Service from associates is excellent. No matter how many workers there are in store or how busy they are, each one will individually offer you help. Had a great experience at Footlocker today! I've been looking for a pair of Either low top or high top converse in a size 6.5. I have had no luck finding the shoes in that size locally. I had visited the local Macy's twice looking for options. Both times their customer service was a mediocre experience. The employee did not seem to want to engage with me, I almost felt like I was bugging. Just clearly said we don't have that size, you may go go online. To be fair this was their sneaker section (As I have had a much better experience in their dress shoe section) I had totally forgotten we had a footlocker in town. I went in and I was greeted by all the employees. Alexia's was able to help me, she let me know that they didn't have the size I was looking for but, they do run pretty big in size and that I could try on a size 6 to see how they would fit. Just like she said, they do run big and I was able to walk out with size 6 shoes! Thank you guys, the experience was great and i will be coming back for my next pair of shoes at Footlocker. Friendly staff upon entering and greeted , but Worst experience . Came in looking for Air Force 1 for my 11 year old boy . I asked for his size in youth . Manager mentioned he had one pair left . The size happens to be a 71/2 but apparently in women's . I asked if I could get it priced matched because I'm clearly asking for a youth size not women's but he tells me "there is no difference on the shoes just the price ". He tells me "it's just ten dollars" in difference. Made me feel very offended. I asked if he can go ahead and place an order in youth size and he refused . We felt very welcomed and she made us feel very comfortable, she catered to our every need and was very patient with us because my husband is very picky lol. They always seem to hire relatively nice people but the ones that stick around the longest don't seem too interested in starting conversations.. they ask if you need help or are interested in checking out a shoe but don't ask you how your day is going or anything. I have worked in the Paseo Nuevo mall for the past year and so and I have always seen Foot Locker but never have gone in it until recently. I needed a new pair of shoes, and since I don't normally buy shoes, I didn't know what to get. I walked in and Anthony was the first one to greet me and ask how my day was going. He introduced me to some shoes that have been demanding by other customers and that were a nice fit. Throughout this experience, Anthony was always aiming to make my shopping experience great and unique, which he successfully did. Now, I come to the store regularly and always try to get Anthony to help me out with a new pair every two weeks or so. read more

What a joke of a store. This isn't a foot locker at all. It is a watered down version of something that used to be a foot locker. They are always out of sizes as well as designs. They do not carry any air max's so just go to Ventura. No Jordans here No air force 1s, no Air max, hardly any selection. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The store is run by an old man with no concept of today's style or shoes. If you are looking for athletic shoes or something for hiking this is not the store for you. read more

My boyfriend and I walked in and browsed for about ten minutes . . . there were two employees working (guy and girl) and they apparently forgot how to greet customers and didn't think to ask if they could help us with anything. I even walked right by them and they didn't say one word. My boyfriend asked about a size and the girl said they only had one size in particular . . . but didn't offer any other help. Horrible service....actually no service. Walked in with my boyfriend two employees saw us and nothing. They turned away. We continued to look to see if anything would catch our eyes and made our way to the womens sections walked by the cash wrap where two more employees were parked looking at their phones. Their reaction...they looked, saw us and kept looking at their phones. Over all in the 15 minutes spent in the store we had at least 2 different encounters with 4 employees and not one stopped to see what we needed or what we were interested in. Terrible service. Granted there was a little foot traffic in the store, but I was looked at by multiple employees walking by to the back and wasn't greeted or offered any help. It would be helpful at a busy time to consolidate requests for multiple as you go to the back to check for sizes. When i was finally helped, I asked for two different shoes in the same sizes. Waited almost 10 minutes and only got one shoe pair. I asked about the other one and the associate said "we don't have any in that size in that color." Okay???? Then bring out a different color in the same size so I can at least try it on and order it online through you guys. Had to ask a different sales associate for help and they brought out different colors with my desired size. I decided I wanted to get a pair in the color I liked! It was close to closing time and the associates had their friends and a coworker who was off that day hanging out at the store. They were rushing me at the register and making it very clear they wanted to close. I finally got my shoes today and they ordered me the wrong size! Now I can't order the shoe anymore because they are sold out after the sale and not even available for backorder. read more

Living far away, my partner and I wanted to check to see if a certain item was in stock before making the long drive to town. By refusing to answer their phone, they made this impossible.
