Have been here a few years now and the staff is very nice. They have long hours and place is very well maintained and clean as well

I really appreciate the professionalism and helpful approach of everyone who works here. I had last minute issues with the location of my unit (my couch wouldn't fit around a particular corner) and they worked with me immediately to find me another unit. They have always been super nice when I have had questions, their billing practices are easy to understand and fair, and my unit was exactly as described. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable storage. read more

The first thing that drew my attention to this place were the security door alarms. Knowing the fact that my stuff was safe was amazing to me. Security public storage were very friendly affordable and I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. They kept their word and beat all the competitive prices highly recommended!! read more

I hate to write bad reviews - but this is certainly deserved. This facility collected in error an additional month of rent after they knew I vacated the unit -- due to a 40% increase! That was February. This is June and I still have not received the promised refund. Where is their accountability for an error, their follow through on promises and timely correction of a mistake? They keep trapping me in their bureaucracy saying I have to wait 7-10 weeks for a paper mailed checked - rather than a credit to the credit card they used. I've called 8-10 times at this point. No check. No accountability. No information on when I will get it. Ive asked for the district manager contact info to escalate. I'm hung up on. Repeatedly. I've attempted almost everytime to get to the corporate number - I can't get to anyone. The worse thing is Tony and his staff at Walnut Creek seem very very good & I would've recommended this place if this wasn't still happening. It's been 6 months! Ridiculous. If you can charge my card in error - refund my card. Don't do business with this company. read more

Beth and Tony are so nice and helpful! The storage is super clean, light, and safe. Highly recommend!!!

Have been long time storage users here. Their prices are great. Friendly service and they recommended some places nearby for donations

Very clean, safe and secure business. The managers are very nice, helpful, considerate, and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Simply the best service. Seriously. Beth & Tony really went above & beyond to help with a last-minute rental, with changes. Units are super clean, security is great. Can't say enough good things. read more

They have an amazing staff - couldn't be more friendly. Pricing is more than fair versus the competition. The facility is perfectly clean and secure. It's great because each unit has it's own security alarm. I never see any garbage or rats. It's very convenient that they have large carts at every entrance. This is the 3rd time I've rented a unit from my parents have twice. I will be a repeat customer if I ever need storage in the area again. 5 STARS FROM ME!!! read more

Great, this is the place to store your stuff, lots of security cameras and alarms, gated entrance.

After interviewing several Storage businesses from San Francisco, Pleasanton and many others, I just happened to stop here because my friend recommended this place on Main Street, Walnut Creek. The young man at the front desk had all the professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and great customer service skills. They were patient and showed me several different sizes. I happened to get one and contracted for it on the spot. They are also putting me on a "Waiting List" for when a big one becomes available. Which is what I need. Highly secure area and location and above and beyond service. Thank you for such an excellent experience Mr. Chidi, you are a asset to your company. read more

Beth and Tony are wonderful, live on site, and also educate customers on what to look for in a Storage Unit. I went from a one-bedroom to a studio rental, yet didn't want to give away certain items I could still use, but not often enough to take up prime Realty living space, so with the rental savings, the storage payment was well worth it. I use it as a "second" room. I have my space right next to the office (great location as it gets the AC and stays cool), and I can access what I need as I need since my belongings are organized like they are in a small room. I feel good going there. Very clean, very secure. read more

My favorite storage place for my parents. In a wooded setting off N Main. The staff is very helpful. The facility is easy to get around. We feel extra safe when we are there. Get a storage spot on the ground floor for easy access. read more

Clean facility, friendly staff, excellent overall experience. Move in special was a great deal. Transparent pricing that was easy to understand. Signing up for a new storage unit took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Units are clean, easy to access and include light on a timer (which is really cool). Thank you read more

We rented a unit for the summer as our college students moved out/in and had a GREAT experience!

I have been a customer with this facility for going on 3 years now. I have never had a problem with this place! Beth and Tony are always very helpful, they have excellent customer service skills and I feel that my belongings are safe here! I had a small issue with some spider webs in my storage unit, I seen no spiders but if the webs are there, i'm assuming the spiders had to be there as well lol...I told them about it and they had it sprayed right away, I have not had a problem since then. Maybe I had a spider in my belongings when i brought it there o.0 lol but either way, the point is , that they listened to me and helped me in a very timely manner! LOVE THIS PLACE and would highly recommend them! read more

I never threatened you with a negative review, but you are now a liar so that's for letting people know your true self. And if your wife goes out of her way to lie to me about a rate to get me to continue service that's your problem not mine. read more

Just finished 18+ months with 2 units at Security Public Storage on N. Main in Walnut Creek. The facility is safe, clean, and easily accessible. I never had cause to worry about security as I always found the facility to be well maintained. The hours provide convenient access 7 days a week. The billing was easy and always accurate and the price on both units were very affordable. I would not hesitate to use this facility again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! read more

I never thought I'd feel so strongly about something like a storage unit, but this place is the best. Nothing but good things to say about it thanks so much for watching my stuff, this place was one of the few hassle-free parts of my 18 month moving fiasco. read more

Five years ago this was a good choice. Today, no. Wish I could give it zero stars. It has become dirty, has vermin and is unsafe. The managers are dishonest, will do anything to make money and treat customers badly (other reviews nonwithstanding). My rent, with no improvements and a good many downgrades, doubled in five years. I'm happy to be out of there. Take your belongings somewhere else. read more

I am happy I chose Security Public Storage - I live thousands of miles away - the management has been VERY responsive to my questions and concerns. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure and will be there when I am ready to have them with me. Excellent hours and ease of access are a plus. read more

Chidi is a wonderful worker and person I highly recommend this facility to all!!!! Cool place

Beth Curasi, onsite manager, was very helpful when I inquired about the prices of the storage units. I didn't know what size storage unit I needed. Beth asked me what I was planning on storing and she suggested a 5' x 12'. She was right! read more

You can't go wrong with SPS. It is a secure facility that is safe at all hours, and is very clean.

I've been here for years and the staff and units are terrific! Clean, safe, and very professionally run.

Best storage place around. Great service and friendly people. They always help me quickly and efficiently

Very nice people, tons of cameras, a manager that lives on-site... A bit expensive but for this type of security, you're paying for the peace of mind. read more

Not your average Storage Facility! Great, efficient, friendly service and management. Super Clean, Safe, secluded area. Just entered into a unit lease and process was seamless. New owners are putting in needed updates and more security and soon individual-unit security which will be a plus. Friendly staff and honored the 3-month 1/2 rate discount without issue. Would easily recommend based on owner-interaction. read more

This place is so convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Even though I rented for at least 10 years at a storage facility in Concord, I really was interested in locating a space closer to my home in W.C. After shopping around, and meeting the manager's of the W.C. facility, I transferred my property to Security. The facility's managers made the transition very easy for me. I have no hesitation to recommend this hidden gem of a storage facility in W.C. to potentials. read more

Clean, Safe and friendly service. Much much better than Public Storage down the road. I'm a repeat customer here. Say, Ann Braun sent you!!!

Tony and Beth are the best they treat me very well and take the the time to call me and help me out

I just got a storage unit at this location so I am a fairly new customer, but I can tell you I called several storage places and this was the most professional interaction I have had. I am very pleased so far with their customer service and the place is very clean and feels secure! read more

This was my first experience renting storage space. This location is super clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a corporate discount and there were no concerns with using it (have had trouble elsewhere using this discount card.) We ended up needing a bigger space and had to leave this location but we would definitely go back and would highly recommend them to others. read more
