Ordered a pair of Sixty Six sneakers. Shipping was fine and efficient. The issue is they sent me 2 different sized shoes. A 9.5 and a 10.5 in the same box. Obviously, just a mistake. Service was very poor. I tried calling their main phone, and it never worked. I emailed support and didn't get a reply over several days. I called their retail store and the girl was very nice and directed me o. How to return the item. When going through the refund process, they kept trying to get me to obtain store credit and even offered $8.00 more to incentivize. Fair. I really didn't want the deal with them again, so I executed a refund where they deducted $9.00 for a "processing fee" for an error they made. Just poor service and ethics IMO. Probably a nice brand overall, but I was put off by the haggling and deduction. read more

SeaVees is a disreputable business who has no concept of customer satisfaction or service. I bought a VERY pricey pair of yacht shoes--and after a period got them a bit dirty --so cleaned them with a damp towel and mild detergent. The glue they use reacted with the water and permanently stained the canvas. Tried to return them--girlie at the store says "sorry, 30 days returns on entirely unused product!" Tried to contact customer service who ignored the e-mail. Stay away from these people til they learn how to treat customers addressing their design/manufacturing problem!!! read more

Please bring back the Seavees Women's Huntington Middie Slip-On in Suede. I have no idea why these were discontinued, especially when the men's Huntington suede slip-on is still available. Why keep the men's version but not the women's? It makes no sense. These were the most comfortable and attractive shoes in your entire lineup. I bought three pairs a year because nothing else feels or fits like them. I'm extremely disappointed. There is no way to reach corporate to share this feedback directly, so I'm leaving it here in hopes that someone at Seavees is listening. Maybe Founder and CEO Steven Tiller will see this. Unless these return, I won't be shopping here anymore. I truly miss my favorite high-end sneaker. read more

I'm sure the storefront is great - but the slip on shoes scuff super easily. Also if you wear for more than a try on, there is no option for review. THE STORY - A loooong SoCal history which has been reawakened .... epitomizing the California beach and surf culture. SeaVees was literally in suspended animation for 40 years but is back and better than ever! THE PRODUCT - Shoes, shoes, shoes and clothes and accessories. They continue to branch out with many styles of shoes..... not just the classic slip on casuals. THE SERVICE- World class customer service. The one time I had a problem, they immediately made it right and then some. No muss, no fuss, no questions asked. That is a sign of great organization! Word on the street is that the head of SeaVees sits behind the counter anonymously now and then to keep his finger on the pulse of the business and customers. Cool! Very cool store just off the beaten path of State Street. When bar hopping around State Street we found our way into this cute little boutique store owned by SeeVee. They have an awesome selection of really curated, Santa Barbara clothing and accessories. We spent some time walking around, but I would love to go back as I felt a little bit rushed because they had such a large selection. They have some collaborations done specifically for the store, like an Ebbetts field Santa Barbara cap that I want to purchase. Definitely worth checking out if you are interested in some Santa Barbara, or just some cool swag. read more

Staff was great to me. I messed up my leg, and during trip here from NM my leg and foot swelled up horribly. None of my shoes fit, and I needed a pair for an event we are in town for. Staff was so kind and patient and helped me get a pair that fit. They are also insanely comfortable which is a huge plus. Super thankful. read more

This is my all time favorite shoe boutique in Santa Barbara. By far the nicest employees in the downtown area. I went in looking for a pair of shoes, unfortunately they didn't have them but Cody the manager quickly showed me another pair that he thought I might like. I now wear those shoes everyday because I love them so much! It truly is the casual modern sneaker. This store also has a large variety of little Knick knacks that are sure to catch your eye. My girlfriend ended up purchasing one of their candles. Man oh man does it smell so good! 10 out of 10 would recommend this store for everyone. After ordering on-line over the years, it's nice to now have a storefront for SeaVees, and right there in the Funk Zone. Located on Mason, a block over from The Hotel Californian, and amongst all those fabulous Wine Tasting Rooms. Congrats to Cody and his staff for having a very user-friendly shopping space, and such an amazing selection of casual sneakers. Slip-ons, lace-ups, in cool colors and styles. This is my new favorite shoe store in town for many reasons! When I first came in to check it out, the people working were so sweet! Very nice and friendly. They were excited to help me with sizes and talk to me all about the shoes which was awesome. I found out that these shoes have been available for years online and that this is the first location for an instore store. They do have lots of shoes here but they also have fun other accessories and things too! They let try on so many different styles and sizes until I had the perfect pair! I even took them home and then decided I wanted another size, so I decided to exchange them. They have a great 30 day return exchange policy. They sometimes have big sales too which is great to keep a watch out for! In the future they plan to have pop up events and other fun things! I'm looking forward to come to these and I plan to come back here soon to get another pair of shoes! :) read more

Not only has Seavees cornered the marked on a casual beachy design style, but their storefront in the Funk Zone provides next level customer service. I went in to the store unsure of what I was looking for and Cody the manager took a lot of time to guide me towards the best shoe and clothing for my style. Honestly, I wish I had him at home everyday to pick out my outfit for the day because he has a real gift for design/style.
