If you are thirsty, you have to buy a drink or stay thirsty. I'm not a fan of this concept because it's not going to force me to buy bottled water. I just rather not pay for bottled water, but that's preferential. I rather go next door to get milk tea afterwards. Not sure how I feel about tipping at a place where you order at the counter, clean your own table, and take out your own trash. Do people tip at Whataburger? The interior felt clean.
