Lazy Eye Shop's new Old Town Goleta location is that girl. Bright, welcoming, and effortlessly cool…read morewithout trying too hard. First off, inclusivity is not just a buzzword here. This shop is truly for every body and every budget, which honestly feels refreshing. You'll find a thoughtful mix of vintage and secondhand pieces, locally made ceramics, jewelry, and other treasures that make it very hard to leave empty-handed (I tried, I failed). And yes, they've got great stuff for men too. Andi, the owner, has curated a space that feels intentional and community-rooted and does an amazing job working closely with local artists and giving them a platform. You can really feel that care throughout the shop, especially if you've ever stopped by during the Old Town Goleta Community Walk. Alyssa is also an absolute gem. Warm, helpful, and happy to let you browse without hovering. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and very "take your time, you belong here." Logistics matter, so let's talk parking. There's a free city lot on the corner of Hollister Ave and Pine Ave, plus street parking if you're feeling lucky. No excuses. If you love supporting local makers, vintage, and secondhand shopping and want a shop that actually walks the walk when it comes to inclusivity, Lazy Eye Shop is doing it right.

Walked in, and found a comfy and classic pair of shoes, and now looking forward to trying on some of their men's fashions, and perusing through their assorted gift items. Thanks Danica for introducing us to all this little shop has to offer. Located right next door to Old Town Coffee. Which is perfect, coffee and fun fashions.

I went on a Saturday to pick up holiday attire for a party This was during a Saturday night.. Overwhelmed with choices, I'm sure on camera I looked like the dazed and confused.. That's where the magic began I got approached by a real human being.. A lady, store associate ( I'm so bad with names) She stopped to check on me to see if everything was alright. Ladies and gentlemen you already know the answer to this question.. While she was helping me, Another store associate approached, a guy. Next another woman approached People I'm being serious, and yes these were real humans too. No I'm not dreaming either I ended up with the beginning lady, And another woman that went to school for fashion specializing in color.. Recommending choices, collaborating together on what I should wear I walked out with exactly what I needed Confident in the assisted choices in my new attire I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE. FEEL THE MAGIC OF REAL HUMANS THAT LOOK AT THESE ITEMS IN THE STORE ON A DAILY BASIS. DONT SPEND CONFUSED MOMENTS SCRATCHING YOUR HEAD. Let the experts handle it.. As long as I'm in Santa Barbara I wish they never close Macy's This was my greatest experience for customer service during the holidays... Of course I will be back...

Ode to Homer Where to begin?…read more It's a delight. As as you enter this exquisite store, which once was a tiny old garage for the building, you will be transported. It's a bit of a mix of Out of Africa with old hollywood glamour down just right Mr. Terry Pillow, formerly the CEO of Tommy Bahama, is behind this masterpiece of a store. If you are lucky, you will spot his restored animal safari Range Rover out front. It is the real deal. As you enter the store, did you notice the rug that you are standing on? It's made up of a collection of his ties... Hermes, Armani and more. Heck when you are retired, make a necktie rug! Are you ready for your next picnic? Your day at the polo fields? Are you looking for the perfect gift? Check out his gorgeous, handcrafted leather goods that can be monogrammed. He has a small leather pouch that you unzip and then voila - a beautiful popup cup (not plastic) pops out. At the back of the store is a painting of his grandfather or was it his great grandfather named Homer. Like the eyes of the Mona Lisa, his stare kind of follows you. We were lucky to be there on his first day of opening. As other folks meandered in as we sauntered out, we all agreed it was a real delight just to visit the store. Thank you T.P. Check out the recent Riv magazine, for a lovely spread about Terry, his wife and their vision How lucky are we to have this fantastic store. I think it's one that will make our new British resident feel right at home. Hint hint Harry PS do you notice the type of falcon as his mascot? It's considered to be the fastest bird - even the fastest animal on earth reaching speeds of 320 km/h (200 m/h) I could tell you but take a guess when you visit Terry at Homer.
