I grew up in Fort Pierce. My family was very poor, so we never had the opportunity to enjoy, beyond the flora and fauna, most of what the city truly has to offer. After 36 years away, I returned this March to my hometown to indulge in it in a way I couldn't imagine as a young person. Cobb's Landing kept popping up on lists of recommendations from people on good ole Facebook, so it was one of many establishments we tried in our five days there. We totally enjoyed ourselves: Food, drinks and service were all amazing. I'm hoping to make an annual pilgrimage, now that I'm over the fear of returning, and this will be one of my first stops. If you're reading this, and trying to decide between here and Chuck's, do yourself a favor and rock with the former. read more

Stopped for lunch today probably sitting at the bar for 8-10 minutes before bartender acknowledged me then handed me a menu that was falling apart i ordered a fresh ipa not cold at all i assume there is a problem with the refrigerator unit Also ordered a cheeseburger medium rare guess what came out well done with cold ff After eating 1/2 the burger bartender asked me how everything was o replied classic failure so no response now paying my bill the beer was on the house Hard to imagine only 12 people in the restaurant at the time I placed my order and the kitchen couldn't get it right hate to see what happens here if they were busy read more

This was a surprise. Came here after the disappointing Chucks. Prices and food were surprisingly satisfying. 2 drinks for the price of 1 at Chucks. I had the tenderloin tips and they were cooked to a good medium temperature; hubby had a burger and that was good although he says his bacon was a bit overcooked. Fries could have been fresher- were a bit limp. Brown sauce on tips was a tiny bit too salty but edible with the mashed potatoes. Service was great. Live band. Overall a good end to a Fort Pierce rendezvous. read more

Went with friends that hadn't been. We shared the tuna nachos, all enjoyed, they use crispy fried wontons. I had the fried calamari salad, it was good , sadly server said legs too , but just sliced, guess she doesn't know what the legs are, salad included seaweed salad too! Another had the potato crusted fish sandwich wow!! Poke bowl was also enjoyed. Had nice cold beers, love sitting outside. Overall good experience. read more

Definitely a popular destination and was busy with a wait on a Wednesday evening in mid-March. The menu is fairly broad with selections for most anyone. The food was enjoyed across the board by our party of six. Appetizers came out quickly and our server was attentive initially but seemed to lose interest... which seemed to make sense as the wait for food was longer than what I'd consider typical. Definitely a great location on the marina, open air with live entertainment. Two things that lowered my rating but I'll be back to give them another shot at upping the stars. 1. Quite a few trips back and forth to correct minor items that were noted while ordering but not correct when arriving at the table - which lent to the slower than expected service. 2. A 20% gratuity added to our check without the server noting it was added. This isn't normal for a party of six and seems to be indicative, again, of a systemic issue of subpar service. This could have been a five star review. The ambiance, menu choices, and food were really great. read more

The restaurant is right by the water. Weekends they have live bands sometimes. The food is pretty good traditional American style food. The Figgy burger and the brussels sprout appetizer are great. The service gets backed up a bit but it's a busy place so it's understandable. read more

I was pleasantly surprised! Good food selection and overall good food. Went with friends on a whim and enjoyed the ambiance of live music and just sitting outdoors. But remember your bug repellent. Service was good. The only thing worth noting about the service is ensure the waitstaff gives you back the correct change. The ahi tuna poke bowl was tasty and filling. The Brussel sprouts were a bit charred for my liking, but had good flavor on pieces that weren't as crispy. My friends ordered the shrimp tacos and a pasta dish which they seemed to enjoy also. We ordered dessert to go. I learned my selection of dessert was already out after already paying. I was refunded for my dessert, but not for the top portion that covered dessert. My friend also ordered dessert and enjoyed hers very much. I would come back again. read more

As someone with severe dietary restrictions, I was greatly impressed with the chef at Cobbs Landing, Eric, who was incredibly patient, accommodating, diligent, and supportive, while taking time out of the kitchen to discuss options with me. He went out of his way multiple times to communicate, ask questions, and carefully checked the ingredients to make sure I was safe. He offered to customize and create something special for me, to make sure not only I received what I needed but that I would enjoy it too. And he even delivered my meal to me personally himself. Getting this treatment was such a treat when I often have to sacrifice ingredients, and restaurants are often not able to accommodate. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the good food, but for the considering and caring staff! read more

Cobb's is a great tiki bar restaurant in downtown fort pierce! Great area to walk around and enjoy the marina and listen to live music while you enjoy affordable drinks and delicious food with open air seating. I had my first alligator here, and it was surprisingly delicious! I also enjoyed the tuna poke bowl. Although busy, the service was good the first night, and our second visit it was a bit slow but we were seated in the back so I won't fault them. The food always comes out quick though! I wish there were more than 2 stalls in the bathroom because there is always a few people waiting during peak hours. read more

I am a long-time regular customer at Cobb's Landing, and my go-to order is always the Black & Blue Burger, cooked medium, with no bun and a side of fries. Because I know how great this dish usually is, I was genuinely shocked by my experience during dinner on 7/24/26.After a very long wait, my food finally arrived looking incredibly sloppy. The burger was severely overcooked and missing almost all of its standard toppings, leaving just melted cheese and a few onions on the plate, with the avocado tossed on the side.To their credit, the staff did try to make it right. They offered to redo the meal and gave me a complimentary drink, which I declined, but they did take the order off my bill. While I appreciate the management fixing the check, it is highly disappointing to see such a careless drop in food quality from a place I have supported for so long. I truly hope this was just a one-off bad night for their kitchen's sake. read more

Stopped by for lunch today. Thought I would try the gumbo. Well. What I had did not even remotely resemble gumbo. It was more like a canned soup. Bland. No flavor and a tiny portion. I was hoping for a better experience. I met some friends for lunch after the market downtown. Upon arrival we heard some staff by the kitchen stating how they never saw the place so busy. That sounded promising as busy usually means good food, drinks, and service. That ended up not being the case. Waitstaff was busy so we patiently waited. Our waitstaff finally made it to our table and we ordered drinks. The other two drinks came out prior to mine and they were done with there's before mine had arrived. I waited a while but was anticipating a delicious drink of the key lime martini I had there once before. The key lime martini was not the same. It tasted like sour heavy cream that was watered down and had ice cubes in it, maybe from a rushed pour. Disappointed in the $13 drink... yuck. We ordered our food and some extra sides while letting our waitstaff know it's fine if it is an upcharge. A bit more of a wait and the food finally came out but without the extras and sides requested. Not sure if the kitchen just didn't read the ticket or if items were forgotten. It was sloppy and thrown together on the plate. My friends plate of food looked like it was wilted from sitting under a heat lamp or something. I understand when a restaurant is busy it is stressful, however quality and service should not be overlooked for any customer. read more

We came in right after a bad rainstorm but everything was fairly fine here. There was a skewer and a bunch of fries under our table on the floor so I kindly asked for it to be sweeped, but the lady didn't take too kindly to that and gave us attitude for the rest of the service. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks. Their keg ran out of the beer my husband and dad wanted, so they only got 1 and half beers while they were replacing it... and then brought another new one once it was replaced. Food came and everything was delicious. No complaints at all there. We asked for the 1 bill but I guess the waitress heard "one more beer" and brought us another beer with the bill... and had to take off and gave us attitude again for that. Otherwise, it was like party loud in there but the food is great. read more

When we first moved down here a relative took us to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. We have been back at least 3 more times and sadly my husband and I agree it's not as good. The service is fine but the food while not terrible was not great. I had shrimp and grits which was pretty bland, my mother in law and I have ordered the coconut shrimp. My husband and I had the rib eye. He's also had the mushroom Swiss burger, and I have had BLT. So a variety of foods, ok but not great. I don't think we will be going back. read more

I am always interested in checking out a good tourist trap. This location has a tiki theme, live music and a large bar. How could you go wrong? While, we did have an OK time. There were a lot of issues. The live music was uncomfortably loud, the bar ranked of spilled beer, the service wasn't great and drinks were subpar. It was difficult to get a drink (even with a seat at the bar and more than enough staff) and I found most of the bartenders to be standoffish and unprofessional. There were a few that were nice, but definitely a few bad apples. I tried a painkiller cocktail and it was terrible. Also tried a mimosa and it was just orange juice. You should plan to stick with a beer. I will say the food was pretty good. I got the mahi tacos. The portion was a little small but it was tasty! My friend tried the chicken and waffles and said they were a little disappointing. I also think the food presentation could be improved. read more

My boyfriend and I arrived at Cobb's Landing at 8:40PM on Tuesday and it was very unclear if they were open because servers were sweeping under tables and performing closing duties. The server was very personable, but overall the experience was not great. The food was served cold and flavorless. It literally tasted like 3D printed food. We were offered sides with meal but not told that there was a $2 up charge... This was for the onion rings and sweet potato fries that were cold and tasted like play-dough. Our food was basically inedible but we were starving from surfing all day so we ate it. Also, my mocktail tasted like straight simple syrup and sour mix. Yikes. We spent $50 before tip on 4 tacos, two terrible sides, one mocktail, and two heavily chlorinated waters. BIG PASS! read more

Seriously some of the best gator you're ever gonna find!! The sauce is amazing and the gator is fried PERFECTLY! The right amount of seasoning and batter to make it crispy! It's so good! The restaurant is has live music and sits next to the marina so you get a beautiful view of the boats and the water. The service was kind of terrible but the food made up for it. I also ordered a side of their rice and beans which was AMAZING! Sooo good I ate the whole thing. I also ordered their grouper tacos which was very fishy and not my favorite. Overall 4/5 read more

Manger sucks!!!!!! Food is even worse!! And they expect everyone to be dressed nice even though the servers look like they work at hooters. Food had no flavor. One of the people in my party got a burger and it was more burnt than me after being in the sun for 12 hours. Another person in my party got tacos had one bite and couldn't even finish it. It's unfortunate because the environment is great and when we were here, they had a farmers market going on. Sitting right by the waters, it was such a nice breeze. Service was so slow but very friendly. It was busy so we expected that. Food was soooo sooo sooo expensive for what you get. Portions were extremely small for mediocre food. Food came out lukewarm. I ordered the fig burger $18 and came with soggy fries. It was not fresh and the goat cheese was overwhelming. I barely tasted the fig and the caramel use onions. The gumbo was not warm. Came out so cold. It was overall a very underwhelming experience. Bathrooms.. for such a big restaurant, there was only two stalls. And one doesn't flush haha Well that is all. Very cool spot! The outside seating overlooks a marina, and is next to a park where they do the synchronized Christmas palm tree lightshow. I had the black and blue burger, she had the buffalo chicken wrap, along with a couple of beers. Very good rock shrimp tacos. The smoked salmon is very smoked. They serve local cider, Pierced Cider -yum.

On the waterfront in Fort Pierce, Cobb's landing offers beautiful views of the water and boats from their outdoor bar and dining patio. Cobb's offers a full menu from "bar food" type starters to seafood, sandwiches, salads and full dinners. I immediately gravitated to the blackened mahi tacos. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion relative to the price. Lot's of well prepared, tasty mahi in the tacos. Beans and rice were very good as well. I feel compelled to write this revue because this restaurant is one we always recommend to out of towners as a must to visit. Last night my husband & I had possibly the worst dinners of our lives. I know they were the worst dinners we've ever had at Cobb's Landing! I have never seen shrimp and grits look like the contents of my plate. One side was soupy; the other looked as though it was covered in cheese. Using my utensils and my fingers I was able to determine that it wasn't cheese but the fried egg which was described in the menu. It was overdone and unappealing. The soupy side was actually red and green bell pepper and onion slices. They tasted as though they were meant to be in an Italian dish. The sausage slices looked more like Italian sausage than andouille. The shrimp were a nice size and not overcooked. The grits were not at all creamy or cheesy. My husband's dish of fried shrimp and French fries looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The shrimp were so overcooked that there was no difference in texture between the breading and the shrimp. All were difficult to chew. The shrimp were small and hard. The service was good. The atmosphere was the usual beach casual. So very disappointed. read more

In a short time that I have lived in Port St. Lucie, I have visited here twice. The first time was on a beautiful weekend and decided to stop for an appetizer and drinks. The restaurant itself is mostly outside with a smaller inside area. The bar area is a decent size and good amount of people . They do have live music, but uncertain what days they do. On our first time it was not busy, which is perfectly fine with us. I was excited to see that they make their own infused liquor. I was even more excited when they had a pineapple jalapeño tequila infused. Seriously, I need to have one of these in my house. I love this drink so much that I even got one to go. We ordered mahi Ruben, which was fantastic. I honestly never have any interest in ordering anything Ruben but my husband's decided on this. This was amazing and I highly recommend ordering. We also ordered coconut shrimp. Another appetizer that you can't go wrong, my only suggestion is to ask for a full cup of the dipping sauce. This review has been on the back burner for me to complete and I've been back six times since first starting this review. We live 20 minutes away, and my husband will gladly drive out of the way to come here for one hell of a meal. We have yet to have a bad meal here and that's pretty rare when we go out. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is great. Honestly, this has become one of our favorite, go to restaurants for any time a week. read more
