We really enjoyed our stop at Jones Coffee! I had a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, and it was simple but seriously delicious. The seasonal iced Thai basil latte was so good and definitely the standout for me. I also tried the salted maple cream cold brew, which tasted a little watery to me, but that could have just been my personal preference. We were headed south west of the cities and decided to try out Jones coffee on our way as we had the coffee passport. We stopped by on a Sunday midday and the spot was busy but definitely not packed. We had to park about half a block away, but there was plenty of spots on the main street. We walked in and were immediately impressed by the space given that it was so large bright and open with plenty of different seats throughout. On the wall, they have the basic coffees as their menu but off to the side they have a more detailed menu with specialty drinks and food options. We got a café Mike, Wildberry smoothie and everything bagel. Both of the drinks were very good with the perfect amount of sweetness. There was a steady line of people and I do think that they forgot our bagel because I had to go up and ask about it and they said "yep, it'll just be a minute" and then I saw someone go back over into the kitchen area and start preparing it. when we did get it though it was better than expected for a coffee shop bagel. Overall, if I was in the area, this would be a great spot to stop. Either to have some time to myself to relax, catch up on work, or even meet a friend. The space was very inviting and customer service was good even though they were fairly busy. read more

An unexpected gem! My team was recently in Chaska for an event and we had some time to kill in the morning and searched for a coffee shop. This is how we came across Jones! I have to admit when looking up a coffee shop in a smaller town like Chaska, I wasn't expecting to find a place like this. It's absolutely gorgeous! When you walk in the place just feels calming and serene. Beautiful wood floors, clean white counters, open and airy concept. It's truly a beautiful shop. They have a lot of great options for both food and drinks. A small pastry window greets you at the counter with delicious looking muffins, bread, croissants, and cookies. Next to it is an open fridge filled with teas and pressed juices. Their coffee selection is wonderful, ranging from the basics to signature drinks. I figured at a smaller shop, the pastries were going to be our only option for food. I was wrong! They have a decently selection hot and cold sandwiches! I wasn't looking for heavy coffee with the intense heat outside so I chose to order one of their lighter summer drinks; the Iced Coconut Whipped latte - iced coconut water with whipped espresso cream. This was exactly what I was hoping for! It was light, refreshing, and still had a bit of that coffee taste. 8/10 My sandwich choice was difficult because there were quite a few enticing options. I chose to order the Ham and Cheese Croissant with an egg. Another very pleasant surprise!! When I think breakfast sandwich at a coffee shop I often think of something frozen like Starbucks, or pre-made in the morning and toasted. This sandwich came out and it was very clear it was freshly assembled and toasted. The taste was delicious, warm and slightly gooey, with a great crunch and flake from the toasted croissant. 8/10 Lastly I want to add how wonderful the staff was. There were two boys working the register and coffee machines and a girl making food. All of them were extremely kind and helpful. Overall just great customer service! A random urge for coffee has now led me to finding a new favorite coffee shop! I may not be in the area often, but when I am I will definitely stop by for a great breakfast! read more

I love Jones Coffee. It's such a great little spot in downtown Chaska. It's definitely a popular spot, but it never feels overly crowded where you can't find a place to sit. The coffee is excellent, and I like that you can also buy their beans to take home. The space is modern, clean, and really welcoming. There's tons of natural light and a variety of seating options, which makes it perfect for meeting up with a friend or settling in to get some work done. Overall just a really solid local coffee shop chain that's easy to come back to again and again. read more

Welcome to the Neighbourhood Jones coffee. We are happy to have you! This is such a cute coffee shop downtown Chaska. I would love to see more shops just like this one move in to the area. It's a buzzing little shop, but not too overcrowded. The coffee is great and the lunch sandwiches are impressive. I also appreciate the little cooler section that have great treats for on the go or for little ones. They also have this little nook that has consigned or re-sale of used items. I think it's fantastic because right now retro is so in and you never know what you're gonna find. You can even buy your coffee to go in a whole bean form and make it at home. It's very modern and clean looking inside and the perfect spot to pull out a laptop do a little work mid afternoon. read more

I was so excited to stop in and try this "newish" coffee spot in Chaska that opened in Dec.2024. I love all the space, tables and lighting inside. Perfect spot to meet friends, go with your family or even to work from. The service is wonderful and the coffee is so amazing! They make all of their own syrups in house. I ordered the Maple Cardamom Latte which was delicious. They have breakfast and lunch options on their menu as well that sounded really yummy- I will definitely be going back to try more coffees and food items. read more

The food here is very good and was on par with some of the greats for avocado toast and has very good drinks. The service was very nice and friendly and clearly works very hard. Then theirs the ambience of the cafe which is very cozy and was more enjoyable once more people came in. My only qualm was some flies but what can a restaurant do about that. Their seasonal matcha drinks are always fun to try, and their chai is consistently great. They also keep a solid rotation of baked goods, so there's always something new to grab. Great coffee shop making artisan espresso and coldpressed coffee drinks in a clean, welcoming, open historic brick building. I opted for the cappuccino and it was well executed, but don't think I wasn't tempted by the cardamom rose cold-pressed offerings. I left those for another day which didn't come on this particular travel adventure, but I'll surely stop back when in the area again. Downtown historic Chaska in general is a verrry cute small town right off the highway with a few great restaurants and great old buildings to transport you back to another time. read more

This coffee shop has a cute and cozy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of seating. We have tried going multiple times and either take things to go or head to a different spot down the street. The pastry selection is ok. We asked for extra hot drinks and they were warm. Flavored lattes (pistachio and sugar free vanilla) had minimal flavor. The hot chocolate is tasty though. Overall we felt like it was a little too expensive for the quality. read more

First time having a Jones coffee and I'm so impressed! The Iced Caramel Latte was perfectly creamy and I loved that they used pebble ice! The caramel flavor wasn't too strong (which my husband liked), so I think that I'll add a little extra caramel next time to give it a little more sweetness. So excited to see another coffee shop enter Chaska! It was a must to stop in for a latte on a chilly day. I ordered the Brown sugar and spice latte, and it was a wintery dream with the cinnamon as the spice element. I made no modification to the latte and ordered with whole milk. The espresso pull was smooth- will 100% order this again. Since this is in the old Dutch Bros. building- I appreciated they went with a light and fresh look. 10/10 coffee shop! So cute, such a nice atmosphere, and amazing coffee & food. My partner and I got the iced Brown Sugar & Spice latte and the iced Purple Rain latte (spring seasonal), and they were delicious!
