I really enjoy this location for KBBQ. Meat selections are great. The sauce bar becomes an experiment. I think I mastered my sauce combination. The endless variety of flavor creations makes the experience fun and delicious. The cold bar has great banchan options. They have thinly sliced pickled radish which is my favorite and an alternative from the traditional lettuce, to wrap the grilled meat. Staff is always helpful and nice.

Great atmosphere and great selection. The toro cut & the ribeye were amazing, & the hotpot spicy house broth was delicious too. They also have lots of veggie options! The waiter was very nice and informative as well. I forgot his name but he had long hair. It was my first time at this location but if definitely be back soon!

Seapot is always a great experience ! I love going here and getting the house spicy hotpot and I really love the sweet and spicy sauce it's my go to sauce and it's one of my favorite sauces ! My whole family loves it and the meat here is always so good we love the Australian Wagyu ! I was so happy to finally see more enoki mushrooms when I went today because I never get to see it when I come here. The conveyor belt has its hit or miss days when it comes to what comes on the belt like some days you will see stuff you like sometimes you don't. Like one time I went I didn't see ANY enoki mushrooms that day and then another time I went I saw enoki mushrooms once LOL. Overall I still love Seapot and I love going here for the soup base and the sauces and meats

Seapot is an all you can eat hot pot and Korean bbq restaurant and it's pretty good. I originally heard of Seapot from the Bay Area, but now Sacramento has a location in the South Sac area. We came for an early dinner on a Sunday and there was no wait. Although we only had 3 people, the booths were large and could easily fit 10 people. We opted for hot pot only, which was $32.99. You can have both Korean bbq and hot pot for $5 more. First, you can select the type of broth you want. We all chose tonkotsu. What is great about Seapot is that each person has their own individual pot. No sharing germs, no losing the food you put in the pot..everything is yours and you control the temperature. You order the meats from your server, but for the veggies, noodles, and sides, there is a conveyor belt that runs plates of food along the side of the table you can pick up. There is also a station at the front with sauce, appetizers, fruit, and desserts. We enjoyed a variety of meats including ribeye, brisket, and Australian wagyu. From the conveyor belt, we liked the seafood - clams, mussels, squid, and ramen, udon, and veggies. We also liked some of the fruit and the sesame balls from the dessert station. There is a 90 minute limit to dining, which they were strict to enforce. Drinks were not included in the AYCE price. Service was not bad, but not extraordinary.

Really great food! Came here on a Sunday and it got pretty busy around 6:30pm. I love the concept and we chose to just do the hotpot option with sukiyaki broth. The toro was the star of the show and it was amazingg and we kept ordering it haha! I also love the idea of the conveyor belt where I am able to choose what items to put in my hotpot. My only complaint is it took the server a while to get the meat but overall really loved this place and would come here again!

Love the hot pot aspect. This time we decided to add the Korean bbq part for an extra $5. It was decent and husband loved the Galbi short ribs but we both felt it wasn't necessary with all the great items available for hot pot. Love the conveyor belt option. Love being able to grab ingredients just a few inches away. Our favorite server, Kyle, makes our visits even more enjoyable. The lunch price on weekdays is an amazing deal but unfortunately it's not easy for us to make the drive out there during the week. Wish they would open one closer to Rocklin!

I went to Seapot for the first time with friends and was excited to try it out. I really enjoy a good Kbbq restaurant. I arrived first and got on the waiting list. You will not be seated until your entire party has arrived which is understandable. The restaurant is huge and super clean inside which is a huge plus and the booth we sat at were very comfortable and spacious. We all picked menu A which is meat and a decent amount of seafood options and hot pot. The ingredients for your hotpot you grab table side from the conveyor belt. They also have appetizers you get up and get from the hot/cold table with your sauces and toppings. I was a little disappointed in the vegetable options it lacked a lot and they do not serve sesame balls except on the weekends. The food was really good otherwise. I left full and happy. We were really bummed out that the happy hours is later at night 8:30pm-11pm as with other Kbbq spots have a much earlier happy hour or even all day happy hour. Out waitress wasn't very personable and forgot to bring food items ordered to the table. Unfortunately, she was getting her 18% either way. I would come back. I'll probably come back when the happy hour drinks are available.

If you like hot pot or kbbq. Good place for an affordable lunch with plenty veggie options, dinner is also worth it due to their meat choices. My favorite is their self serve area for sauce, condiments, or fruits to desserts! Servers are all very helpful, this place is good for groups too.

    More hot pot!

We were invited by friends to this place. Him and his wife swear by it. The waiter was super helpful in pointing out how the hot pot ordering worked. There was so much space at the table, we could have fit 4 more people with us! Walking in at almost 7pm on a Wednesday night and there was absolutely no wait. All the little extras they have to make your own personal sauces was so nice. Its set up off to the side of the restaurant, next to the bar. So many options, it was so fun to try something new. We ordered the miso hot pot and 3 or 4 meats for the BBQ and off we went! I pulled at least 2 different noodles off the conveyor belt. They had everything from bok choy to squid and scallops. I feel like they forgot that we ordered a couple of beers for people at our table, hence the 4 star. But all the food looked fresh and everything was very tasty. The restaurant was super clean and so beautiful. I know we'll have to come back. Its too good not to try again.

Came here during lunch on a Monday- there was plenty of seating. They don't seat you unless you have your full party because there is a time limit as soon as you sit down. The lunch price on weekdays is really great. We got both the hotpot and kbbq so it was $26.99 per person for ayce. They have a revolving station in the middle for all of the hotpot sides, which was nice so we didn't have to keep ordering that. The hotpot meat and kbbq meat were pretty good too! Not the freshest meat there is, some of it clearly frozen, but still tasted good. I had the Thai pot- which tasted like a tom yum base, it was a tasty broth! Service was just okay, they weren't particularly friendly but they brought the meat out quick. I would definitely come back here during a lunch special

This was one of my first hot pot experiences and it was really cool! The aesthetic of this place is really nice. It's clean and well designed. They have a large bar when you walk in and then you get seated to your table that has built in stoves where you will cook your hot pot and you can opt to do KoreanBBQ as well! We did both. This place is unique in the fact that there is a conveyor belt where you can pick what you want added to your hot pot. I thought that was really cool! It's a great place for a celebration or to bring people from out of town. I'll definitely be going back!

Seapot is one hotpot/kbbq chain we love. Definitely had to try the Sacramento location. Came on a busy holiday weekend with a big group. Our server Phong did an amazing job of making sure we had a great dining experience. Tons of broth, meat, veggies, and sauce choices. Our personal favorites for broth: creamy milk, thai, and tonkatsu. Pro tip: sometime both hotpot and kbbq at the same time can get overwhelming, so one might have a better experience if they choose just one. $5 extra is you want both kbbq and hotpot.

    Ivan C.

Can't pass up a good lunch deal. They have a $21.99 lunch deal. It's extra if you want both hot pot and Korean bbq. We opted for just hot pot. Their lunch menu is slightly limited. They only offer what's on the conveyor belt. Used to love the lucky bag and enoki mushrooms but they're only available during dinner now. Service was quick. Can't go wrong with the beef toro. I love their Thai pot. You can also go to the sauce bar to create your own sauce concoctions. Feeling daring? Try something spicy or mix and match. There's also just ponzu or even sesame oil. A little bit of something for everyone. I do like that they serve sides like kimchi, japchae, and more. Once you're finished with your meal, you can divulge in some desserts such as pastries and/or fruits.

They have a variety of different fusion flavors that all tie to Korean cuisine. A must get is for sure their Booty Booldak; other than the fun name lol, it's served with crispy taters and cheese melted on top. I also tried their Kimchi Karbonara for the first time! It was good, but I wished there were more noodles, because we were left with a lot of bacon bits in the end. Our server, Sierra, was so sweet! Apparently that night was their 3 (?) year anniversary, so not sure if this is always the case but they did have a whole live DJ on the main floor. When we arrived there were a couple other tables dining. There isn't much seating inside, and most of the tables ended up being blocked off for bottle service lol Me and my girl were there to eat so we ordered as many dishes as our tiny table could handle! Kimchi Carbonara - TBH this tasted like spaghetti... with some kimchi and bacon. It wasn't bad, but it tasted exactly the way I described it. They should just take the carbonara out of the dish's name completely. I wouldn't order it again, just cause the bacon flavor was really smokey and strong. Spicy wings - These were actually really good! Served with pickled jalapenos, pickled radish, and a cabbage salad! Just make sure you get some rice on the side. The wing sauce was spicy! Not overly, but just enough. It was sweet but not too sweet. I would recommend! Mandu- Decent. Not spectacular, but a good side to round out your meal. The dipping sauce was yummy, a nice sweet soy. Pink Venom - The flavor was so good. Tasted like a pink starburst. If you like sweet drinks, this one is it! Didn't taste the alcohol at all though. Parking sucks so bad, we had to park a couple blocks away and cross some train tracks but we made it! The waiters were so nice and checked up on us even with the whole party going on. The bouncers though didn't pass the vibe check and I didn't really like that we got IDed so many times. We're in our mid 30s lol.. be frr. The whole vibe is fun, they have a full bar and apparently in the back room, it's another bar/lounge scene. It wasn't that type of night for me, but I would come back to eat and hang out if I was in the area. Keep in mind though, the crowd is early 20s!

First of all, the food served is exactly like the photos. I got the short rib bun burger and bulgogi gyoza. The burger (omg) had a balance of sweet and salty but also a little spicy. Halfway through I noticed something yellow, it was a pineapple! Usually I have mixed feelings about pineapple with foods like pizza. But this complimented so well. Now, the gyoza. Crispy and you can't go wrong with bulgogi. What I was surprised with was inside I think it was japchae! If you like Korean food like me, I was so excited to see this twist. And yes it was yummy. I seem to get lucky most times and get to meet the owners. That day I met them and they're so nice! I can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu, ingredients, decor, etc. The owners are Japanese and Korean. Hence KoJa! Even this detail was really impressive. I ended up going back because the owner told me that his wife (also owner) created Yang Nyum and it was really good and popular. So I got Yang Nyum, kamikaze fries, and taro boba. The portions were great. But most of all, he was right about Yang Nyum, delicious! I didn't realize the kamikaze fries had beef, so yummy but I definitely overate that day, lol. One other thing I really liked was you could order at the register or kiosk. This is a great way to avoid lines. Once you order they have a screen that shows your ETA (why do other restaurants not have this?). I did go during the day though. So, I can only imagine how amazing it looks at night. Especially after dancing or bar hopping, the food here would pair well. Koja also sells alcohol too though and apparently downstairs is where the dancing is at. Will I go here again, absolutely.

Lemongrass Pork Noodle: the fish sauce with tiny peppers was a nice amount of spice, pork well-marinated & well-cooked, decent amount of lettuce and cucumber My main critique is that the protein serving felt smaller; i was very hungry- didn't eat breakfast, didn't have coffee yet - and i didn't end feeling super full. $21 out the door felt a bit pricier. Ttobongee (Manna Bunsik) has officially closed as of May 25th, 2025…read more I was a huge fan of their kimchi spam fried rice, bulgogi beef set, and bulgogi kimbap. I'd also tried their yang nyum fried chicken, Korean corn dog, dduk bok gi, tofu soup, banana milk and Soon Hari soju. The bone broth soup was so good, there were a few times when I just got a large/double order of that to go. Service was always friendly and great, and I heard that the owners are moving out of state to be closer to family due to illness. Sad to see them go. Wonder what will take its place, until then Natomas only really has the chain Bonchon left for Korean food.

I'm really sad to find out they are closing in two weeks! FYI they're called Manna Bunsik, not…read moreTtobongee. I don't know why I waited so long to come here. The food is very tasty and the portions are nice. Service was very friendly too. They were so busy today they ran out of beef bulgogi but offered us a generous alternative as an apology. We finished very full and had lots of leftovers. KFC boneless: crunchy with nice strong sauces. Too salty for our palates but very tasty. Banchan: large scoops were given, our favorite was the broccoli, beef bone broth and japchae. Chicken bulgogi set and tofu soup set: both were fabulous. Chicken had a nice char, soup had large pieces of tofu. Dumpling soup: the pork mandu were very yummy. It's a large portion soup. I'm gonna try to come here a few more times before they close. I think the prices are comparable to other Korean restaurants in the Sacramento area, maybe a little cheaper.

There is a designated parking lot across the street, so it's easy to grab a spot and walk over. Just be careful because the parking spots in the lot aren't well marked and it's easiest to just park neatly next to other cars. We like to sit at the bar if there's just two of us, and will grab a table when we have friends. If you want to make sure you have a table, you can make a reservation ahead of time, but we usually don't need to wait too long. Our favorites are the brussel sprouts, karaage chicken, and their nigiri. We also really enjoy the sukiyaki, it's really flavorful and perfect for cooler or rainy weather. We still need to come by for brunch, but we've heard good things. The team here is always friendly, and we've been in enough that some of them recognize us now.

I will preface this by saying I should come back and judge based off their main menu offerings,…read morehowever they offer a separate brunch menu and that is what I had for my visit at fuji sac. We orderd the loco moco and breakfast fried rice with scrambled eggs. The eggs were deliciously scrambled. The fried rice was ok. The big concern was my burger patty was really burnt. The consistency and flavor of the gravy was interesting. We were the first visitors of the day so I'd say while it eventually filled up, not sure the reason behind burned food. Also, with a full bar, bloody marys were not available. Really unfortunate for brunches. However, I understand this is mainly a sushi joint? So maybe I will need to come back for sushi sometime.

Yum! Was unsure about lunch one day so the husband brought home Kindred Seoul. He swore by them…read more(he's a state worker nearby the restaurant and has had them many times before). I ordered the beef cupbop and it hit the spot! All the flavors I could've asked for: sweet, salty, umami goodness. The rice was perfectly fluffy, the japchae nicely cooked, and the beef was so tasty. Great portion and was a nice, warm lunch on a cold day. If you're a state worker and haven't tried them yet, you need to! Delicious Korean food that's fresh and filling!

Located in the Allenby Building State building in Downtown Sacramento. They have a vast eating area…read morethat you can bring your own lunch if you choose, you don't have to order from Kindred Seoul to eat in the building. I've only eaten here once, but it appeared that was plenty of seating for many more people. When we walk by it's never been packed. Parking is mostly street parking with some parking in local garages. They have 2 very clean unisex bathrooms to the right of the counter. You order at the counter and then they call your number. We arrived a few minutes after Noon. There was only 1 person in-front of us and 1 person behind us so we thought it would be a quick lunch. As it turns out several people went through the line before us and the wait was around 15 minutes. Kind of an excessive wait for a counter lunch. There was one girl holding her baby taking the orders and one girl filling the orders. She was going as fast as she could, but it still took awhile. It got really backed up. I ordered the BBQ Beef Cupbop. I didn't know what to expect. As it turns out the bottom layer is white rice, next is a layer of glass noodles, then comes the can corned, a mixture of cabbage, and topped with the BBQ Beef. It was very tasty. A little on the spicy side, which made it just more flavorful. It wasn't mouth watering or eye tearing hot. It just had a little kick. The consistency of the meat reminded me of ground beef. It was very finely chopped strips. Overall it was really good. Very filling for the amount you get. It's more than we usually have for lunch. My husband had the chicken soy ginger. I had some and it was really good, but fried, so probably not as healthy as the BBQ Beef. It doesn't appear that they cook to order any food here, but they do scoop to order. From what I could see they sell a variety of Cupbop flavors, including a vegetarian option. They also sell sandwiches, salads, and a burrito. They have an ice water dispenser at the end of the counter with water cups. The vibe was interesting. You are surrounded by state worker from all different agencies all minding their own business. Many groups of 2-6 were eating together. There were less singles than groups.
