It is a true 4 hour course and plays fast, even some of their longer and "crazy" obstacle like courses too. The pro shop was helpful and gave us a quick brief explanation before we headed out which was nice. My only downside was part of the back nine people are criss crossing onto each others fairways because of the layout of each tee facing each other for about 3-4 holes so things got a bit jammed up and chaotic looking with multiple groups in each others fairways shooting their balls. Its proximity to the beach also had quite a gust of wind and breezes throughout our game, could be a good thing or a bad thing depending.

I'd call it a fairly forgiving course, as no stands of trees or heavy brush to lose your ball in. Only complaint I thought the green fees were a little high. Also, could stand some better signage on how to find the restaurant (I think we tried like 4 different doors trying to figure out how to get there, but the restaurant is not part of the review) I'm sure proper golf attire is appreciated, as we were.
