I love a good themed restaurant, and so many places in my experience either dont lean into their theme enough, or over do it and make their restaurant inaccessible to people outside of their niche. Bellows Bistro hits that sweet spot perfectly with their dnd/fantasy bistro. I love dnd, and bellow's bistro just knocks it out of the park. It is an incredible and fun experience without being too much. Whether you're a big dnd nerd, or just someone looking for an interesting and entertaining new place with delicious food, you'll have a good time. The service was great, the drinks fun, and the food is all made from scratch and delicious(we really loved the beholder bites) I've been telling all of my nerdy friends about it, and I loved it so much that I wrote a yelp review for the first time in like a decade. 10 out of 10, absolutely worth the trip into Chaska. read more

This newer restaurant was such a fun experience for us to go to. Right when you sit down the staff are friendly and let you choose where you'd like to sit. We decided to sit outside because it was a nice day and they have umbrellas all over their patio. The server came out with metal water cups which I've never seen but was pleasantly surprised! The menus are hilarious and this would be a great place for that video game lover in your life. My Husband loves DND and new mostly everything on this menu so it was fun getting to learn a bit more. He opted for the ember chicken sandwich and loved it even got the Dragon's Breath sauce on the side to try which was very very spicy. I opted for the pickle burger which had fried pickles on it and I WISH had cream cheese instead of cheddar as that would really bring it home for me. I did get it with the beyond burger for a three dollar up charge but was still very good. The fries are thick and beer battered with really great seasoning on them. For our drinks I got the butter beer which my only note for that is the sauce was dripping all down the sides. onto the table, and on me... and it really ruined the experience. The drink itself was so tasty but I really hated how sticky I got. My husband got the stamina elixir and the presentation was wonderful coming out of an elixir bottle. He said it tasted really good with the Midori and lime. Overall we're planning to come back here before the Renaissance Festival in our get up and have a meal. WOW! My friend brought me here. We are both dnd affecionados and the vibe here was inviting. Everywhere you looked there was something new to see. I loved the concept of rolling a d20 to take a chance on the drink menu. Great idea. zthe drinks were killer. My first roll was a passionfruit mead which I found pleasant. The other the fire mule which I kept talking about to everyone I met. I expected it to be spicy with the jalapeno syrup instead you got all the flavor of the pepper blending well with the ginger beer complimenting the other. Overall, just very well done. I had the PBJ burger. Well seasoned steak burger with the "peanut butter", bacon, strawberry jam and the house fries. Exceptional. I wanted to try a bunch of different things and will have to on the next visit. Also to note, we shared the celestial buns and they were fantastic. I look forward to seeing you all again! read more

A fantasy themed placed. They were busy on a Friday night so we waited for about 15-20 minutes before getting two seats at the bar with a reservation. It's a small place in between The Forge. Staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait time. The cheese buns were good with the hot honey. It was a nice balance between sweet and savory of the cream cheese filling and buttered on the outside of the bun. The bun of the pulled pork could be a little crispier to hold everything together. The gnocchi soup was flavorful but needed a little pepper for a spicier taste. Overall, we liked the food and the atmosphere. Our server was cool and asked us to help taste her mystery shot jungle juice. Prices are ok. read more

I found this restaurant that was themed around dungeons and dragons. Restaurant is located in a shopping center, parking may be tricky to find in front. But there's a bunch of parking spaces if you're willing to walk. I made reservations seeing the parking lot was full. We were greeted and sat at the bar. Staff was very nice and suggested playing this dice game for a shot. Food is made via scratch kitchen, they cook everything fresh daily and some items on the menu might run out. Had a Groupon so we stopped in for lunch today. Easy parking, pleasant atmosphere and friendly competent server. Two of us had the Hen chicken sandwich and one had the basic burger. The chicken sandwiches were amazing with the slaw and hot honey. Fries were very good also. Had some lovely cocktails too. Will definitely visit again. read more

Tried this place for the first time because we found a Groupon online. We went on a Sunday and were told that they do brunch all day. So we ordered off the brunch menu. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich- came on an untasted bun that fell apart immediately. Breading on chicken was very thick and soggy. The sandwich was ok, actually wouldn't call it a "hot" honey, actually didn't have much flavor. My husband got the chili crunch wrap, I tried it, thought it was pretty bland also. My daughter got apple french toast- came with about a whole can of whipped cream on top. She didn't like it, too much whipped cream and very soggy! Not sure if we'll go back. A fun and casual place. We stopped in after golf. Really good burgers and the fresh-made hand pies are terrific. Two couples and we all got something different and everything was excellent. The service was also great - super friendly and efficient. Need to state the obvious - don't let the vibe/decor throw you! This is themed around gaming (think Dungeons and Dragons.) If you into that, it will make it even better. If you're not into that, well then just take it all in as it's meant to be fun! Outstanding value, everything is house made, even the burgers are house ground brisket. Prices are extremely low, especially for the high quality. We didn't even know about the fantasy theming before deciding to try it out, it was a fun interesting atmosphere. Great service as well. Edit: I read a review here complaining about gnocchi needing more pepper or something-- that's kind of a silly opinion to me, of course it's not a Michelin starred restaurant, but a high quality entree with side for less than $15 at an actual restaurant in 2026 is rare. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for the burger I had here but fortunately it's priced lower than that and it was delicious. read more

Great food, I got the hellhound burger it's was delicious. They added the perfect amount of sauce so where it didn't overwhelm the flavor of the burger. The buns for the burgers were delicious too. We also got fries, that were exceptionally, fried perfectly. Other than the food, there was great service the people there were super nice. The ambiance in there was fun and unique. What an excellent nerdy place to get some food. I rarely come out this way but my wife and I were doing a show next door and we had the food here. Absolutely delicious. The ambiance seems pretty great too, love the bardcore playing. Service was great as well with them offering to bring our food over to our both. Was so excited to try this place out with my boyfriend for a date night and I can honestly say it was a blast. The vibe inside is so cool and I loved the decor. The service was amazing our server was so friendly and welcoming and really helped us out with some great recommendations. We got the celestial cheese buns and they were delicious so cheesy and soft I could eat them all day. I got the red drake melt and it was so good had a delicious vodka sauce and the cheese pull was to die for. My boyfriend got the highlords burger. We both really enjoyed the meal. We shared one of their strawberry cheesecake drinks and it was really good. The best part of the meal though was the homemade chocolate cake that we got. It was so rich and delicious I could honestly eat the whole cake in one sitting. We will definitely be eating here again and can't wait to try all the other menu items. read more

We went to this amazing Bistro just to have Butter Beer Brew Lattees. Since it was near lunch time, we ordered something to share - Glazed Meatloaf with Mac and Cheese and an order of seasoned fries. It was incredible. Large portion - we even brought some home. The ambiance is so much fun - fantasy with emphasis on Dungeons and Dragons. The service was great.
