I did everything online and it was so simple. The day before move in they sent me a text with my gate and door access code and information re my unit and lock. I didn't have to do any paperwork when I arrived because it was all done online. There were carts available for use to save back n forth trips to the car. The facility was very very clean. I hardly give reviews but this location of Public Storage definitely took care of me. Ease of online account set up, directions texted, gate access via phone app, and the friendliest customer service rep who came to my unit to show me how to open the unit, lent me a hand truck as she saw it was me with no help.. all done with a smile. I hear of the horror stories with storage.. I can confirm, this is not the case with this facility and staff.. read more

My storage unit was broken into and I didn't even get an email that it happened. Very sketchy to say the least. I would not recommend this storage location to anyone, it's not safe or secure at all. read more

I believe that I was 'bait and switched'. My original rate was $209 and now within 5 month of beginning my space they have raised the monthly fee to $258 which is an 81% increase. This is called price gouging. I would not recommend for this reason alone. This is unreasonable. read more

I got a really good unit for less than 40 bucks moving in, about 130 a month. I'm only going to use it for a little bit so totally worth the price. read more

first of all, I jumped online looking for a storage space, and there was an online special that I could not resist. I went and reserved the storage 5' x 4' and the 1st month was only a $1. When I came to put stuff in there finally, the person up front was really friendly and even took me to the storage locker instead of just pointing me in the direction of it. He showed me how to use the app to enter in, the ladder and how to control it the best way, and the times that we are able to go in and out. over experience was awesome read more

The manager here is top rate! She goes above and beyond to assist when needed. Im not thrilled with the new limited hours in the evening, because when we first started here it went until 8-9? At night for access, and now it's much earlier, but hasn't really been an issue as we're super close. read more

I have written a review on this storage place before but I need to write another one because although the manager Deena is wonderful, I was pleased on the person left in charge when Deena was out. Yolanda (I hope I spelled your name right) was very kind and helpful when I was there yesterday. Very pleasant attitude and found what I needed quickly and was so nice and cheerful! I really like this place. Only thing is I wish it were open just a little bit later, but I'm sure there are reasons for them to close the doors at 6pm. Other than that I highly recommend this Storage facility to everyone!! read more

This location has got to be one of its best out there not just in that area but for public storage, I have used public storage many times in many different areas, and this location is defiantly the cleanest I've seen and the staff is the nicest also (especially Deena). I've been renting from this place on Arnold Industrial Place for more than 5 years. The last two years have been very clean ,very secure and the manager is great. She's very helpful with your needs and concerns. The place is located with Easy access off of highway 4. I definitely recommend this location! read more

I was a customer at this site for many years. Working in the trades, the drive up units worked great for me. I've used storage units all around the bay area. And this site is the best I've been at. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and on-site. I've been to other storage units and trying to get someone in the office, or on the phone, can be very difficult. Not to mention, finding a clean restroom at any site is really difficult and I never had that problem here. : ) Here, it's always staffed or a sign on the window saying when the staff will be back from lunch. Very helpful. I've recommended this site to friends and they've had good words, as well. I even told my mom about this place and she now rents a spot there. read more

Please avoid this place!!! Our storage was broken into and we were not informed. We went in to pay our monthly bill and we went to look at our stuff. We were so upset to find out a lot of our stuff was gone and other things broken and a huge mess. When we confronted the manager, his reaction was as if he knew but never told us anything. Totally made us think this was an "inside job". This place has no security, no alarms, only ONE camera at the entrance that is NOT supervised. Consider other locations... this one SUCKS!!!!! read more

It worked for what I needed, but once you tack on the insurance, it adds up. I found on several occasions that there were people bathing at the back of the property. It may be a sign of the times with actual housing being too high in the Bay Area. The one on Arnold in Martinez seems more secure. read more

I rented a space there for a year and just moved out. Deena and her staff are always a great help; from day one until the end they were very professional and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained and secure. The rates are very fair for the size I rented (10' x 10') and should I need space again I will definitely look here first. read more
