Shipping to this location is the most secure setup I've ever had, with gated access and coded door entry. With a dock high dock and drive up dock, It's perfect for shipping/receiving pallets and loading/unloading smaller items. One of my units has power, which is another big plus, and the price per month for power is extremely reasonable because this facility has solar power. Too bad you can only give this place 5 stars!

The Facility Manager Jadarius Thomas "JD" called me immediately to confirm my reservation. Today, I actually visited the store and "JD" and Anthony were very professional and welcoming. I was given a complete tour of the facility and I was extremely impressed, mainly because the facility is brand new. They have storage units in all sizes to meet your needs. JD explained the monthly storage rates to me and he also explained the affordable insurance options to protect my furniture from flooding and damages that might occur. We've had a unit at northside for years and their manager is a GEM. When I called an asked the reason for the increase, they told me it was the "market" price. Extra Life has been buying up all the storage units and setting the "market" themselves. Clearly read your rental agreement as well. There is no limit on how much and how frequently they can increase the rent. They also have an arbitration clause in the rental agreement that prevents you from taking them to court. Simple case of price gouging where there are no consumer protection laws in GA. Will be moving out soon, and hope the demand drops to hurt their bottom line
