While selling my home I needed to storage all of my furniture. There are few that are not these giant companies who don't seem to care and only guarantee a low rate for a little while. This place is different. Truly family owned, extremely safe (code to a locked gate, that only unlocks your unit), the same rate month in and out and the owners are great. Highly recommend! read more

Justin is super friendly and easy to talk to. We had several great conversations about the facility over email that convinced me to chose them. The facility is well maintained and clean. Easy, hassle free access to the storage units. Thank you for the great service! read more

Update after moving out of two units, after storing here for 6+ years! This was a huge upgrade in experience, location, and value over another large (orange) storage chain I'd used in the past. Justin and his family were always great to work with, and very helpful at answering any questions via email. I was a little sad to be moving out actually - we finally have more of our own space to store things, which is the only reason we're doing so. If we ever had a need to store anything in the future, we would for sure return to Monument Court for as long as we're in the area! read more

A solid family owned or small business almost always outperforms a chain or mega-corporation branch. These folks helped us in a pinch and were so amazing and honest! I had even last minute booked an additional spot as I was panicking that the space I had initially booked was not big enough, but it ended up being fine, and he refunded the cost and didn't charge anything. I highly recommend them!!! read more

This is the best storage place in the Concord area, bar none. The franchise place I had my things stored in for several years, Public Storage on Hookston Road in Pleasant Hill, had great opening rates but then the rate increases started coming more frequently and got to be almost double my opening rate in just a couple of years so i moved out of there and went over to Monument Court Storage and have been very happy with their lower and more stable prices and very personal service by Jason, Marcy, and the rest of their family who run the place. It was like night and day compared with the corporate-run place I had been in before. Highly recommended! read more

Let me start off by saying that Justin is the best!!! Needed a storage in a short amount of time & he was able to respond to me with a quote within 30mins. He gave me the breakdown of the pricing, size, and what to expect with their business & honestly 10/10! Definitely message them for your storage needs. Thank you again Justin for all your help & expertise! You are appreciated.! read more

Wow. Super cool. Did not expect to hear back over a holiday weekend and in the evening AND was the only one that met me next day out of 5 or 6 other places. Super well kept. The family is on site so you know it's secure. They treat it not only like a business it seems but as their neighborhood as well. The mom was out there watering plants.... I mean safety is their too concern. Thanks for having me. Prices are comparable from what I have seen. Love it. read more

After doing a lot of research on storage units in the Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord area I'm very happy I found Monument Court. It is a perfect fit for us. It's family run with members living on the premises. I received prompt replies to my questions. I visited the facility, and met the owner. I was pleased with everything including the contract, policies, pricing (for unit and no hidden fees) their security system, and yard hours (everyday of the year, 6am-9pm) read more

Very safe, clean, and family owned provides a superior feeling of security. Very happy I found Monument Court Storage!

Great storage experience with outstanding customer service. Items completely undisturbed for 2 years, as it should be.

I started renting here recently, and while I can't speak to the long-term, here are my thoughts and observations. Fantastic in the most important areas: - Convenient and comfortable walk from the Concord BART station - Clear, friendly communication - Fair prices - There is a bathroom for tenants - Owners live on-site The only complaints/nitpicks I could dream up are small: - sun-facing units that are not temperature controlled can warm up a fair amount by the end of the day (I didn't measure it, but I'd guess not more than 10 degrees above the heat of that day, through direct sun and a layer of glass) - the elevator is slow - the bathroom locks so if you're accessing storage close to 9pm, make sure to use it before storing / accessing your stuff (you can enter until 9, and leave later, but the bathroom does lock at 9) read more

I finally found a place to keep my stuff!! Convenient location, very reasonable fee, and safe to store. Especially the fact that the owner lives next to the site made me very safe to rent this storage. Also super friendly good service. Highly recommended. read more

Where do I even start? I was looking on yelp for storage facility to move some extra things that I needed to store when I came across monument Court storage, yelp sent out a message for me on my behalf and I heard back from Justin in a great timely manner. He took time out of his day off to show me the building and to get my things stored at his facility. The whole process was super quick and easy and affordable. read more

Justin was awesome and very responsive. The storage facility is clean, great location, and easy to sign up with an extremely secure process to enter and leave your unit. I liked that it is a family business and it shows in how the grounds are manicured and well-kept. I had some unique questions and Justin was able to answer them quickly and honestly. How do I know he was honest in his answers? He had the best prices locally and out of state; I have moved so much since 2021 that I have become a bit of a storage guru living between two states! My other unit is state of the art, remote from my phone, and you would think it to be easier than this unit, but it is more steps to enter, and without your phone or the correct wifi password, there is no access. Though I appreciate the new facility in Arizona, Monument Court Storage made an anticipated long process, way too easy, and I am grateful this part of the move is behind me. AND no need for my phone to get to my unit, again safe and easy! Thank you, Justin and family! read more

Just the best service! 10/10 recommend getting a unit here if you're looking for one.

Justin replied to me right away when I was searching on Yelp for storage facilities and we scheduled a walkthrough. I met with Marci and Justin to check out their available small units and they were so helpful! I took a tour around the property and checked out the storage units and settled on a 5x5 that I really liked! The property is managed and owned by them so I feel good that they care about the facility and have a great security system in place. Also, the units have light in them, which I really appreciate! The real bonus is the monthly rates. They are a lot cheaper than some of the other facilities in Concord. It's a win-win! read more

Never knew this storage facility was here, thanks yelp! Justin is awesome, friendly, no pressure, fair pricing and no tricks. Called the day before going in and he answered all of my questions with ease. I went in the next morning and everything was as said. read more

We rented a unit for over five years. The service was excellent. The storage unit was clean and we never had any issues. The facility is very secure. Any questions were always responded to quickly. The price we paid for the cleanliness and security was quite the value compared to others. Highly recommend them. read more

I was looking for a new storage unit since the one I had was going to increase in rent by 20%. I found Monument Court Storage and based on the rest of the reviews, decided to reach out for availability. I am SO glad I found them! Justin was super prompt in his responses and I was out of my old unit and into my new one at MCS within a week. Can't rave enough about this place. Facilities are clean, well-kept, and safe. I've only had my unit for less than a couple days at this place, but already know I'll be there long-term. Genuine and kind people! read more

Excellent service and owner only sold us what we needed; very trustworthy and a great family business.

Justin was very responsive, friendly, professional, and helpful. He made an appointment for us to come by on Sunday even though he was closed. He showed us a couple of units available for renting. He explained the process in detailed too. Lastly, if you mentioned that you found him through Yelp, he will give you a complimentary lock. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Monument storage. The unit is fully finished, clean, insulated and cool even on a hot day. The price is competitive and the service stellar. I feel safe knowing that my things will be watched over by Justin and crew. Best storage place I've used. A 5 star experience on all counts! read more

This was the best place for me to store my belongings! Monument Court Storage had the best reviews on Yelp that I had seen before I decided to go with them. When I met Justin in person, he reassured me that my belongings would be safe. He did not try to get me to get a storage space bigger than what I needed. The access to the storage is very secure and I would be able to access it at any time. The storage unit was even temperature controlled which was great! If you're trying to decide where to get a storage space, I would 100% recommend going here. Everything was easy and smooth. read more

Spoke to Justin on the phone. He is very friendly and personable. After a few minutes, I made an appointment to see him and knew what size unit I needed. When I arrived, he remembered talking to me on the phone. He gave me a tour and explained where I would enter and exit. He explained about how secure his storage units are and how many cameras are on premises. Long story short, I'm renting a storage unit from them and he gave me a free lock for the unit. If you need a storage unit and you live in the Pleasant Hill /Concord / Walnut Creek area, I highly recommend them. read more

Justin and his family are really awesome. I was looking for a large storage unit for all my personal belongings. Other highly recommended Monument Storage as a place to rent from. Justin gave me options for what he had to offer at the time. I choose a big unit but a a coiuple of months later I upgraded to a large unit. He stayed open a little past closing time for me to check out the units during the week. I ended up renting another smaller unit for my mom's stuff and some of my stuff. I love that they have a gate that is closer to my mom's unit for me to access. The place is very clean and I feel safe with all my personal belongings there. Both prices for the units are very reasonable. read more

SUPER CLEAN!! Justin was very helpful and thorough. 10 out of 10 recommend this place to everyone.

I have rented two units, one very large, and this place is very well maintained, secure and reasonably priced. Easy access 24/7. You have to be sure to park as far to one side or the other of the road through the lot, to allow others and trucks to get by. Only really an issue when unloading lots of stuff at once or clearing out. Highly recommend!! read more

great service very fast and friendly justin is very nice really helpful responded to my quote request in a matter of minutes i recommend monument court storage to everyone great place.plus a great price. read more

Units are finished. Sheet rock like the interior of a house. No rodents can get in. Roll up doors are a little old and not too smooth. Mine is a little hard to open. Facility is well maintained. Feels pretty safe. Owner is nice and helpful. Family owned. Price is reasonable. I'm happy with my decision to store my belongings here. read more

Justin was quick to respond to messages and very easy to work with. He helped out my Mom on a day they are not usually open.

We rented a storage unit from Monument for over two years, and I can't say enough good things about them. The facility is always perfectly clean, and we did not have any security issues during those two years. Drainage is good, and the units do not get overly hot in the summer. I think a lot has to do with the fact that the owner's family (I think) actually live on the property, and they take care of it like it's their backyard. Added to that they did not raise the rent at all during our time there, and we were absolutely satisfied with Monument. read more

They're very friendly very well maintained very good prices good location. I definitely recommend this place to enyone who's looking for affordable storage space read more

These owners are on their game!! My experience with this place was nothing short of efficient and professional. What I like- no gimmicks, hidden costs, admin cost or any other BS. No pressure to get insurance, of which the owner said there has never been a break in. He has a million cameras plus lives onsite. It is family owned and you can tell they take pride in their business and care about their customers. He even gave me a free key and lock! I haven't moved my belongs in to my unit yet but I'm sure it will run smooth. If you want to support a family owned business at a fair price in a safe professional environment I would choose monument Court self storage!! read more

In 2019, I really wanted to rent a storage unit with Monument Storage, but unfortunately they didn't have the unit size I needed. Fast forward to 2022, I am happy to write that I finally rented a unit with Monument Storage. Justin is such a nice person! read more

The business owner's self-description of this cozy facility is accurate. There aren't many superlatives and big frilly words to describe this place. So, alas, my Yelp commrade, this will be a very vanilla review. The Low Down: - Great family owned business. - Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of major traffic ways - well maintained and very clean - two tiers of pass-key security - best prices in Concord - discounted rates for full payment of a 12 month contract - Open Monday thru Friday, but you can set up a private appointment on Saturday Marci, the owner, is very friendly, and will gladly give you a full tour of the facility in a souped up golf cart, hence the photo with the golf cart in the foreground! A hidden gem! read more

Monument Court Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Concord, California

I can't believe my luck, finding the perfect storage unit at the perfect time. Justin is simply the best. No BS, no unnecessary charges. A box truck if we need it for the big stuff. My wife and I felt immediately at ease knowing that our household stuff was in good hands. Immaculate facility, and great, insulated, and secure spaces at a reasonable price. It doesn't get any better than this, and I know. I've moved a LOT in the last 10 years. Kudos! You can't go wrong here. read more
