i just wanted my nails taken off because they hurt and aren't looking to good. The guy responded with "my boss said no refunds" ?? and asked me to come later to take them off. I had said no because i work later and i simply wanted a refund because the nails lasted less than a week and i was telling him how my nail beds hurt as well and he ignored me so i just left. If you plan on getting your nails done here make sure to clear your day lol and make sure they put a couple layers of acrylic since mine were extremely thin and fragile. Make sure they use clean brushes and product so your nails don't come out dirty looking like mine. also for reference my nails were $42 without tip let me know if you think i was over charged ? read more

I've seen photos of the artwork he can do, but I didn't ask for anything fancy (just nude/neutral color) so that the manicure can last as long as possible without becoming unsightly. Today, I was at 4.5 weeks from my last fill, and honestly, if I didn't stare too closely, it still looked good before the fill! I feel like that's evidence of a really good technician! So, of all the different types of manicures one can choose from, acrylic (when done by a skilled and experienced tech) seems to last the longest. The salon was quiet and there were 2 other clients in the space during my visit. They prefer appointments, but will sometimes take walk-ins. The owner has always been pleasant and professional at each of my appointments. I'm so glad to have discovered acrylic here, at this salon!

Typically they stop if you say no, and this was my experience here so it was fine. The location is awesome and there is enough to do here to keep you occupied for a couple hours. You could really make a whole day of it if you get a couple services, want to do some shopping or browsing, and a meal. Speaking of food, it's worth mentioning they have a little tea and snack bar in the lobby. The furniture here is not that comfortable and does not feel cozy. I don't think they designed it to actually keep people here longer than a few mins, so it's not a spa lounge by any means but has the basics you'd expect for spa treats like water, tea, and a few snacks. I may be back! Admittedly, we are pretty spoiled for choice here in Phoenix of nice spas. But the location here really is good!

My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

Very small salon, I usually go in Saturdays, and they are usually very busy with only about 3-4 staff, so expect a wait. I always do dip powder and regular pedi. Prices are very fair compared to other salons. It's not fancy, but you definitely get good services for the prices. Dip gel and pedis from here always last me a long time. read more

Kim and Kevin do a beautiful job at any type of nails you could want. I go for the gel nails on my natural nails and am always happy with my nails. They have great customer relations too, give them a try you'll be glad you did. If you want to go on a Saturday be sure to call 3-7 days in advance cause spots fill up fast. read more

Wish I could put 10. Such great service it was fast and gentle I've gone to other nail salons they have been rough. It does look ghetto but it's actually nice work. Lastly they put some oil because I got acrylics and it smells so good. 10/10 recommend this place! read more
