Ruth was great. We came over after it started raining and though she was by herself, she went out of her way to accommodate us. I have been here before and am so happy there is a cafe on the beach to grab some food and a drink. My only complaint is that chips and salsa aren't on the small plates menu. read more

great place and food! Ruth is the best. great service and awesome company at this bar

My daughter and I were driving around, checking out the area and we stumbled across this neat cafe. Walked up and we were greeted right away by one of the bartenders, Ruth. She took our order, cheeseburger, side of fries, strawberry smoothie and a beer. Food was amazing and quickly prepared. Ruth was prompt and helpful. Definitely would go back again. *walk up to order and they'll call your name when your order is ready. *only two draft beers but plenty of cans options! *seat yourself *they do not accept tips. *plenty of seating with scenic views! read more

The cafe is a hidden gem. Ruth our favorite bar tender/server always remembers us and always has a smile on her face. She's very engaging and easygoing. Makes us feel at home as soon as we sit down. The food is great. The beach view reminds us of being at a beach bar in the Bahamas. They are little dog friendly and provide a water bowl. I don't want to say too much because I don't want too many people competing we us for a bar stool or a table. read more

Great little place on the beach ! This place is run by the county and I have to say I'm impressed. Jessica and Ruth were so friendly and very informative of the area. We are not locals so it was truly helpful. Thank you ! Omelets and coffee was also great. We will definitely be back when back in the area. read more

Pretty good food. Good location. It's get you're own food. Right on ocean It's great for beach sand eating. Three star food it's a good experience read more

The ambiance is fabulous on the beach and open air. The food was horrible! The fish in my sandwich was like jerky and my husband's fish tacos had a sliver of fish in each one....combined all three tacos in one and it was at best ... lacking!! Our sandwich and tacos were $40. NO BUENO! Great place for a cocktail or a beer only. read more

The workers are energetic the food is done right and if not quicker than some restaurants believe it or no and the beach vibe with the regulars and the tourist is excellent read more

Good view but lame place. Didn't expect to have to wait in line and order with no wait service, very inconvenient when coming to a place on the beach with a beautiful view. While standing in line, I seen the next window call out for the names of the guests that food was done, I asked the gentleman what it was and it was what I was going to order, mahi-mahi salad. Ewwww, looked like a little frozen piece placed on top on horrible looking salad . My friend and I took a picture at the beach, which was very packed, and left with no order. Very disappointed. Only have two stars for the view. read more

I consider this a Gem of Martin, County. The Beachside Café has one of the best breakfasts in town. Where else in the world can you enjoy a beautiful view of the Atlantic and have a wonderful meal? The restaurant is well managed and has a great staff. read more

Brought some family members to the Seaside Cafe today to enjoy the beautiful weather. It was our first visit. The staff was so friendly and I felt very welcome, but I feel like we must have ordered all the wrong food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was disappointing all around. The bun was twice the size of the very average, almost dry chicken. I typically love bacon-onion jam, but I found this one to be very weird. It didn't taste like bacon or onion, but more like a curry chutney, which might be fine but didn't go with the rest of the ingredients. The avocado was mashed, like guacamole, but without seasoning. The lettuce was limp. My guests ordered a black bean burger and a regular cheeseburger. While neither of them had specific complaints, they both said they would not order it again. All sandwiches came with an enormous portion of fries; more than we could possibly eat. I felt bad throwing away so much food. I will return to try other menu items, and I'll ask for a much smaller portion of fries. read more

Just stumbled onto this wonderful cafe. Had the best Cuban sandwich ever with a wonderful Bloody Mary. Clean and very efficient staff. Warm welcome. Will definitely be back to try all the other menu items. Highly recommend. read more

Delicious shrimp and grits. Great service from Ruth. Beautiful view of the ocean. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Great place for breakfast and lunch with good food, awesome view and waitstaff. I Recommend this spot to all my family and friends

This is a brand new place (opened three weeks ago, I think) but I hope they stick around. I ordered a mahi mahi sandwich with plantains. The fish was light and the veggies were fresh. They added a chutney that is sweet and outstanding. Loved the plantains too. My wife ordered the same plus we shared a plate of charred oysters, which had a savory topic with bacon. Going back soon for breakfast. Great find. read more

Great food wish a Central American twist. It's a self serve place with a great bar and george was an attentive bartender! Ruth Barco was very friendly and the kitchen staff are to commended for their hard work, service and presentation of such tasty fare. The casual tiki like restaurant afforded a nice ocean breeze and shade on a hot summer's day and just a few feet to the beach. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable price (half the cost of renting at Delray Beach without the crowds). Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quiet place on the beach with great food! read more

If you are interested in a great experience, great view, and out-of-this-world food, this is the place for you, they have better shrimp than I could imagine and the view out to the ocean is mind boggling. I would definitely recommend checking this place out read more

Beautiful spot and the food was good and portions generous. We were accidentally given and charged for an additional entree and it was taken care of with immediacy and kindness by the manager. The staff is happy and efficient and no tips are allowed since the staff are employed by Martin County. Lots of beach parking, close beach access, clean bathrooms. It's my new got to spot when I want a swim in the sea! read more

Great food and service!! Will definitely be back! Avocado toast and pancakes were amazing.

Nice atmosphere but Ruth made it. Great service and she did not accept any gratuity. Would definitely go back!!!

New exploration point in my journey. Seaside Cafe. I had a French Dip with fried Plantains, paired with a Sunrise City IPA from Sailfish Brewing Company. The French dip was delicious! Not some gigantic sandwich where you would find at other places. The roast beef was a what's considered "sandwich thickness". Sry, didn't get pics, running around since 8:30 this morning. It's outdoor, but covered. If there is no breeze, it could get toasty, but got a breeze? Your good. #TBWINAKNSFL read more

I had fish and chips. It was very overpriced. I tried my boyfriends chicken. It was gross. bland no flavor and burnt

Chill vibes with ocean views. Got a tan on... if ya skin allows you too. mornings are not packed.

My boyfriend and I ate here today and LOVED it! We got the conch burger and the Poboy sandwich with a side of conch fritters. And you HAVE to get the Piña Colada smoothie!!! This place opened a month ago, so thats why there's a lack of reviews. There wasn't a bad view of the ocean and the food was awesome! We will definitely be back! read more

A great place to stop for freshly made breakfast and lunch items. All food is made to order. The ambience is rustic beachside. Ruth, the sole bar tender there on the day of my visit, was hard working and pleasant. "No tipping," she said, "just please write a good review." read more

Great location, great food. The French dip with yuca fries were delicious. Ruth working at the bar was an excellent server.
