When I was eating my pork gyoza at 5:00pm Sunday July 26th I pulled a long, black, thin hair that was most definitely not mine my hair is thick, curly and short. When I told my server who was wearing a shirt that says "high school" shirt instead of a proper uniform ( I couldn't even tell she worked there) she did nothing about it or to make up for it. In fact she left the dirty plate with the hair on my table the entire time while I was eating and I paid full price and tipped 20% to enjoy eating hair in my food. Will never come back again and funny enough I used to be a regular. I feel as I should also mention that every time I eat there, they forced me to sit in the same section as every other person who comes in. I can't enjoy my meal without hearing everyone else's conversation and constantly being jerked around in my chair. Also, I was there. The bald man on the phone was extremely rude to the customer he was speaking to on the phone , and I would hope that I would never get treated the same way if I was calling and asking for the shrimp tempura. Especially if he wasn't even in uniform. I would recommend Bangkok Bay or Fujiyama or Ishimaru any other place you can get sushi in the Jensen Beach/Stuart area. I'm extremely disappointed. Delicious food but the service outshined all -- Vickie/y was AMAZING with our 3 year old and 6 year old - Super playful and hilarious, which meant so much esp since dining out with young kids can be challenging. I didn't even need to whip out our coloring book - the kids were entertained by his "magic" candle and all his sweet and funny jokes while walking by. The kids devoured the udon and edamame btw, and all the sushi we ordered was FAB. He totally made our and our kids' night! Thank you for an awesome visit! (Oh and the decor was hilarious! Food was tasty it really no complaints. We both had ramen. It came out fast. It was just the right amount of food to where we both finished and both were satisfied. The only complaint and this is more being picky is that the music did not match the decorations. The interior is very nice and has lots of Japanese influence. The music however was Spanish pop. It really kinda threw things off felt more like I was in a Mexican restaurant than a Japanese restaurant. Maybe play Japanese pop instead. read more

BYOB I love this spot in Stuart the most bc they have the best ambiance Always order edename for starter, 2-3 rolls (spicy tuna and JB roll is a must always). I have also visit the PSL once in a lunch break and ordered the ramen and kasu chicken. Whatever the dressing is they put on the mix greens is amazing i drizzle it on the white rice. Wow what a great meal! We have not experienced any ramen in Stewart and were a bit skeptical that it wouldn't live up to our ramen standards but we were very wrong! This wonderful restaurant has lots of seating and big comfy booths. The menu offers a variety of food. They carry sushi and ramen per the name but they also have plenty of other great options for anyone who may not enjoy sushi or ramen. They have lots of small appetizers and even carry a decent amount of desserts! We ordered a sushi roll, the NY Spicy Salmon Roll to share first and then two bowls of ramen, the Hinageshi Tonkotsu Ramen and the Aka Hinageshi Tonkotsu Ramen with Hana's Spicy Red Sauce . They carry lots of different beverages but we stuck with water. Our waters arrived quickly and the sushi roll was quick to follow! Delicious roll! The fish was fresh and the avocado was creamy and delicious. It came with a drizzle of spicy Mayo which was a perfect small amount of heat and flavor addition! But the stars of the show were up next! And WOW WOW WOW I lovvveeeddddd this ramen. Maybe it's because I didn't have high expectations or maybe because I was starving but it was so delicious. We ordered the thin noodles which had a nice texture and flavor. (I'm very curious about the thicker noodles but our server suggested the thin ones and they were great!) The Tonkotsu broth was so rich, creamy and piping hot. The porks was sliced super thin and cooked perfectly. But that EGG! So flavorful and tasty and yolky! It was just so wonderful! We both had some of our ramen bowls leftover and brought them home. I don't know how it's possible but the ramen was almost even tastier the next day! It had congealed showing that it was real fatty bone broth and after warming it up on the stove I was in heaven all over again! Please give this place a try. Really mixed on this place After all the high star reviews I had really high expectations. Stepping in I was excited for the meal to come. The atmosphere isn't your 'regular' sushi atmosphere. The industrial decor was more hip and thought it would set a tone for the exciting food to come. What I realized....and could still be wrong....is this place must have been something else and Ramen Hana took it over as is. Still like it, but didn't feel like Ramen Hana set out to create a hip sushi experience. The big takeaway was the giant wooden bar in the center of the restaurant. Let's have a great sake or Sapporo right? nope. No alchohol...at all. Saturday night, sigh. Kids had diet coke...brought in the can. No refills here. Table got waters. We ordered edamame and the vegetable pancake. Both pretty good. We asked for more water. No ice refills, just medium temperature water. Asked our waitress for ice. 5 minutes later, nope. Asked another waitress for ice.....5 minutes later, nope. Asked one of the servers...he did get us a pitcher of ice. We had two rolls. Both we very much enjoyed, although i did catch some shells (like shrimp shell). We then ordered two ramens for the 4 of us. We felt, while tasty, there was hardly any protein...just a lot of noodles. Left disappointed on this one. A server just brought us the check. Didn't ask, just did. Our waitress came over to ask if we wanted anything else..not realizing someone brought the check, and was just like okkk. Get the check, no copy for me. Had to take a picture. It was just too many 'odd' things that would make me pause in returning. I do think it's got potential. 1) Play off the decor 2) Get a beer and wine license. 3) Keep the lights a bit dim (and fix the one that kept blinking above our head) 4) Put some cool music on. 5) Fix the service issue Could ultimately be a great place. read more

Came in here for dinner and was a little bit disappointed in the sushi and yellowtail. I was seated right away and the host and servers were very nice. I ordered the yellow tail jalapeño and the Sexy Hana roll. After about 15 mins my yellow tail Hamachi came out, which is thinly sliced yellow tail with ponzu sauce and jalapeño on top. It taste alright. I'm not certain if it was super fresh but it taste slightly on the mushy side. The sauce was delicious and the jalapeño made it pop. I then got the Sexy Hannah roll which I loved that it was a big portion, but there was the chewy part of the salmon that made it tough to chew located inside of the roll. The people sitting next to me were seated around the same time I came in and I can hear them complaining about their food where a portions of their food come out at the wrong time and they forgot their rice on another dish. The server seemed to be very apologetic but didn't seem to fix their problem. I also never got a refilled on my water and I was pretty thirsty. Overall, it's an alright place. Maybe because I should have ordered the ramen instead of the sushi. read more

The restaurant has a very traditional style decor with some fun posters around to spice it up. It also has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The food is excellent and high quality. We got the vegetable spring rolls, the spicy miso ramen, the yuzu shio ramen, and Thai tea boba. The boba came in the cutest pineapple glasses! I will warn that the spicy ramen is actually really spicy, it's not the usual cut back American spicy. Service was also great, they are very efficient and servers were really nice. read more
