This shop was on my list of places to try and was easy to get to. Service was quick, even with a few people in line. There was some seating but I decided to take my coffee to go. There is a limited bakery menu so I decided to try the banana bread. It had a good flavor and I enjoyed the walnuts but prefer my banana bread more dense or rich. I will always try the seasonal coffee. There were 3 seasonal drinks offered for fall and all looked enticing. The twilight grove was a blueberry maple latte, made with pure maple syrup. This drink was a good balance of blueberry and maple. It was on the sweeter side of coffees. I like the seasonal options but would be interested in seeming them offer a larger menu.

Excited to have finally checked out ECR as it's the closet coffee shop to where I spent a month recovering from surgery. I have been on a coffee adventure, trying out different local or somewhat trendy coffee shops around town for a while. My mom raved about how good the coffee was here so I had to add it to my list. The barista who I believe is also one the owners greeted me when I walked in and was very friendly the whole time I was there. I appreciated that as I just starting my day. The menu was a bit limited but they have the basics. I decided to try one of the seasonal drinks - Lykke [Lu-Kahi] latte (Orange Caramel Latte with Pomegranate Drizzle), iced. It was good. Pretty unique flavor. The stop had a minimalist vibe to it, which I also liked.

At Wagners Garden Center pop up for festival fair. I loved my Vinterkos. Nice guy took care when making it and it tasted like it. The garden center was ok. Would like more vendors and more food choices.

Very small with limited drink and food options. I tried the Kokomo drink from the Spring specialty drink menu. It was ok. The decor was cute and the staff were very friendly and sociable.

Nice new coffee shop in town! I stopped here on a Thursday morning during their soft open period and was happy with the service. The price seemed high for an iced vanilla latte, at $7.40 before tip, but it was a nice beverage and I understand it's a small local business. They also offer a nice variety of baked goods, which they mentioned they bake on location. They also offer coffee flights which I'd love to come back and try. The name is a bit misleading because they don't roast their beans on site, but they do offer beans for sale at this coffee shop. There was nice space to sit for a meeting or work on a laptop. I enjoyed my coffee and I will be back! T

Absolutely love Edina Coffee Roasters! I'm a regular Sunday customer and they never disappoint. Their espresso and cold brew are fabulous. The iced latte is my go to and I sometimes go for a decaf iced latte- happy to say they're both great! Good, reliable service, and the space is always clean. I love their Fika hour from 2-3pm everyday when their pastries are half off.

What a great neighborhood coffee spot with unique goodies! How about a goat cheese rosemary scone??? Or a flight of coffee? Nice and clean with peaceful music and special attention-they even provide card games at the table and reusable cups for water! I'll be back.

The location to this coffee shop isn't the best. The banana bread was delicious but the blueberry muffin lacked flavor. The coffee beans were a tad too acidic for us. We ordered a regular coffee, a latte and a mocha. The service was okay. Not too friendly. There was one other family there besides us. The vibe is very casual.

Coffee was okay, but the service was lacking. Maybe because this is Edina and I didn't have my Gucci bag with me.. I would have ordered a scone but the staff didn't even give me a chance (there was no one behind me or in line). Guess they were prepping for the Pucci rush. I admit it-I made a mistake-I left a tip. Like rewarding bad behavior.

Fabulous coffee flavors and the best scones. The shop is small but offers outdoor seating. The staff is always so attentive.

They're also part of the Coffee Passport from 16oz Days, which is a fun bonus since you can get a BOGO stamp while trying something new. The drink menu is creative and everything I've tried has been fantastic. So far I've had the Ube Dream, the Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng), and the Strawberry Matcha. All of them were amazing, but the egg coffee is my personal favorite. It's incredibly creamy, unique, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. They also have a great selection of pastries, including gluten free options. The shop itself is on the smaller side and located in a strip mall with a decent amount of parking. Because it's cozy, seating can fill up quickly during busy times, so don't be surprised if it's standing room only when you walk in. Their mobile ordering system is also super convenient. The staff is always friendly and happy to give recommendations, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a must visit if you love Vietnamese coffee.

This is a smaller establishment, so don't be surprised if when you come in, there isn't a place to sit during peak times! This place is dog friendly! Yes, you can bring your dog inside! With that being said, please be respectful. We saw some adorable well behaved doggies! We also saw one that was barking and growling. You know your dog, make the right choice... The decor inside this place is so cute! Floral and modern! Very cozy! There a plug in's next to the green couch and brown chairs. Not sure about anywhere else. We got the Ube dream with oatmilk and a latte with whole milk and 3 shots of Espresso. Both were truly delicious! We would definitely come back!! If you are in the area, give this place a try! The staff were super nice and I love supporting small businesses!!

By time I reached the register a second person came in help. I ordered the caramella and a matcha latte. The staff were very nice and made sure I liked the drinks I got. Looked like they had a decent assortment of baked goods as well & very reasonably priced. The space was generally quiet and chill. Wasn't super busy but seemed like a place everyone goes to work. I had to think when growing up it may have been considered some kind of sin to suggest serving coffee and light food in a church. "John how dare you spew blasphemy", Sister Mary Francis would say. A very friendly setting that is uber clean. There was a cleaner working while I was there and then someone came from the elevator with more cleaning equipment. I saw a nice display of pastries but tried the pre made sandwich which was still fresh. They feature a light and dark roast in the standard three sizes. The dark roast, which the barista suggested, had a deep roasted flavor with a non-acidic aftertaste. They asked if I would wait while they made a fresh brew for me, and I was glad to have the drink minutes fresh. As great as the product was the attraction is the airy, arty walls and soft lighting for a relaxing almost, shall we say, spiritual awakening. Ok a bit of hyperbole.
