We have enjoyed several visits to Drift as we take advantage of the nearby beach. The service is friendly and helpful explaining the daily food options and beverages. We have eaten on the patio and the bar, both were comfortable. If it's windy out, the patio can be a little tough. You don't have to stay at the resort to enjoy the restaurant. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. It's worth the stop.

Such a cute restaurant on the water. I visited here after a spa appointment. It's right above the spa so that was convenient. There's a parking lot and valet is also available. Everyone was super nice. My server came immediately with the menus and took my order. I went with the Cuban punch, some crab cakes, and fries. Quick lunch. Everything was delicious. So much flavor. And very filling. A nice little gem.

    Delicious lobster bisque.

We moved to Port St. Lucie a month ago, and we wanted to have lunch by the beach, so yesterday we ended up in Hutchinson Beach at Drift Kitchen & Bar. It's a beautiful place, we sat on the terrace with a nice view of the ocean. The food was delicious, I had the lobster bisque and the Margarita pizza, my wife the mahi burger and my nephew from Montreal the shrimp tacos. Kim our server was efficient and super friendly, compared to the hostess that could've put a smile on her face. The prices are reasonable. We should go back there soon!

Celebrated my fiancé and I's engagement here right after he proposed in our hotel room. The food was great, it did take a long time because the restaurant was so packed but it was worth the wait! We ordered the Spinach & Artichoke dip to start, and shared the Bucatini Carbonara which was my favorite dish we ordered! The crème brûlée was also super yummy Our waitress was fabulous and we loved celebrating our engagement here!

Great 1st time experience!! Really luv eating at the beach. Place is really really cute, nice menu options. I had the mahi tacos, 3 lil ones but just enough, fish cooked perfectly, nice slaw on them with yummy aoli. Fries was my side nicely crisp and seasoned. Husb had turkey club wrap he enjoyed; shared some tuna poke cups very yummy tuna was cubed nicely in a taco shell. Others raved about the lobster bisque, wedge was yummy w grilled chicken. Definitely will come back!! Service was perfect!!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Every time I go I am well pleased with the food. The locale and scenery can't be beat. The ocean view, the modern sleek look of the restaurant itself, the wait staff...all superb. The rock shrimp linguini, the tacos, the short ribs, the filet mignon...every dish cooked correctly. Probably this is the best place on Hutchinson Island for fine dining at dinner and casual dining.

Had my birthday dinner here and it was fantastic! Started with the Broken Caesar which was large enough to split. I got the Shrimp Linguine, delicious pasta. Hubby got the Short Rib with mushroom risotto. The food was absolutely fantastic, so delicious. Our server Gennie was a delight, very knowledgeable and friendly. Restaurant has the best view of the ocean, clean and comfortable seating plus a delicious menu. I highly recommend!

Stayed at Hutchinson Shores for the weekend. We had plans to go elsewhere for dinner but the weather was awful. We decided to eat at Drift Kitchen and Bar, which was a blessing in disguise. Service: Excellent service and amazing cuisine. Our server was LeeLee, she was friendly, attentive and very welcoming. Food: My husband ordered the lobster bisque and honestly, it was the best lobster bisque we've ever had huge chunks of lobster. My salmon entrée was great too. The desserts are all amazing. Plate presentation was also executed perfectly. Highly recommended. Ambiance: We sat by the window and the view is amazing. It never gets old. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely return in the future.

So in the area in a solo trip. Went for a girls night with an old friend to catch up. The place was busy but we were able to still talk and not yell over each other. Bartenders were a bit on the slow side but once they came over things went a lot smoother. We started w a drink, had a salad and main dish. I attached photos. Food was cooked perfectly! It was dark at night so no view for me but heard it's excellent. Will be visiting again and can't wait for it.

We sat at the bar awaiting dinner seating. The bartender literally did not say hello and stood mute in front of us...then said, " Do you want a drink?" Unceremoniously, he served my husband a small- glassed flat vodka soda. My husband very politely said to a new craggly bartender, I'm sorry to have to say, but this is flat." She met that with pursed lips and with disdain said, 'Well it all comes from the same system ." After a beat, "Are you going to oder something else?" That something else was slid over to him with rather a thud. No more words. So, we left without any more ordering or food. Then! Happy days! We found the cutest, most charming little Italian restaurant. The decor and the lovely hostess welcomed us with smiles as did a delightful, professional, and most personable, waiter who suggested a table I would feel warmest at ( no one else is cold-- always me!). We got outstanding egglant dishes..outstanding! The sauce was Nonna-perfect! The eggplant tender, not mushy whatsoever. The sauce, the best! We were so impressed we talked with the owner, Giuseppi to gush! He introduced us to Nonna, herself ! ( Suzi), his daughter, Dianna and his son, our wonderful, delightful waiter, Sebastiano--! He pointed to a picture of his father, Luigi, ( Gigi) telling us his father and mother decades ago opened their first Gigi's in Canada before moving to Fl where they opened this Gigi's. The pride he deserves for the authentic cuisine is rivaled only by the pride of his family! What a 'night and day' evening we had! The service was great when it came, but there were long gaps between and the lady in the kitchen noticed and would spur the waitstaff into action. The place is on the smaller side, dark and very old fashioned, which are great features for a classic Italian restaurant in my opinion. It was like eating at one of the little neighborhood restaurants in NY. My negatives are the spotty service, the servers were 25 feet away and didn't seem to care to give a glance. My iced tea was made with tap water... Unfiltered and tasted horrible. Finally, the restaurant is cash only. Yes, they do offer alternative ways to pay such as Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle, etc, which l felt was a bit unusual. In closing, the food was great! Tasty and well made. Tap water to paying customers!? Service is service, some times it's great and sometimes it's not. The cash only thing did take me by surprise.

Really good with the "pure" taste I've experienced from better places in Chicago, New York and even Italy. The basil, tomatoes and cheese were tasted separately but came together so nicely. The crust was really good as well. We also ordered "zesty herb roasted chicken wings". They were good and had a nice flavor from the chili spices. Nonna's was packed but the service was excellent. The last four or five 'highly recommended" Italian restaurants in the Jensen Beach/Stuart area we tried were OK to even pretty good but not at all memorable or begging another visit so we always went back to our favorite. Felt a little guilty coming here but WOW-we were blown away. We ate here twice before writing this review because I wanted to make sure our first visit wasn't a fluke. On the first visit my wife ordered Shrimp Linguine Fradiavolo which was a generous portion of shrimp over linguine with a wonderfully spicy marinara sauce. (She let me try it). I ordered Gnocchi Sorrentina which I customized to my preferences. Substituted marinara for meat sauce and added some charred Italian sausage. Probably the best gnocchi I've ever had. Portions of both dishes were large enough to take back to enjoy for lunch the next day. On our second visit, my wife had Spaghetti Al Pomodoro and I tried Veal Marsala. Both were north of wonderful! During both visits we also enjoyed fresh garlic bread. Uncle Guiseppe's is busy and noisy. Service is so good you don't notice the "busy" once you're seated.
