Align pants have the perfect amount of compression and softness for yoga. I have 6 different pairs and have gotten one pair repaired at this store not that long ago. Imaging my surprised when I came here to get another pair's seam repaired and they told me that they no longer offer this service. The excuse was sometimes the fabric is too worn for repair, which doesn't apply here as my pants are still in good shape, only some of the stitches have come loose at the seam. The quality guarantee distinguishes Lululemon from competitors like Beyond Yoga and Vuori, but now there is no reason to pick Lululemon over the other brands. read more

I live about an hour away from any lulu so when I was in town, I went into the store front in an attempt to find one of my favorite joggers (ready to rulu) as they've been out of stock online for months. As I expected based on my experience with SLO store, they were out of most colors and sizes of the items I wanted. For reference, I wear a common size. The associate I approached to ask about the pants I was looking for went out of her way to basically let me know that they are no longer trendy and that the wide leg is currently in. She could have used some customer service training. In the end, I did try on a few styles I liked and had to order them online in the colors/sizes/length I needed as the store did not carry them. They also did not have any belt bags that they carry online at this location. I won't go out of my way to go into the physical store next time. read more

I honestly love their clothes for work, their breathable shirts and pants make it bearable to be in the same attire for 8+ hours of work in all weather conditions. Not to mention for all warm weather outdoor sports as well! They're probably the leader in this space. Well stocked Lululemon store with friendly customer service. Visited this store on a Friday night from out of town. Parking was a little bit of a walk. We parked in a parking structure located about a block away. The store was decently sized and well stocked with both male and female clothing items. Several items I could not find in other Lululemon stores in Los Angeles were available here. The store was clean and organized. Best of all, customer service was wonderful! I forgot to get his name but the guy who assisted us was helpful with a great sense of dry humor. Shopping there was fun. Laughter helps when you're spending a small fortune on workout clothes. My girlfriend and I visited Lululemon about 30 minutes to close. Victor was a great service with all of our needs. He was attentive and was able to get us a fitting room and checked in as needed. The window display at Christmas/Holiday time was downright depressing here! No lights, no decorations, and the ugliest most dull duds I've ever seen on the mannequins. It was all very sad. Nice store, has friendly staff and is in a good area. I only looked in the leggings section, which was in the far back of the store. It was well organized by size and type. There are a lot of fitting rooms, but the ground was a bit dirty, making the leggings dusty. I was disheartened that there were no Presidents Day Weekend sales, unlike their online store. I got myself a pair anyways out of the convenience of getting it right now, but online has the best deals. I thought sales were also in person, but I guess not. read more

My daughter left her leggings to be altered. The team member typed her email in wrong (.con instead of .com) so she wasn't notified when they were done. They don't answer their phones or return phone calls, so she finally stopped by to check on them. When she got there, they said she picked them up. She didn't pick them up. They said they verified identity... which is impossible. They're lying. They told her to "check at home to see if she has them." She didn't pick them up, she doesn't have dementia... I called and left a message for a manager and nobody returned my call either. Buyer beware, they're crooks who steal young girls pants! As you know they're not cheap, and my daughter doesn't make a lot of money that she can afford to have this happen to her. Although they have some great looking workout clothes there is a fantastic price attached to each one. $50.00 dollars and up for work out bra, $80.00 and up for bottoms I like to get my work out clothes a little more reasonable priced and then I can afford a good variety. This is a good Lululemon. Unlike the OC and San Diego, which are full of stay-at-home wives, at this location you can actually find cute items in your size even after they've been on sale longer than a few days. Lululemon used to be located in the mall and it moved across the street to this larger location about a year ago. There's a restroom located inside also stocked with Meyer's liquid hand soap. I could write a review just for that soap. They have free yoga on Sunday at 10am with instructors from local studios including CorePower and Power of Your Om. The latter is very good, though I have yet to try a class in the store. There are other complimentary services as well such as massage and a running club. Pants all come with complimentary alterations. They go out to a local woman in town who does the alterations for the store from her home. If you ever get a hole or loose thread or anything is wrong with an item of clothing, you can bring that in too for some fixing upping free of charge, regardless of the date of purchase. The customer service is very good and no one ever pressures me. I've exchanged gifts a couple times without receipts, which was no problem too. I recommend the Mula Bandhawear underwear, Wunder Under crops and pants, and Free to Be bras. My pants are never see-through from Lululemon. Maybe those girls are just buying the wrong sizes. read more

Everyone is so fit and healthy in Santa Barbara I couldn't find size 2 top here. But the lovely girl said she's order me one online with free shipping but I opt not to BC Lulu is something that has to be tried on. I love that Lulu has great comfortable clothes. I am pretty bummed. I love lulu lemon. But this locations costumer service is awful. I received a shirt as a gift but it was too big. And unfortunately they took the tags off before giving me the gift. But I was able to bring the tags in with me (just not attracted) and the receipt. All I wanted to do was exchange for a different size. But due to the removed tag. I was unable to do so. Since then. I bought a few more pieces of clothing. I wore a tank and pants once. Washed them once and they both started unraveling. And lulu lemon wouldn't let me return them since I wore them and they were damaged they told me I have to be careful when I wear them when working out..... all I did was yoga.... Lulu lemon has Been so great for me in the past while I lived in Utah and were so willing to help with any thing I needed. It's a nice set up and a good sized store. The staff is really nice. My favorite lulu sweatshirt I bought here because I saw someone on State Street wearing it and I just had to have it. It's a a great location, just park anywhere close for State St and you can walk from there. If they don't have it in the store they will order it for you, if you don't live in the area they will find the store closest to you that carries it. I have a strong love affair with Lulu. When I first checked into this store I was quite surprised to see such an average low star rating here. But strolling inside it was made apparent as to why. The whole shopping experience here took a lot longer than it should have since the staff wasn't very helpful. So I had to take longer navigating my way around. I came to Santa Barbara for a mini vacation so time is of the essence. The girl working at the back changing station seemed a bit pretentious and didn't want to answer the questions I had. When I finally got her attention to ask again she said she had no idea why the dance wunder under pant has these holes on the back side of the pants. The good thing about this store is that it had a major clearance section in the back. There were about four large racks of clothes to choose from. I have to say, Shane is an asset to Lululemon not to mention he's super cute and was fun! I tried on some pants and didn't like them. He inquired, I told him they were to long. That's when he went into detail about what Lulu stands for and how they WANT to please their consumers and will alter any merchandise to your perfect size! He had me jump back into the pants so he could trailer them to my body. He noticed the pants didn't look quite right and had me try on a smaller size which actuallly were better! This is my favorite clothing store in town. Not only are the items fantastic, but so are the staff. They make me feel welcome and deserving every time I come in. They offer assistance before I ask. They are flexible with returns, repairing, and replacing items. I recently had 2 bottoms hemmed (always free) and they look impeccable, as if they came cropped to begin with. Today was my third trip into this store and I finally felt like it warranted a review. I've never been greeted and/or acknowledged in this store. Ever. When I visited today there were four, yes FOUR employees at the check out counter. Not a single one bothered saying hello or asking if I needed help. I had a specific item I was looking for and ended up leaving the store without it. 1. Because I couldn't find it, 2. Because I felt awkward asking for help. I love the LLL brand, but if this is how they treat customers, count me out. Two stars because the store is clean and organized. I love the way the Lululemon yoga pants fit me and I like the style of there clothing but the prices always give me sticker shock. I received a yoga mat as a gift that was twice the price of other yoga mats and it's suppose to be non slip but it doesn't work for me.It slips. As a self-proclaimed Lululemon fanatic, I have been to quite a few Lululemon stores. This store doesn't have the best sale section however, their overall selection is great. They are one of the larger Lululemon stores, making their stock pretty comprehensive. There are lots of active women in SB so don't expect there to be a lot of size 2 options in their tops! Their staff is consistently helpful and friendly. It is definitely worth a stop if you need to add to your workout wardrobe. read more

When I arrived i was not greeted in a friendly manner and all 3 employees who were working were socializing with their backs turned to the door and customers. When I went to check out the cashier was rude and not helpful. I asked him several questions, but was not able to accommodate nor provide answers.
