Beautiful store. Friendly and laid back employees. We ended up purchasing a few shirts and a pair of jeans. My husband gets lots of compliments. This place is a gem.

I originally saw Ace Rivington on social media and, honestly, I just decided out of the blue to…read moregive a pair a try. I figured I'd see what they were all about. Fast forward a little while and I'm now at eight pairs. I wear jeans every day, and these have quickly become the only jeans I want to wear. Up until last week, my favorite pair was the Carpenter. I had been waiting for months for the Easy Riders to come back in stock, and when they finally did earlier this month, I was able to get the pair I'd been waiting for. I got them last Wednesday, and I'm not kidding when I say I haven't worn anything else since. They're that good. The Italian denim feels amazing, and the fit and quality are just on another level compared to anything else I've owned. And I have to mention Beau. I've talked with him a couple of times, and this guy is an absolute rockstar. He's incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and just genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever deal with. You can tell he really cares about the product and the people who buy it, and that makes a huge difference. It's pretty crazy to think I randomly saw these on social media, decided to try one pair, and now I own eight. I wear them every day, and I honestly don't see that changing anytime soon. If you're thinking about trying Ace Rivington, just do it. You might end up like me with a closet full of them.

This store could not be more targeted to my demographic. We make enough money to buy what we want and this store has the best items. My kids, my wife, even my 80 year old parents spent 30 minutes and $300+ dollars in here. It's a fantastic store. It's a bit of an interesting location being next to the beach but if I lived in Santa Barbara I'd be here once a month. Most Staff were friendly, some were young and not too social but helpful. I tried telling the guy what I was looking for and he interrupted me in a friendly and charismatic way, which seemed nice at first but I realized later it was just a sales tactic to take advantage of the customer. He quickly put a couple jackets on me and we found a size that fit me, and he said quickly and almost in passing, "This is a $1,400 suit, okay?" I kinda laughed sheepishly and said okay. I thought we were just trying to find a good size first, but he took my "uh, okay" as like a FULL commitment to THAT suit, I guess? I did not mean that at all--I've never had a sales experience like that buying anything expensive. He started taking measurements and making markings for tailoring. I realized what he was trying to do and after he got up I asked if he had something less expensive, and that I couldn't make $1,400 work. He then got angry and argumentative with me and said he "told me from day 1" that the suit was $1,400... Sorry for wasting your time. Really appreciated you muttering under your breath as I was leaving. Might want to change your approach for young men who clearly can't spend over a grand for a suit

They were too small, so I took him back to the store they came from and since they were opened and had a smudge (No bigger than a fingernail tip mind you) the woman behind the counter refused to take them back..even for an exchange. It was one of those things that would make a person never want to go there again. I felt bad for my grandson. I realize the cashier was probably just following company policy, but I felt like the 'policy' should change a little to keep a customer who would potentially come back in again and again. (my little soccer player is only 12) Along with that, their prices are way higher than the other soccer and sport stores in the area. Bottom line: I would not buy anything from this store again.

The shop is attractive and inviting, with display windows I usually check out when I'm passing by on the street. It carries a curated list of high-end brands for men and women, and the clothing is on the cool side of fashion meant for wealthy, middle-aged residents of Montecito. Not edgy but not totally dorky, all of it well made. I picked out a few shirts and got them wrapped up in a handsome gift box. My husband was surprised and pleased with his present, though he needed a different size for one of the shirts. I exchanged it the next day, no problem. Both of the sales clerks I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. I tried on a button-down shirt for myself, too, but it was a bit pricey for a random purchase on somebody else's birthday. If my husband were an entirely different person, I might send him to K. Frank on my birthday, to buy something nice for me.
