This coffee shop has the absolute best location. It's tucked inside an office building on the ground floor next to Centennial Lakes. You can either look at the view from inside, sit outside or go for a walk. They even have ice cream! Next time I want to try affogato which is espresso pored over ice cream of your choice. So many options!

Such a cute coffee shop right on Centennial Lakes area. They had yard games to play and samples of pastries. Highly recommend.

We found this spot walking along the Centennial Lakes Park trail. Heads up - if you put this spot into your GPS, it will bring you to the Alina Health building. This is around the back facing the pond. The staff is polite and the coffee was tasty. I opted for a cold brew and my companion chose a breve. She is a bit of a coffee snob and was impressed with the smoothness and lack of bitterness in her drink. As we were walking away, what I assume was the owner/manager made it a point to ask us how our coffee was. My only note was the prices were a bit higher than expected, but I guess I should've anticipated paying a bit more in this part of town. The space backs right up to some swings that face the pond (although they also have tables to sit at). I could not have asked for a more peaceful setting in the middle of Edina.

Cute little spot with a nice outdoor space! Staff was friendly and food was good! Was hoping for a few more specialty drinks, but my latte was good!

I talked to the owner and the picture is the current hours. They were not correct on his website and we almost walked away but then we smelled the waffle machine...

I was near centennial lakes looking for coffee and found this place. I was a little confused at first when I pulled up and saw the coffee shop is in the medical center. The cafe is on the lower level of the building yet still has a very warm homey feel. The staff was very friendly and kind. The view out back of centennial lakes was so pretty and I can imagine In The warmer months taking the coffee outside and sitting near the water. They had the typical coffee choices nothing too crazy or over the top. Also very tasty breakfast sandwich and donut!!

Absolutely love Ambrosia coffee & cafe! Every time I'm in the area and I want some good coffee, Ambrosia is where I'm stopping by. The coffee is consistently good as well as the service. They also serve food and yummy ice cream! It's near centennial lakes, so the views are also great! Their iced or hot latte is my go-to and highly recommend!

The coffee was very hood. There wasn't a gluten free food option, and I was hungry. The people were really nice.

My only complaint is that there isn't a ramp to enter the building! Only stairs...hopefully they can remedy that when they renovate.

They're constantly rotating seasonal latte flavors, and I haven't had a single drink that I haven't enjoyed. They make their pastries in house and many of them are gluten-free and so delicious! You can buy their beans in store, online, and in some local grocery stores such as Lunds and Byerlys. There are tables inside their cafe that are great for working or catching up with friends. I had a private event where Edina Coffee Roasters came with their coffee cart and served drinks. Leading up to the event, Zach was so friendly and helpful. We were able to have custom signature lattes in addition to standard espresso-based drinks and chai lattes for our event. During the event, drinks were made quickly and Zach was super kind and friendly to all of my guests. I'd definitely recommend them for any event! I also attended an espresso making workshop and it was so fun and approachable! It was the perfect balance of information about technique and beans, and hands on learning. I learned how to measure and tamp coffee grounds, pull a shot, steam milk, and do latte art. The workshop was led by the owners, Zach and Sara, who were so kind and clearly passionate about what they do!

The cappuccino had the perfect foam, and we also tried the Trifecta coffee flight, which includes a hot brew, cold brew, and an espresso. Such a fun way to experience the different flavors of their coffee. I love that they make their syrups in house and offer seasonal drinks. They had a great selection of pastries as well, including scones and gluten and dairy free muffins.

Information overload...are you ready?…read more Before our IVF transfer, which was a HUGE moment for us, at CCRM just across the way, we stopped into Rustica Bakery. We only had a few minutes to spare and thought, why not, let's treat ourselves. Best decision. The banana bread was hands down the best I've EVER had. I'm not exaggerating when I say I now feel like I need this in my life at least once a week....which is slightly dangerous. The space itself was busy, but there was still plenty of seating, and so many pastries and drinks to choose from. We had someone meeting us who was a little worried about parking, but there's a separate entrance (away from the mall) and plenty of spots, which makes it super easy. I'll be honest, the service didn't wow me, but the quality of the food more than made up for it, so it's still a five star experience in my book. Just something to know going in. Such a simple stop, and one we won't forget. It was the perfect moment before a really big one for us.

All of them were amazing, but the egg coffee is my personal favorite. It's incredibly creamy, unique, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. They also have a great selection of pastries, including gluten free options. The shop itself is on the smaller side and located in a strip mall with a decent amount of parking. Because it's cozy, seating can fill up quickly during busy times, so don't be surprised if it's standing room only when you walk in. Their mobile ordering system is also super convenient. The duck wings were a delicious mix of savory and sweet - dark moist meat like a turkey leg but sauced with a sweet orange glaze. The shrimp cocktail had the biggest shrimp I've seen in my life. The Brandade Fritters had a nice crispy texture and spicy sauce to take them the extra mile. The Trotter Croquette was also just so interesting - almost like a crab cake texture but so meaty and savory. We just couldn't stop so we had the chocolate mousse cake as well. It was to die for. It reminded me of my favorite Sebastian's Joe's ice cream - raspberry chocolate chip since it was paired with a raspberry sherbet. The Mousse was on this like crumbly stuff I that told my husband reminded me of that layer in à DQ cake (in the best way). Just all around perfect texture and flavor combos. I also really appreciated their NA cocktails. Most places do not do them well but I am happy to say that their Tonic 11 was very good. I can't wait to come back and try the other ones.
