They have a generous grace period during which they send out several reminders. They are in the business of providing rental storage units, not seizing property. Also of note, during Covid, before we knew that we could claim unemployment we were worried about our bills and paying them in time. I called Enterprise at that time to inquire what would happen if I was late and they informed me that they were freezing all seizures during the lockdown. This is a solid, ethical business and I would recommend them to anyone.

There would be no pro rated refund for the remaining 30 days of this month. When I left, I looked for a member of staff to let them know I was leaving, and the office was locked and remained locked for over 15 minutes with no member of staff visible. In the end I left and had to call in to the main phone line to find out about final payments. Wish I'd stayed with extra space storage.

They have a 24 hr kiosk and office hours from 9:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Saturdays and closed office on Sundays. Rentals and Access available between the hours of 6:00 AM til 10:00 PM 7 days a week. Units feature various sizes, climate control (including wine storage), drive ups, enclosed drive ups, RV parking and more. There's a medium unit 10' x 10' that's pretty perfect and outdoor (no drive-up required) I'm eyeing - reasonable/better rates/discounts on their website versus in person. Parking in the area is pretty easy if just needing to check this place out and/or talk to someone in the office.

When I arrived to drop off my belongings, the access code to enter the elevator for my unit had not been activated. I contacted the representative through the kiosk for help, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the representative was very rude and hung up on me. What was supposed to be a quick 30-minute drop-off turned into almost two hours, and I ultimately had to rent an entirely different unit that same day because I could not get access to the unit I had already rented. I called the following day hoping management would at least address what happened. I received no apology, and management was also rude and hung up on me during the call. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. On top of the customer service issues, the facility smelled strongly like marijuana during my visit, and there appeared to be people hanging around inside the facility, which made me uncomfortable as I had my 3 year old with me. Between the access issue, having to rent another unit, the amount of time wasted, being hung up on more than once, and the condition of the facility, this was an awful experience. I would not recommend this location, especially if you expect reliable access to your unit or professional customer service when there is a problem.

This one answered right away, answered my questions, and were ready to take me on a tour and show me the units after I reserved one online. All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing. It was oh first time renting a storage, so she guided me through everything and helped me pick out what would suit my needs best. I am very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness. I have had the unit for about a month now, have gone in only a handful of times, but they are consistent. They are technologically up to date and have an app to check on your unit, pay, and open the gate through your phone. Huge plus. So far so good

If Extra Space genuinely wants to address the issue, they have my account information and a record of my previous contact. I should not have to chase them a second time to get the follow-up they failed to provide the first time.
