[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful view with beautiful company![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Recently celebrated a retirement of one of my colleagues and the service and food were absolutely fantastic. Calamari wasn't crispy and still tasty. We also had the bruschetta and spinach dip appetizer. As an entree I had the crispy chicken sandwich which could have used a bit more seasoning. All in all I would definitely recommend Drift as a great lunch or dinner spot.

We stayed here for 2 nights and ate most of our meals here. The drinks are excellent. Jodi, Amanda, and Meghan (manager) were fabulous bartenders. They were spot on for their recommendations for food. I had the tuna poke which was super fresh and tasty. Hubby had the crease salad and loved it. Other times we got the wedge salad and pizzas. The meatballs were the only disappointment of all the foods we tried. The last night I shared the crab cakes(amazing!!) and a filet dinner which was perfectly cooked. We did not go hungry here. The pizzas are constantly being made throughout the day and night. There are 3 pizzas offered on the menu but they can also way you want. Highly recommend this restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They get busy when there is a conference and it seems locals like to come here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We have enjoyed several visits to Drift as we take advantage of the nearby beach. The service is friendly and helpful explaining the daily food options and beverages. We have eaten on the patio and the bar, both were comfortable. If it's windy out, the patio can be a little tough. You don't have to stay at the resort to enjoy the restaurant. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. It's worth the stop.

Such a cute restaurant on the water. I visited here after a spa appointment. It's right above the spa so that was convenient. There's a parking lot and valet is also available. Everyone was super nice. My server came immediately with the menus and took my order. I went with the Cuban punch, some crab cakes, and fries. Quick lunch. Everything was delicious. So much flavor. And very filling. A nice little gem.

    Delicious lobster bisque.

We moved to Port St. Lucie a month ago, and we wanted to have lunch by the beach, so yesterday we ended up in Hutchinson Beach at Drift Kitchen & Bar. It's a beautiful place, we sat on the terrace with a nice view of the ocean. The food was delicious, I had the lobster bisque and the Margarita pizza, my wife the mahi burger and my nephew from Montreal the shrimp tacos. Kim our server was efficient and super friendly, compared to the hostess that could've put a smile on her face. The prices are reasonable. We should go back there soon!

Celebrated my fiancé and I's engagement here right after he proposed in our hotel room. The food was great, it did take a long time because the restaurant was so packed but it was worth the wait! We ordered the Spinach & Artichoke dip to start, and shared the Bucatini Carbonara which was my favorite dish we ordered! The crème brûlée was also super yummy Our waitress was fabulous and we loved celebrating our engagement here!

Great 1st time experience!! Really luv eating at the beach. Place is really really cute, nice menu options. I had the mahi tacos, 3 lil ones but just enough, fish cooked perfectly, nice slaw on them with yummy aoli. Fries was my side nicely crisp and seasoned. Husb had turkey club wrap he enjoyed; shared some tuna poke cups very yummy tuna was cubed nicely in a taco shell. Others raved about the lobster bisque, wedge was yummy w grilled chicken. Definitely will come back!! Service was perfect!!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Every time I go I am well pleased with the food. The locale and scenery can't be beat. The ocean view, the modern sleek look of the restaurant itself, the wait staff...all superb. The rock shrimp linguini, the tacos, the short ribs, the filet mignon...every dish cooked correctly. Probably this is the best place on Hutchinson Island for fine dining at dinner and casual dining.

Had my birthday dinner here and it was fantastic! Started with the Broken Caesar which was large enough to split. I got the Shrimp Linguine, delicious pasta. Hubby got the Short Rib with mushroom risotto. The food was absolutely fantastic, so delicious. Our server Gennie was a delight, very knowledgeable and friendly. Restaurant has the best view of the ocean, clean and comfortable seating plus a delicious menu. I highly recommend!

Stayed at Hutchinson Shores for the weekend. We had plans to go elsewhere for dinner but the weather was awful. We decided to eat at Drift Kitchen and Bar, which was a blessing in disguise. Service: Excellent service and amazing cuisine. Our server was LeeLee, she was friendly, attentive and very welcoming. Food: My husband ordered the lobster bisque and honestly, it was the best lobster bisque we've ever had huge chunks of lobster. My salmon entrée was great too. The desserts are all amazing. Plate presentation was also executed perfectly. Highly recommended. Ambiance: We sat by the window and the view is amazing. It never gets old. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely return in the future.

So in the area in a solo trip. Went for a girls night with an old friend to catch up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was busy but we were able to still talk and not yell over each other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bartenders were a bit on the slow side but once they came over things went a lot smoother. We started w a drink, had a salad and main dish. I attached photos. Food was cooked perfectly! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was dark at night so no view for me but heard it's excellent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will be visiting again and can't wait for it.

Beautiful day lunch on the ocean

He had it for a while, God only knows what data base I'm now part of, but hey, great reviews, let's go. The guard gave my license back as well as a parking permit. Asked about the restaurant, he said drive to the stop sign and turn left. There's a row of shops and a Sauders sign. Did get a tiny bit confusing...none of the storefronts was Sauders. There was a dingy looking alley opening...found them. Walking down this dingy alley (there were three old window a/c units running up high, I mean old, tired, dirty and all three are dripping water into buckets below them on the concrete). We get to a tired residential screen door and that is the entrance. We were greeted right away. Said two for dinner. The hostess asked if we had reservations...we said no. We asked to sit inside. This is not the restaurants fault, but the marina is under construction, there are no docks or boats outside the windows, just rebar and dirt, however the windows and screens were dirty. There are dive bars and old restaurants with charm, Sauders is neither. Inside it just looks very tired and extremely dated You know how Restaurant Impossible or Bar Rescue showes usually start, with John Tapper and Robert Irving having a lot to say. They would have a lot to say at Sauder's. Carolyn, our server, lived up to the reviews that mention her. She was prompt, knew all the specials and did a good job throughout our meal. We ordered some Calemari. The batter was falling off, so if you tried to pick up a piece, you basically had a piece of squid. The marinara sauce was hot and had a good flavor. We had the shrimp linguine Alfredo. There were plenty of shrimp. Tha pasta was spaghetti, not linguine, but cooked properly. Could have had a little more sauce but tasted OK. The meal came with a salad. Everything was fresh, cold and crisp. Carolyn informed us the thousand island was made at the restaurant and it was OK. Summary...the food was ok, the dining room was tired, oh yeah, the rest rooms were behind doors rusting under their paint in that dingy alley and my wife said the one she went into was not nice. I honestly don't know how you could give this a 4 or 5 rating. If I knew what we were going to experience, I'd never give my driver's license to that guard and we would find another of the many seafood places in town. Sorry Sauder's, you need to make an investment in your business.

They have the best shrimp "scampi" - this is a dish of just shrimp (no pasta!!), served with an addictive white wine, garlic, lemon sauce and crusty bread for dipping. We always get this appetizer!
