Spritz is one of our go-to places in Stuart, and Carlos is a huge reason why! He's been our server and bartender multiple times, and his customer service is consistently exceptional. He's welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel like he's genuinely happy you're there. I'd literally hire him if I had the opportunity--he's that good. We had dinner tonight, and Carlos and Cyrus took fantastic care of us. Cyrus deserves a shout-out too for helping make it another great evening. The food is amazing, with the quality and presentation you'd expect from fine dining, but at prices that are very reasonable for what you get. As great as the food is, the service is even better. That combination keeps us coming back. Huge thanks to Carlos, Cyrus, and the Spritz team! read more

We came here for an early lunch. The hostess Lily was lovely and seated us right away. Kayman was our server. She brought us water and an Arnold Palmer. Best Arnold Palmer I have had. I ordered the smash burger with handcut FF. My husband ordered the breakfast skillet. Everything came out hot and tasty. The burger was really good and the FF delicious. The skillet was also very good. Kayman was very attentive and very nice. The restaurant is super clean and attractive. Music level was perfect. We have dined here on 2 other occasions and we always enjoy it. read more

I had lunch with 3 friends at Spritz City Bistro and while it is a bit pricey for lunch the food was very good and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was Spencer and he couldn't have been better - I think a good server really adds to the whole experience. If you find yourself in downtown Stuart don't hesitate to treat yourself to a nice meal, with great service, in a nice environment / Spritz checked all those boxes for us. read more

We went for a fun dinner in Stuart to Spritz! It was so yummy and the bar it self was so lively with fun music and dancing. We got the tuna poke bowl and lettuce cups to share. It's perfect for 2 people to share and the drinks were SO good. We all got espresso martinis and Paloma's. I definitely recommend for a fun evening vibe or also for their brunch. The service was fast even though it was busy and the bartenders were the sweetest! They have great staff there. read more

Again! Celebrated New Year's Eve at Spritz City Bistro and couldn't imagine a better way to ring in the year. The atmosphere was festive yet relaxed, and the food once again proved why this place is a standout in Stuart. The filet is perfection--cooked exactly right, seasoned with care, and tender enough to make you pause after the first bite. And the bolognese? It feels like a recipe lovingly handed down through generations--rich, comforting, and truly a welcome family gift every time. If you're looking for a place to celebrate milestones, make memories, or just enjoy an incredible meal, Spritz City Bistro delivers. Happy New Year! Here's to many more meals here. read more

Last-minute decision to eat here. Walking in it looked like a nice place. Friendly. Our waitress, Gabriella, was so pleasant and attentive to us during our entire meal. Checking back often and keeping our glasses filled. All the food was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The Calamari was perfectly prepared. Crispy coating and tender. We will definitely be coming back. read more

First of all, they no longer have the Pad Thai despite it still appearing on their online and in-person menus. Extremely frustrating to not even have this denoted on the menus and to only find out when ordering. Best food at the table was the Shrimp and Beef Crostinis (made GF). The GF bread was crunchy and the toppings were well balanced. So much flavor! For my entree I had the scallops, which were very rubbery and paired with the rice pilaf that tasted only of pesto. Everyone else had OK things to say about their dishes, my friend really enjoyed his fish and chips. I'd return again to get the crostini and try something else, although definitely would not order the scallops again. Service was good! It was a busy night in the restaurant yet he regularly checked on our table and was always there with a water refill. read more

I recently stopped by Spritz Bistro and had such a delicious experience that I had to share! For my main dish, I ordered the Angus burger with a side of French fries and coleslaw. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor--exactly what you want from a great burger. I also tried several appetizers and sides. The roasted Brussels sprouts were shaved and had a really nice flavor that made them stand out. The Kung Pao cauliflower was absolutely amazing with bold Kung Pao flavor that I loved. The calamari was served on top of a bed of fresh arugula, which complemented the dish beautifully. It came with a sauce on the side that I personally found a bit too sweet for my taste, so I skipped it and instead squeezed fresh lemon over the calamari and arugula--which made it perfect for me. For dessert, I had a cappuccino and tiramisu. The tiramisu was fluffy, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Service was excellent. My server's name was Spencer. He was attentive and offered great suggestions. Overall, everything was delicious and it made for a really enjoyable dining experience! read more

Sat outside on the covered porch. Service was very good as was the food. Don's breakfast flatbread was a very generous size. He ended bringing more than half home for another meal. We went to dinner and had 6:30 pm reservations. We were greeted by a hostess, and escorted to our seats. We were greeted by a server named Peyton. She was very friendly and patient. We ordered some drinks, and decided to have the guacamole as a starter. It was so tasty and a good portion for two to three people. We then placed our order for dinner. I had the Salmon with ginger & soy sauce with jasmine rice and glazed carrots. The dish was out of this world! It was perfectly cooked medium and the flavor was the best I've ever had. Compliments to the Chef! I Definitely recommend this dish. The atmosphere inside was nice and comfortable mostly due to the excellent service provided by Peyton. read more

The food was 10/10 first time here and I'm already planning on coming back. Our server Spencer was great at recommending drinks and food. We had the lettuce wraps and Brussel sprouts for appetizers. For lunch we ordered the mahi sandwich and the burger and my god was that burger good!!! The old fashion was STRONG. My martinis weren't great , the lemon ginger martini and the lychee weren't the best but everything else was amazing can't wait to go back and try other things. read more

While visiting family we arrived at Spritz around 1 pm and we were greeted with a smile and seated close to the entrance since we had a disabled walker. The server arrived shortly after arrival and we provided our drink and food order. The restaurant was becoming empty as the lunch time individuals were leaving around us. The drinks were delivered just a minute before the entree arrived. The server apologized for the bartender. The food came out hot and appealing to the eye. I believe this restaurant is a meeting place for locals and may be enjoyable for food, conversation and drinks. read more

Had dinner here this evening and throughly enjoyed every minute. The service was very good, waitress was sweet and professional, she was awesome. I had the salmon and absolutely no complaints, in that, it was cooked perfectly (asked for it medium rare) and truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was upscale pub but bright and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!! read more

The Spritz gets it half way right. The ambiance is elevated casual, with soft lighting, comfortable bistro seating, and a wait staff dressed in black. The menu looks inviting but the food just doesn't line up somehow. The Chicken Lettuce Cups were not fully described on the menu (I should have asked more questions) and turns out they are battered, fried, & greasy (gluten!!). The sauce was OK but the lettuce was...iceberg. Iceberg? Who still uses iceberg for anything other than a Wedge these days? Our server was very nice but even having told him I needed to avoid gluten he still let me order the lettuce cups (?!). Our mains were fine, although nothing super special. I so wanted to love this place but honestly for us it's a one and done. Not terrible by any means, just average. If they bumped up their food quality they could easily become a 5. read more

So we came here to celebrate 2 birthdays. It was my wife and baby and my parents and god mother. When you walk in, the place seems nice. A little tight as the tables were close together. We sat down right away. Very nice host and waiter. We ordered for appetizer the Korean beef ribs and chicken meatball tikka masala. The ribs were good but for the 16 dollars they wanted for an appetizer, there was 4 ribs that were small. Sprinkled on with seaweed salad and that was very small and some edamame beans with siracha sauce. The chicken meatballs were dry and weird as it was Indian food in a Mediterranean place/american/english pub food. We then ordered our meals. I got the fish and chips. My dad got pad Thai. My wife the chicken Sauvignon. My god mother got flat bread and my mom got the chicken Sauvignon. My fish and chips were ok. They were a little soggy and the fries were decent. Again, 25 dollars for 3 pieces of fish was a little over the top. Fries were ok. Nothing special. My dad's pad thai was not good. The noodles were very tough. The chicken in it was ok. My god mother's flat bread was doughy, soft and chewy. My wife's chicken was ok and the rice was ok. I've noticed the prices on Yelp was way different. I looked at the seafood risotto price on here which was 38. On the menu tonight it was 55 dollars. All the food had a major increase in price. The waiter was very sweet and brought us a brownie with ice cream for our bdays. Both were good and very chocolaty. The reason for the lower review is I was throwing up when I got home. I don't know what did it but something wasn't good or sit with my stomach. For 5 people the bill was 250 dollars. My wife and I didn't drink. My dad had a beer and my mom had 2 mix drinks and godmother had 1. Seems to be a lot. I probably wouldn't come back. Sad as it's on the water and nice people. read more

I had a great time at Spritz with my family! All the appetizers are delicious! Here are my recommendations: Tikka Masala meatballs: 7/10 These were just okay. The meatballs were decent, but I didn't enjoy the tikka masala sauce. I know this isn't an Indian restaurant but it was nowhere near any tikka masala I have ever had haha. Short rib lollipops: 10/10 This is the appetizer to get! I wish they gave you more but this is a must try! Mozzarella Sticks/Spring Rolls: 7/10 Okay. What you would expect. Pretty tasty but nothing special. Mahi Caribbean Burger: 7/10 Not very flavorful. Would skip. Seafood Risotto: 7/10 Honestly, overall disappointed in this. Don't know if it's considered a seafood risotto. It's risotto that then has some seafood next to it. I wish the seafood was actually incorporated so every bite had some shrimp or scallops. It's more about the presentation, which irritated me. Especially because why am I trying to get my hands dirty getting the lobster out of the shell when I'm paying $60 already! Wagyu Sliders: 8.5/10 Very solid. Filling and the wagyu burger is very flavorful. Fries are only okay. Not very crispy or salty. Overall, I'd come here again for the appetizers and skip the mains. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. read more

Impalatable lychee martini with rude bartender saying that she can't do anything about the drink since it was already made when I just saw her remake someone else's drink right next to me. I've never heard of such service where the bartender makes a disgusting drink and not take it back and make something else where the customer can actually drink it! I've had many lychee martinis and this was unbalanced and straight up gross! Chicken Tikka masala meatballs were dry even with the curry sauce to cover them. Kung pao cauliflower was average for a fried dish. The interior seemed crammed and uninviting. The bar did not have attentive bartenders working. Did wait a bit to get any service and it was terrible from start to finish read more

The environment is elegant and very nice to sit near the window, so you can see the street. Waygu sliders came out well done and I ordered medium, server did not care when I talked about it. Swampy, Veronica, and I stopped by Spritz in Stuart on a Sunday afternoon, and all I can say is: Holy Swampgrass, this place delivered. I kicked things off with the Smoked Woodford. The smoky aroma was incredible--smooth, bold, and exactly what I hoped for. Veronica went with an Aperol Spritz, inspired by our recent trip to Spain. Light, refreshing, and now her new favorite drink. We also shared the Caprese Flatbread, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crisp. The vibe was upbeat, the service was great, and the entire experience had us planning our return before we left. #SpritzStuart #TreasureCoastEats #FloridaFoodie #AperolSpritz #CapreseFlatbread #SwampysTailsUp #VicPicks #StuartRestaurants #SundayVibes #CocktailLovers read more

Had a terrible time finding parking last Friday night, I ended up parking about four blocks away (hint: park on the other side of the railroad tracks rather than following everyone else around looking at the filled parking spaces.) Concert at the Lyric (across the street!) was at 7:00 ... which gave me a half hour to eat, in to out. After I was seated, three different people asked if anyone had been by to help me, I answered no each time, and they each wandered off (?) Eventually a server arrived who could make things happen for me. I ordered the smoked salmon deviled eggs and the Korean BBQ ribs. Within ten minutes, both plates had appeared. The deviled eggs featured a square of smoked salmon between the egg white and the egg yolk mixture, with a couple tiny capers for garnish, each of the three egg halves seated on a spot of ranch dressing. A nice little twist on deviled eggs that didn't really elevate them much. The BBQ ribs were a small meal by themselves: 3+ big meaty ribs in a Korean sauce served with a pile of edamame and a red cabbage slaw. I finished eating with five minutes to spare. Server regretfully informed me they wouldn't be able to get a dessert out to me in five minutes (can't say I'm surprised); so I'll just have to go back some time and see what's cooking for dessert! read more

Went today, happening place with all that was going on in downtown. No prob getting a table, hostesses are always welcoming. We shared the calamari, one of the best around, crunchy, so tender the arugula salad was nicely dressed and included capers, hot pepper slices it was yummy. Husb had the tuna poke bowl which was soo gorgeous with all the fresh ingredients. I had the tomato and goat cheese pie, the crust was puff pastry with generous amount of creamy delicious goat cheese, and diced and sliced tomatoes topped with arugula salad. Quite yummy, the only thing I'd say is they also used bruschetta tomatoes so it was a bit over vinegary for me, didn't stop me tho. Ice tea fresh and cold. Arrived on time for our reservation , table of 5 . Server took or order and returned promptly with beverages. Evening went downhill from there. No set ups , no water . Asked for bread ( they charge extra for bread ) which came after requested but still , no side plates, cutlery nor knives with which to spread butter or napkins for our laps. Ordered the $52 dollar + plus sirloins as well as the short ribs. Finally delivered and had to ask bus boy to get our server ( who never returned after taking our order ) if we could get wine with our meal. Ordered a costly bottle of wine which was delivered 3/4 way through our meal .Food was good, service was poor. Check was dropped off and we waited a long time for her to pick it up . At a cost of over $300 + we will not return, nor recommend . Very disappointed ! read more

We had a great experience a Spritz City. There was a great blend between high end and down to earth which I feel represents Stuart as a whole. I ordered the chicken pad Thai with added shrimp. Great atmosphere. Great location. Great views. But food is very inconsistent and service is spotty at the bar.

First time going to Spritz but definitely won't be my last If you have a reservation arrive way before your time to find parking. It's busy on a Saturday night so parking is tricky especially close to the restaurant. We were greeted by our server within a reasonable amount of time. She was very friendly and attentive without being annoying. The cocktails were delicious and well made. My husband got the chicken tikka meatballs that he loved. I had the papardalle bolognese which was so good. Our friend had the short ribs which were fall off the bone tender and so flavorful. Hubby had the chicken pad Thai which he really enjoyed. I frequently eat at this place, love the food and usually the service. Sat at the bar with some friends and two bartenders were Rude the entire time. We were bothering them each time we needed a menu or another drink. One was named Brent or Brett and the other a female kept to a far corner to commiserate. We were served our first drinks by Carlo the bar back because those two were not Interested, when asked what type of Rose they had Brent said Whispering Angel and another with a lot of French names. WHAT We couldn't believe this answer. We have never received such bad service and attitude at a bar. We considered not tipping but we know the runners and bar-backs were all working hard so we didn't want to short them. These two should be fired. read more
