During my last visit, for a prescription lens replacement, I was very disappointed. For a simple single prescription it was almost $200 for lenses only! when they were ready, I did not receive any call back that my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. when I picked up my glasses. I was asked to try them to make sure I could see out of the prescription which I could. But in the past, the technician would sit with me and make sure that the arms of my glasses were aligned, and he would bend them to make sure I had a good fit, he made sure that his customer was satisfied . I didn't find that this past week. Basically they wanted to make sure I could see and sent me off on my way. They gave me two tiny alcohol eyeglass wipes, which were dried up when I opened them . this is why we see many stores closing...great customer service matters and if we aren't appreciated we shop online, and get better prices. I don't think I will be going back here. They've lost that personal touch, which I had appreciated in the past.

He robbed me of my savings by lying and telling me to pay out of pocket and he would fix my near and far sightedness while he took care of cataracts. For what? My primary doctor told me she stopped sending patients there due to his UPCHARGES! There is nothing I can do.
