Just NOT THIS LOCATION…read more I hate to have to create a review for this store but I just had a terrible experience with their employees here. An older lady with long straight grey/white seemed to have been following me. I was in several parts of the store, and no matter how long I was in an area she kept popping up and "working" right around and even behind me. Once I started noticing I would start browsing at a new area of the store and then poof! There she was again! Made it very uncomfortable, and being a POC I hate that it had to feel like this was racially-charged. NOT ONCE did she ask how everything was doing or if me or my partner needed help. This is a much smaller REI than usual, so they don't have as much of a selection. It's REI, so a lot of their inventory is higher priced. They can have some good promo deals, but their customer service is terrible.

I had no idea this place existed until my son brought it to my attention. I'm so glad he did!…read more This store is a sports consignment that also sells vintage clothing such as graphic tees, artist tees, and hats. You can also find basketball jerseys, football, soccer and baseball. I mainly came here to sell 3 football jerseys that I had originally planned to giveaway to goodwill, but after my son told me he sold his Air Jordan jacket here; well it was a no brainer to bring the jersey's here to sell. I honestly don't have a clue as to how much the jerseys would of sold for online and I didn't care to research it, but I will say the price I sold them for was reasonable. In todays economy anything helps! Plus I felt good helping a local store make their profit and being able to add the jerseys to their store so they could be sold. Overall, a great local sports consignment to check out that has a cool vibe inside. I'll definitely be back!

Visited the store today and was blown away by how much better it was than the San Diego store in Fashion Valley. Seemed to have much more of a selection. Customer service was great. Very friendly folks at the register. The young man that rang me up gave me some food recommendations in the area. Happy camper I get to ride back to SD in my new Vuori fit!

Okay, so I might be a little bias because I found a keychain with my name on it (which almost NEVER happens. Melanie and Melinda are the lucky ones). As a matter of fact, when I told the cashier that I was excited about the rare find, he walked away from me to bring me back the bike plate with my name on it. I squealed in excitement and he asked, "Would you like the bike plate too?" This tells me he wasn't selling me the product, he wanted to SHOW me another product with my namesake. Positive customer experience, the staff knows their products and store, and UCSB (University of California, Santa Barbara) clothes. I checked every souvenir shop from top (away from the beach) of State Street down to 'Only in Santa Barbara' (towards the beach) searching for a Santa Barbara ornament that best represented my vacation. I found it here. Basically, if you want a Santa Barbara souvenir, find it here.

The quality guarantee distinguishes Lululemon from competitors like Beyond Yoga and Vuori, but now there is no reason to pick Lululemon over the other brands.

Fast forward a little while and I'm now at eight pairs. I wear jeans every day, and these have quickly become the only jeans I want to wear. Up until last week, my favorite pair was the Carpenter. I had been waiting for months for the Easy Riders to come back in stock, and when they finally did earlier this month, I was able to get the pair I'd been waiting for. I got them last Wednesday, and I'm not kidding when I say I haven't worn anything else since. They're that good. The Italian denim feels amazing, and the fit and quality are just on another level compared to anything else I've owned. And I have to mention Beau. I've talked with him a couple of times, and this guy is an absolute rockstar. He's incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and just genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever deal with. You can tell he really cares about the product and the people who buy it, and that makes a huge difference. It's pretty crazy to think I randomly saw these on social media, decided to try one pair, and now I own eight. I wear them every day, and I honestly don't see that changing anytime soon. If you're thinking about trying Ace Rivington, just do it. You might end up like me with a closet full of them.
