I order ahead on the app and then swing through the drive-thru. Enter from 41 Chestnut Drive to avoid line chaos. You can usually just jump in line (if there is one) right away, otherwise, you have to fight traffic to turn around and you could be 2 cars behind in the time it takes to do it. Customer service is usually quick and helpful and if I need something changed they are on it! I know they have been low on staff for some time so it's great they can do all they can do consistently.
