Loved our experience here! I've had their food truck before in Stillwater, and was jazzed to hear they'd opened a brick-and-mortar. This is a take-out only spot, with some benches for waiting - you can order ahead for pickup or order on the spot instore. The team lead at the front is AMAZING energy - she knew multiple people by name and was so welcoming and fun! We shared it was our first time and she helped us order. I LOVE that they have a GF option, the bowl: you don't see this often at breakfast sandwich spots. I got the bowl with bacon, and my brother got the sandwich with sausage. We got the tots too - WOW those are a must-have! I'd probably get sauce on the side for the bowl next time, and go with the spicy one, but that sauce is delish. We both loved our meal here and how fast & easy it was to order!

I was looking for a diner but ended up in this carryout only place where food is just made right. Even though there was a line of customers waiting for the orders, the young cashier was just bagging those orders like her life depended on it. She seems automated but pleasant. The place was clean and organized. The locals kept coming in for what appears to be their daily dose of great egg sandwich, bowls or burritos.

If you're a breakfast lover looking for a unique twist, this is the place for you! It's the perfect spot if you enjoy eggs, sausage, and bacon served over rice or wrapped in a burrito. I was in a rush, but the food came out incredibly fast after I ordered at the kiosk. The staff is very kind, and the quality of the food is excellent for a quick morning meal. Highly recommend

Visited 1/19/26. I have plans and need to come back to get this one five stars in my brain! It is so cute with a really efficient ordering system and fast service. There is no seating, so if you planned to eat here you will need to move elsewhere but love the location of this places! The branding and logo is also the most adorable thing ever. I went for the sandwich since that seemed to be popular with "everything," on it (egg, cheese, veggies, meat-bacon, and scramblin sauce). The things in the sandwich were delightful and delicious. The bread of the sandwich wasn't my favorite, mostly because it didn't seem to lend itself as well to so many heavy ingredients inside of it. Overall though I'm excited to eventually come back and try more!

I love egg sandwiches and someone recommended this spot. I just went recently and sadly theres a ton of construction right now and I could barely find my way to their parking lot. Small take out spot. Ordered a egg sandwich with bacon and jalapeños, and some hash brown bites with sauce on the side. Everything i was made fresh and the waiter wasn't very long. If this place was closer, id be a regular for sure. Great quick breakfast experience!

Amazing grab & go breakfast spot! They don't have seating inside except some benches so plan on taking it to go but the sandwiches are delicious. The milk bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the eggs are soft and fluffy and the veggies/toppings are fresh. I especially loved the spicy signature sauce and we got some of their hashbrown bites which were incredible as well. The server at the front was the best and made the whole experience - energetic, seemed to know everyone that came in and super friendly, the type of person that has never met a stranger! Great vibes and tasty food!

Ordering was easy, there are 3 self-service stations. I ordered a #3 sandwich with bacon, avocado, and scramblin' sauce. I love all the customization options involved. This sandwich was huge, with the bread toasted but fluffy. With it being so big it was a little hard to bit einto and get everything, but that is not a bad problem to have. The sauce was one of my fav parts. Knowing the portions now, I would go with a bowl next time to save some for later if needed. Also, tried the oat-chata and appreciated the marshmallow and cinnamon flavors. It was not overly sweet and was easy to drink. Service was great, double checking orders as they came out. There is no seating, so be ready to take your order to go!

EXCELLENT egg sandwiches. Maybe the best in the Twin Cities. Yes I know about Marty's Deli, these are at least that good. They started as a really impressive food truck and were too good not to evolve into this brick-and-mortar takeout shop in Bloomington. You order a sandwich, a burrito, or a bowl and choose your ingredients. They have simple screens you can order from at the counter, and a couple of benches where you can wait. They make use of text messaging, which is how I just confirmed that my wait from ordering to picking up was 9 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. But you can also order online. The SANDWICH. Sandwich very very good you guys. Sandwich SO good. Rippling ribbons of egg amply filling out their cool Norwegian-style milk bread along with the other ingredients, which in this case for me was just sausage and sauce. The sausage was plentiful and I love that Spicy Scramblin' sauce. There are other options for both of those. I also got these hash brown bites on the side, and those were a pleasant surprise. Each is big enough that there is plenty of soft potato inside a thick crust of singe. This whole situation I would absolutely get again. They also have a number of hot and cold coffee drinks and a few other sides... peep my photo of the menu board. I will definitely be returning. It is very good food. They are closed on Sundays but open the rest of the week from 6am to 2pm. Make it work into your schedule. This is the best food I've had in a long time.

I FINALLY was able to try @scramblin_egg . It's been on my list since I saw a local foodie (either Phatfood or @Tony Cu | Food & Travel ) try it at their food truck a year or two back. I got the Sandwhich which is on Norwegian Milk Bread, added sausage and the Scramblin' Sauce. SO GOOD. I wanna try the spicy sauce next, in burrito form. Also the hashbrown bites are so good, they are incredibly crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. They recently opened a brick and mortar location on Portland Ave in Bloomington, just a few blocks from my apartment! It's not a sit down location, you just order on the kiosk at your own pace but the girl working the front is SO nice and helpful! Location is super convenient-right off of Portland and American Blvd .

VERY GOOD. We both got a breakfast burrito. You can customize them - ex: no rice, extra egg, add avocado. The service was wonderful - food was fresh, hot, tasty. The Works Burrito with all the veggies and sausage, eggs, potatoes was $11.00. The Meat Burrito was $10.00 - no added veggies. The tortilla was perfectly thin and yum. I am super picky on my tortillas and this one was excellent. It looks like a hole in the wall/dive. But, give it a try. The sauces were also good - one of us had Country Gravy and the other had Spicy Scramblin. Will be back.

Cute interior wall.

We were looking for a quick breakfast bite and found Scramblin Egg. It's located in a strip mall in Bloomington, next to a wonderful bakery, btw. It's a small place with take out only. You order on a screen, but the gal working was super attentive with our questions. I ordered a sandwich and my husband had a burrito. The bread on the sandwich was so fresh and soft, the egg cooked to perfection, with my choice of ham, onion and spinach. Everything was just perfect. The burrito was massive and really good. I'd highly recommend this place.

These guys know how to make a breakfast sandwich right!! They offer sandwiches, burritos and bowls. Choose your meat and topping and you will be Full and satisfied. The bread is amazing. The egg is fluffy & fresh. The Chorizo sausage is chunky & flavorful, absolutely delicious. The Scrambling sauce is like Canes sauce. Yumm. I will pay $10 all day for a huge breakfast. They wrap it perfectly so it's easy to eat on the go. Service was quick. I ordered on the app and it was ready when I got there within 7 minutes. Location is great and parking is plentiful. I am Happy they won the Hatch Bloomington award of $100k to get into a brick & mortar place of their own. Food is legit, try them!

Such a great breakfast spot! I'm glad I saw this on social media since it's tucked away in Bloomington. We tried the everything sandwiches, and loved that you can add whatever vegetables you want. The scramblin' sauce was delicious too. The hash bites were perfectly crispy and amazing. For $11, it felt like a great deal for a large breakfast sandwich. The staff was super nice too! FYI, it's takeout only.

Started an online order and they finally said over the speaker that it was closed and to go to drive thru (we thought they were waiting out the 30 mins till close). We go to order and you can't hear the guy, he's all disoriented and keeps asking us the same things over and over. We ordered a cheeseburger meal with fries and a Dr Pepper and chicken tenders with fries and a Dr Pepper after they had no chicken left for a chicken sandwich. He then repeats it back and says okay so you had this and this plus an extra coke and we tell him no, we didn't order a coke at all. He confirms it and this entire time we literally cannot hear him because he's like whispering. Then it goes silent and my friend has to ask if we can pull up and then he gives us the total 2 mins later and tells us to pull up. Lady at the window hands us two Dr peppers and goes to hand us a coke. We say we never ordered a coke and told her the situation with the man who took our order and he knew we didn't order it and should've already taken it off. She goes well you ordered two cheeseburger combos and a chicken tender combo which we did not. She then walks away and goes and gets the guy. He sits and repeats to us what we want after telling him and it takes him almost 5 mins to void the order after I already paid then had to give my card again for the new balance. He keeps apologizing which I respect but I genuinely don't think he knows what he's doing or he is on something and I don't like to assume. We then waiting over 10 minutes for our food. She comes hands us our food and doesn't say anything and is clearly annoyed. We stop her from closing the window to ask for straws for our drinks and she goes and grabs them and whips the window up. Doesn't say a word. Not impressed AT ALL. Will not be back. That was terrible. They did give us free tots and it appears a senior discount but was never said so I noticed after leaving.

It was not a pleasure dealing with the staff and lack of management at this location 3/9-3/10/2026…read more I went in last night (3/9) with my girlfriend to try out the new frosted lemonade. We ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes. Upon ordering we had made up our mind on what we wanted to place for our order. I asked for 2 four piece chicken strips, no meal, an eight piece nugget, no meal and a straw berry frosted lemonade. Once I got home I was unpleasantly surprised that our order was incorrect. No worries people make mistakes. When I gave the store a call no one picked up so I left message. Today 3/10/2026 I went in to address my issue to a manager. When I spoke to the cashier she told me to wait while she got the manager. While waiting in line I noticed the manager was standing around free of doing any tasks. The nice lady at the cash register went up to him with my receipt to tell him that I came in for a refund. He then sent which seemed to be the shift-lead to come talk with me. I told her the issue and she went back to the manager to ask what to do? All I wanted was a refund. I find the game of telephone when there is a unsatisfied customer to add insult to the problem. The shift-lead was a nice lady as well but she said that management is unable to refund my order. I found that to be unprofessional since I came into the location within 24 hours of ordering from here. She said that management does not refund orders after the day is done. The thing is I ordered at 8:13pm and by the time I got home it was past 8:30pm so I gave them a call to address my issue, which no picked up. Today when I went in I asked if their phone works which the shift-lead said yes. To verify that I actually called the store she asked me to recall in the moment to be sure. Before doing so I showed my phone call log which verified I called at 8:35pm. I also left a voicemail message so that there wouldn't be any confusion today (3/10) when I went in. Today when speaking with the shift-lead I was informed that their voicemail isn't available for them to listen to?? At this point I was beyond dissatisfied with this locations lack of professionalism. I asked for my refund because I did everything possible on my end to verify that I'm telling the truth. I was feeling gas lit as if I did something wrong. I guess I should've verified that my order was correct before going home but in reality after paying money for a service I thought it'd be done for me. I guess it's my fault for not making sure in the moment they did their job correctly. Once I got home I clearly realized that they were not doing their job correctly so I called to address. My call was not answered even though the shift lead and I both heard their phone does ring lol. It's fine again people make mistakes but what isn't fine is the lack of accountability and professionalism that took place afterwards. Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. I've been a manager for multiple companies and never would I find the "customer service" that was given to me to be professional, nor acceptable. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. Their resolution to this was to give me a "Be our guest" card which has 3 listed items on it, none of these items contain the actual item they messed up on. All of this could've been resolved satisfactorily by either picking up the phone the night of me calling or by refunding me the following day. Again neither of these things happened!

The interior is sterile, but at the same time a bit messy. It isn't the most welcoming space and could use an upgrade for individuals to dine in. Counter service was friendly and our food arrived decently quick. This spot falls into a similar family as Dave's Hot Chicken, with sandwiches and tenders available in a variety of spice levels. I had the tenders, with BBQ and Mild sauce. They were super yummy and juicy and came with a great dipping sauce. I also appreciated the seasoning on the fries and the pickles served with the tenders. Overall, the food outshown the ambiance of the space. I'd recommend take out if you're in the mood for some yummy chicken in the area.

The chicken here is outstanding. It's so nice to have that real chicken meat texture that tears apart instead of something more ground up with filler in it. It's juicy and tastes high quality plus the spices coated on the outside elevate things nicely. I heard the food can be pretty spicy here so I played it safe with the "Mini Coop" spice-level, which suited me well. Just the right amount to feel flavorful but the spice doesn't last once I take a bite or swig of something else. My sister can't handle spice at all so she opted for the "MN Nice" which she actually said was still kind of spicy for her. So take that as you will if you're not a fan of spice! Their special sauce is good and might remind me of Raising Cane's, though I haven't eaten there recently. The French fries and coleslaw kind of felt standard, to be honest. But I really liked the Texas Toast! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the pint of ice cream. My wife picked up the order and didn't realize she should have looked for it in the bag. When I called the restaurant about the missing pint, they were incredibly apologetic and offered to make up for it with a pint and more next time I'd come in, but since we don't live nearby, I said just refunding the pint was fine. But knowing how much they care about customer service really did leave a good impression! I'd definitely love to eat from here again.

I had seen White Castle sliders at Walgreens in the frozen foods section. I have been to a White Castle in the Twin Cities in the past. I did a search and found this one that I had never been to. Perfect! I drove over to this eatery's drive-thru. It took maybe ten minutes from the hotel. I saw a sign showing a cheesy 10 sack of sliders. It was almost as if this place knew what I wanted. I had the nicest woman take my order. I then pulled up to the window and paid with a credit card. She took my credit card for processing and the transaction went smoothly. It didn't take long to get my order in a paper bag. I thanked her, grabbed my bag of sliders, and headed back to the hotel to eat in my room. The sliders at White Castle are cute. I basically had half the sliders for lunch and the other half the next day before heading to the airport to head home. Each slider came in its own box. I like how each one is protected and can be easily eaten. The downside is that it's a lot of waste for ten sliders. I liked the sliders. Each one had small onions and a pickle slice, along with cheese and a thin beef patty. Each bite melts in your mouth. The bun was so soft. It was effortless eating these sliders. Delicious! I wish that we had White Castle in Canada. I didn't get any drinks because I had some in my hotel room. I do like the shakes at White Castle. I hope to get one next time. I had a great experience here. I'll be back when I'm in Bloomington again. (438)
