I'm impressed with interior design of this shop. It's supper cute! This place is pretty good! We've ordered two larb and one raw bitter larb. They give out a good portion size especially for their sticky rice. Their boba tastes really good, I was really surprised. I'd definitely be back to try more of the menu and other varieties of their bobas now that it's pretty close to my parent's house.

I came across this spot after a hair appointment nearby and was so glad to see this area got a Vietnamese place! I tried the Mango Peach slush with lychee jelly and tapioca added and it was GREAT. It was pretty sweet, but very refreshing and light. I also tried the shrimp spring rolls, my favorite order, and thought they were pretty good! The rice noodles were a little overcooked/mushy but the lettuce and shrimp tasted great. Their peanut sauce was just okay though. I will be coming back next time I'm in the area because with a little TLC, I can see Time Pho Boba getting even better!

Revamped pure water. Hmong owned. Food items are now part of the menu with boba. This place is not a bad spot to try out but due to construction and rebuilding, the shop could use a whole new look. You can still refill your water here! Just note that some faucets still aren't working. Take out only and orders can be placed through Doordash, phone call, or in person. It would've been nice to be reminded that it was takeout only because I wanted to try the food fresh. So make sure you pay attention to that. The ambiance needs work, food is good and service is fast and friendly! I ordered the Pho combination plate and the Thai boat. Both were interesting and had their own pros and cons. Pho combination plate was not bad but not great. The broth tasted like most of the broth was canned and it had a canned smell. Although, they did make the broth, it could've been better. When it said 2 shrimp, they really meant 2 shrimp pieces. No tendons and no tripe. I was a bit let down but their garlic chili oil was good. That's as much as I'd like to say. Thai boat was phenomenal. The broth was on point and I'm still in awe how good it tastes. The meat was lacking but the taste was there. I love spicy foods but do not add the chili oil. Chili flakes would've been a better choice. The chili oil changes the taste of the broth which I was bummed about. I did save half of the broth, to be eaten later, so that saved me from sadness. All in all, I come here for the water and raw beef laab but I'll definitely come back to try the boba and other food items. Try it out!

I went to this place two days ago forgot to post a review. I only ordered their papaya salad. It is with the new ownership and the papaya salad came out pretty good. It was crunchy and not soggy or soft. It wasn't salty either and it was a young girl who made my papaya salad. I've had better papaya salads but this place is good. Definitely recommend for anyone who is in the area and is craving papaya salad or just want a quick bite . Although the portion size could be a little bit more. The previous owner definitely made a bigger portion and I'm not sure if the papaya salad always comes with vermicelli noodles because when I opened the box, it was a very little bundle of the noodles as if it was given to a toddler to eat it or something it wasn't like the usual amount of noodles you get at South Area Market. Overall, I'd come back again.

The size portion of their Hmong sausage with sticky rice can't be beat! Delicious, filling, and affordable. You can call in your order ahead of time and come pay when you pick it up. Service is friendly and very fast! Just wish their dine in area was ready, would love to come back when it is.

    4.5/5 Pretty flavorful.

I am bias. I am giving this place a 5/5 because its always fast service and I always come here for my beef raw larb.

    Mangonada

Best mangonada. Go for the mango nada. In a way the mango nada kind of sucks because they seal it and don't use a bubble lid and the candy come separate. The Thai tea is not good. Don't go for Thai tea. It's very plain and with lots of ice. It taste like milk, water, and sugar. The worst thai tea I ever had . My bf drank it. He don't like to waste food so he's drinking it. The papaya salad looks really good and dark but it's very bland..... also the inside is very dim Looks ghetto. Needs more light

This place is so convenient for the neighborhoods! They sale pho, boat noodles, rice plates and boba drinks and papaya salad. I always stop by for food when I don't have time to cook or crave Hmong food. First time getting papaya today and it's a 10/10!!! Satisfied my cravings to death!! I love how they use skinny tiny Kapoon noodles so it's easy to eat along with the papaya. It's sour, spicy and dark sauce! Just 10/10 . The drinks are always good too. My go to is the guava milk tea.

Bright and colorful neon lights, meets black and white polished walls and floors. And multiple lounge areas for drinks, food and social conversations. Rose Tea Lounge in Elk Groves name actually makes a lot more sense now as it definitely has a Lounge/hangout vibe, perfect for social media inspired content. There wasn't a line per say when we arrived, but everything had to be done from one Kiosk. And there was a group of high-school kids making a large ordered, so it actually took a while to get to our order. A 2nd Kiosk or a staff member who could also take orders, would be a great idea. To minimize lines and waiting whole everyone waits at a single Kiosk. Because by the time we order, there was a line to the door of people waiting. We ordered the following: Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/Boba Jasmine Milk Tea w/Boba 50/50 Korean Corndog (Beef & Cheese) I ordered the Brown sugar boba fri k which was good, and my girlfriend ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea and the 50/50 Korean corndog. All of which were good. Overall: Good spot for boba and milk tea drinks, and 50/50 Korean corn dogs, with a chill lounge vibe.

The popcorn chicken is also a favorite and honestly one of the main reasons we return. What really keeps us loyal is that there's always something everyone in our group (family and friends) will enjoy, which isn't easy to find around Sacramento/Elk Grove. That said, customer service can be hit or miss. Personally, I've been lucky to have mostly good experiences, so this review is based on that. However, some of my friends and family have had less consistent service, which sometimes makes them hesitate to come. Still, we end up coming back because it's hard to find another spot in Elk Grove that offers this kind of variety and quality Overall, I'll keep coming back for the drinks and snacks, unless I start experiencing those customer service issues myself. Hope Rose Tea takes this into account for their staffs.

Staff is friendly here even while they are busy perfecting our drinks drinks aren't too sweet which i love! I've tried their strawberry matcha and its one of the best I've had. Not too sweet and not too bitter! I also tried their jazzy limeade! Its a unique and refreshing tea perfect for the summer. If you get this drink.. be aware it may seem bitter to people because of its unique flavoring profiles. Get it 75% sweetness and once your ice melts a bit .. the drink is super tasty, unique and refreshing!! they also serve sweet taiyako with unique filling flavors! Idk how they do it but it always comes out super crispy. I've tried these at other dessert spots and always get really soggy or soft taiyakis so I was so shocked how crispy and fresh these were. They do make it on the spot in front of you so maybe that's why?! Or their batter is just high quality. Whatever it is.. im not complaining! This has been my new go to boba spots in Elk Grove! The Dubai Chocolate Chewy Cookie was super indulgent. It had this rich cocoa-marshmallow exterior with a generous filling that made every bite feel decadent without being overwhelming. As for drinks, their new JPC (Jasmine Tea Pistachio Foam Coconut Water, organic) was incredibly smooth and refreshing. The jasmine tea flavor paired beautifully with the creamy pistachio foam, and the pink coconut water kept it light and hydrating.
