Wow. I can't say enough good things about Underwood Restorations. Russ answered my call promptly, scheduled a visit for later the same week, and showed up right on time. My old black leather couch had a large rip in one of the cushions from years of being used as a trampoline by the kids. It had faded in places and there were scuff marks all over the places. Three hours later, the couch looked brand new! To top it off, Russ could not have been more polite and respectful and his prices were super reasonable. Jack exceeded our expectations, on his re-dying of our leather sofa & recliner, which had faded color. The leather was a mottled coloring, so I was concerned how he would match that type of surface Wow!!!! We are absolutely blown away at the results! You cannot tell at all, where the damage once was. Service like this is as good as it gets and hard to come by. I had a recliner that's back had loosened and Underwood sent someone out to take a look and see if they could fix it for me. The gentleman took a look, tightened up the screws and when I asked what I owed, he kindly said "no charge." I was blown away! We had a mouse make his way into our theater room and eat the leather off the arm of a chair. I was devastated. I emailed Underwood Restoration and they got back to me very quickly. I emailed them photos of the damage and they gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment later the same week. I was given Jack Underwood's name by a friend as I have a 2000 Jeep that had a driver's seat that had several rips as well as some of the leather "flaking". I contacted Jack and appreciated the fact that they could work me into their schedule as fast as they did. They came to my house to do the repairs which I really thought was a bonus. They were on time and took their time making sure the repair was perfect. The seat looks like it is brand new and no one can tell there was ever a problem. I feel the cost was extremely competitive.
