K. Frank is a very nice, very expensive, very Montecito clothing store on Coast Village Road. I've been in a couple of times, most recently on my husband's birthday, to buy him a last-minute present. The shop is attractive and inviting, with display windows I usually check out when I'm passing by on the street. It carries a curated list of high-end brands for men and women, and the clothing is on the cool side of fashion meant for wealthy, middle-aged residents of Montecito. Not edgy but not totally dorky, all of it well made. I picked out a few shirts and got them wrapped up in a handsome gift box. My husband was surprised and pleased with his present, though he needed a different size for one of the shirts. I exchanged it the next day, no problem. Both of the sales clerks I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. I tried on a button-down shirt for myself, too, but it was a bit pricey for a random purchase on somebody else's birthday. If my husband were an entirely different person, I might send him to K. Frank on my birthday, to buy something nice for me. read more

Great selection & stellar service. Hard to find boutiques that have such a perfect range of brands, well known and up and coming.

I went in to find a sport coat for a wedding. The store is beautifully merchandised, easy to see everything. The service was impressive and attentive. No one was pushy. I can't wait to return! read more

Went into store. Found two items that I liked. I went to Pay and sales person said. "These are not the right prices. They could not find the price so we gave them phone number. They called 5 minutes later and said price was double that was on tag. Was just very unprofessional read more

Stopped in for some men's clothing, which I needed during my trip out to California. Super friendly and knowledgeable service, with a load of season-appropriate clothing for a middle aged (yet somewhat hip) guy like me. Large, comfortable store, perfect for browsing. My favorite Coast Village Road boutique. I am a clothes snob and lived in San Francisco for 10 years. When I say clothes snob I am not so much into brands and labels but, want to pay for quality plain everyday pieces that last a long time and look chic and timeless without being too trendy. I used to frequent boutiques in Pacific Heights and Barney's often in SF. When I moved to Ventura I struggled with my fashion options. I get tired of shopping online and like to go in and try things on. I was so happy to find K Frank. Between K Frank and Diana in Arlington Plaza I am a happy camper. Being almost 40 I can't pull off cheap clothes as tastefully as I once could. Thanks K Frank for keeping me hip and chic and timeless. And thank you for carrying the New Vintage purses-perfect everyday bag for the laid back, Cali coast look. Overpriced and basic... Everything in this boutique can be found at literally dozens of places online and for far less.

This store is on the pricey side. The merchandise is very nice. They have great jewelry but, the staff is unfriendly, not helpful and just rude. For the price of merchandise I would expect better costumer service. I've walked in unnoticed before because, the staff, I think even the manager, was to concerned gossiping with other staff. Really, the staff is what ruined it for me. read more

They have a unique selection of Women"s and Men's clothing, Jewelry and Baby items/clothing. Mostly High end products. I used to love shopping there, but the staff is not very helpful and actually has a bit of an attitude. I can find most of the items on line or at other stores, so it's not worth having to tolerate arrogant staff. read more

K. Frank is run by the most fashion forward couple in Santa Barbara! You know when you purchase a clothing item there that you will be wearing the most sophisticated and unique look in town. I don't get into this store very often, but whenever I do I wish I could crawl into a corner and just live among all of the beautiful things they have. The owners are a couple who are very friendly with customers, the store is enormous and I think that the buyers (who I think are the owners) have impeccable taste. K Frank is my go-to store for everything from jeans to basics to holiday dresses. They have an amazing selection of unique, high-quality brands for men, women, baby and home. In the rare instance that they don't have my size (like this great Symthe jacket I bought), they have no problem ordering it for me, as long as it is available from the designer. They throw great trunk shows and events, and NOTHING beats their sales. Overall this is the best clothing store in Santa Barbara and their customer service is second to none. read more

LOVE this store! As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a member of their staff. She was extremely knowledgable about the marchandise as she walked me through the new spring collections and, more importantly, honest about which items actually suited ME. As an avid shopper I was surprised to see so many lines I had never seen before, even some by local designers. I could have spent hours wandering through this beautiful store, but managed to find something for myself, my husband, and even an adorable dress for my niece in under an hour.
